The stunning villa has everything the discerning getaway seeker is looking for. This villa is the perfect place to spend an unforgettable holiday with family, friends or even that special someone.

It has been fully developed to ensure that you can enjoy a very special holiday.

The villa features stunning views of Theoule-Sur-Mer and surrounding areas from all levels of the property, including outdoor areas and bedrooms.

The villa is situated within a secured gated community.

The villa is over three levels.
- On entrance, you first come across the secluded and sheltered private terrace for those sunset drinks.

- Following down from here you are met by the pool and outdoor dining area with the most stunning panoramic views of the Cote d'Azur coastline, looking out to Cannes and beyond.

- From there you have the main entrance where there is a large dining area that leads on to an open plan Sitting room and Kitchen.

- There is also a double bedroom with en-suite and terrace on this level.

- Taking the stairs up you have two identically sized double rooms with generous en-suites and private balcony.

- Going to the lower level from the pool area you are met by a further sitting room and kitchenette.

- To the right of this, you have the sumptuous Master bedroom where you can bath in peace with the panoramic views enjoyed by the pool level.

- To the left of the sitting room, you have a dining or work area that leads to a twin bedroom with a large en-suite.

- All with adjoining balcony.

Bedrooms are split across 3 levels giving you the ability to really relax and enjoy some quiet time. Outdoor terrace areas are also accessible on all levels of the villa.

The villa features all new amenities including bathrooms and kitchens, as well as a full laundry. It also features high-speed internet across the property, satellite television and multiple smart TV’s allowing you to watch Netflix, etc. if you so desire.

Truly great experience

We were two families with a total of 6 kids aged 6-13. We had rented in the vicinity before and were looking for a house in the same area. The villa is very nice and corresponds well to the description. Great views, nice terrace and very nice bedrooms with en suite bathrooms. Common areas also very nice and overall tastefully decorated. Extra plus for the pool which is unusually deep in one end which meant worriless diving among the kids. Only minor negative comment was that the pool shower room and the washing room weren’t perfectly clean, but nothing we couldn’t fix ourselves. We also had some pool work needed after a heavy thunderstorm before we arrived, but this was swiftly fixed with great result. We can warmly recommend this property and would come back again.

Juste parfait...

Nous avons séjourné dans la grande maison de Tori et Antony pendant le mois de juillet et nous avons été les premiers à apprécier la totale rénovation de la villa. Les photos sont conformes à la réalité : décoration moderne et chic, vue exceptionnelle, espaces terrasses un peu partout dans la villa, climatisation dans chaque pièce... Les propriétaires sont charmants et très accessibles. Ils proposent une location avec des prestations hôtelières excellentes le tout en anglais ( mais on arrive parfaitement à se faire comprendre). Le linge de maison est soigné et les équipements ultra modernes. La sécurité est parfaite également car on se trouve dans une domaine fermé et sous surveillance. En conclusion, il y a juste à profiter en famille de cette petite merveille qui a prix élevé mais justifié dans une région magnifique... A tres bientôt chez vous Anthony...
