This luxurious home is on a palm lined boulevard, this is a spaciously designed executive Floridian villa with two master bedrooms each with upgraded furniture and bedding, walk-in wardrobes, cable televisions, patio doors leading onto the pool deck, both en-suite bathrooms have twin marble vanity units, large shower cubicle, and roman tub in one.

Bedroom 3 with twin beds and tv and Bedroom 4 with twin beds and tv these have a shared bathroom with bath and shower over leading to pool deck. All bedrooms, the living room, and covered lanai have ceiling fans.

A luxury fully equipped kitchen had brand new appliances in 2014 with breakfast nook, also formal dining room. A large living room, with flat screen TV, DVD, PS2 with feature patio doors that open fully onto the covered lanai which is ideal for dining overlooking the larger than average swimming pool and hot tub/jacuzzi that was re-tiled in early 2020.

In 2015 we upgraded the TV to a smart 55" TV and new sofas in the lounge area, there is also a new breakfast table and chairs in the Nook area. The two Master bedrooms and one twin room has had new mattresses on all the beds.
We continually change the comforters on the beds to keep our home looking and feeling fresh and clean.

December 2015 sees new carpets being fitted.

A 6ft fence on all three sides at the rear provides excellent privacy, also good size lawn. The pool is not over looked from behind or either side. There is a block paved patio area for the BBQ to be used.
