This property is one block from the main beach.... three blocks from the Hampton Beach Casino and the heart of Hampton Beach.
The beach offers many activities for all ages and interests. From the sand castle sculpting contests to arcades, casinos, concerts, and many restaurant/bars ..... there’s entertainment for all.
If you’re golfer... you can head to Pease or Breakfast Hills for the day!

Lovely unit for a beach vacation!

The apartment was clean, had plenty of towels and kitchen supplies, and a great location a two minute walk from the beach! Parking is right underneath the building, and the deck area was very spacious. The host is very responsive. Would recommend!

Great spot on the back strip!

Great second floor condo unit, located right in the middle of the back strip. The Goat and Wally’s are just a 1 minute walk, and the strip is just 1 minute more. Really convenient location! Condo was perfect for my wife and I!

Hampton Condo

It was in a great location. We went to Bernie's to see a live band named the Alex Anthony Band. They were really good. We went to lunch at Sea Ketch and their food was also really good. We got pizza at Christy's and it was good. We had breakfast at The Goat and it was delicious. All places were a short walk from the condo.

Great Location!

My three friends and I stayed in the condo for a girls’ trip. It was a little tight for four adults, but it was a great layout for a couple. The location is close to everything! People should be aware that there are a lot of personal items in the condo to navigate when you are there.

One night stay

Celebration of my daughters 26th bday. The weather was cold windy and rainy during the day of our arrival. Once we checked in, the goodtimes rolled! We loved looking at all personal touches. Had so many knick nacks, little people made out of shells!!! Cuuute!! Easy access by walking to the beach or the strip to have an amazing dinner. Thank you Donny and Diane!!!

Unrealistic Owners

My wife cleaned the whole condo up and down , made the beds . I took out the trash , emptied the fridge , we all were respectful and quiet and did not smoke or anything. A small 2 Inch plant holder broke from my wife cleaning and they charged us for hundreds of dollars on the cleaning bill . Ive stayed in Hampton every year for the past 10 years all at the Sea Spray with fantastic reviews of us as renters. I only stayed here because Sea Spray was booked . Sorry about you’re Plant but it obvious you’re brain is that of a plant . Good luck getting thru life , karma will get you. These people were in a crazy satanic cult or something had garlic ropes and weird pedifile ornaments around it was disgusting.

Bachelorette Weekend

Thank you for your hospitality. Everything from the check in process to leaving was nice and smooth. The place was nice and clean and my group really appreciated all of the towels that were left for us to use. The owners were amazing and made the whole weekend relaxing as we had a nice clean place to come back to.

Clean and comfortable home, seedy neighborhood

The house was clean and comfortable and as described. Not well stocked for cooking if you like to make a meal at home with your family. Thankful for the plethora of towels. The area surrounding area wasn’t our idea of an ideal beach vacation but we found beautiful nearby beaches by just driving a little to North Hampton and Rye. Beware there is a lot of street noise from traffic, police sirens, and loud people walking the streets until we’ll after midnight.

Nice Place

Overall online info was right on. Nice building and location. A bit of a walk to beach but we had 4 adults so is was fine to us to walk. One negative of the unit, the couch pulls out to sofa bed but the mattress is not comfortable and was not able to sleep on it. Overall a wonderful time was had!

Great stay very close to Hampton Beach!

Perfect place for our end of summer family get away! Condo is very clean and updated and very comfortable. Easily fit our family of four. Only one block from the beach.

Girls Weekend Getaway

We completely had a blast. Condo was super comfy having central air all updated and clean. Thankfully bringing an air mattress accommodated 5th person and good thing for L-shaped couch so two of us slept on that and two in full sized bed. Property advertised 2 bath but technically 1.5 which we did fine with shower wise & getting ready for 5 women! Perfect location across the street from gorgeous beach feeling very safe and easy walk to all the top spots in Hampton to eat and drink. Definitely a great place to spend our first Girls weekend getaway! Thanks so much!

Nice but hardly kid friendly.

Overall we had a wonderful vacation. The condo was beautiful and spacious. The kids had an amazing time as well. Be aware the pull out bed is basically a piece of foam and the (fifth guest) is expected to sleep on the long piece of couch at the end which is usually fine for a small child. Also, I understand decoration is important, however the 55 glass knick knacks and small collectible items aren’t something you should have lying around everywhere. I’d suggest putting them all in cabinets if you have children before they are mistaken as toys. Also careful with the pot mittens, since they aren’t suppose to be used for taking anything out of the stove.
