Thank you for taking a look at our remodeled condo. We are so excited!! It turned out so pretty but after a lot of hard, hard work but we know you will enjoy staying here for your vacation. Everything is new in the condo. All the construction and all the furnishings are new and it all starts now.
Gulf Shores is such a fun city to visit. Not too big and not too small. We have a lot of the newest and latest but keep a lot of the old beach town feel. Gulf Shores is definitely a family friendly destination with so many things within walking distance. You will be surprised how walking, running and biking friendly we are. Kids always love the location since we are close to The Hangout and to the local stores. We have a number of restaurants within a tenth or two tenths of a mile from the complex.
Regatta is located on the beach side. We have a nice balcony with view of the gulf. We face the west side so the mornings and good part of the day will have shade on the balcony for relaxing, reading, drinking coffee and staring.
Why do people keep coming back to Gulf Shores? Still has the small town beach feel. Still a family oriented city. Still the best Seafood restaurants anywhere. The incredibly white beaches that are so wide simply are beyond description until you see it yourself. Plenty of unique shopping places in Gulf Shores. All the familiar chain restaurants and stores are bordering Gulf Shores in Foley. Night time fun for families. Going to The Hangout during the day or night is a blast. Long walks down nearly secluded beaches in early mornings or before dark is a must.
Our hope for you is that you will have the vacation of your life. A place to really create memories and a place to come back to. Thank you so much for viewing our condo.

We are from Mobile and have been beach goers all our lives. It was a dream to buy this condo on the beach. We have been long-time owners in Gulf Shores and love being a part of the Gulf Coast. A lot of work was done to totally renovate this condo to the way it looks now.
Randy Moris purchased this condo in 2013
We're on the beach!!
Condo had nice upgrades with everything we needed. Smaller complex so beach was never busy. Great view. Top notch responses that were quick which is a huge bonus. Would recommend to anyone.
Very nice
We had a great time. The place was super nice and up to date. It was very close to all the activities. We loved the easy beach access. Only downside was no hot tub, but other than that, it was amazing!
Perfect place to get away with girlfriends. We had an amazing stay. Everything was clean and well-taken care of. The owners are very friendly and responsive. We have found our permanent girl's getaway condo!
One of the cleanest and best stocked condos I’ve rented in gulf shores. Beautifully decorated. Location is perfect for walking to restaurants. Randy was great in helping answer my questions. Would recommend this unit.
We had a great stay in Regatta A103 at the end of September. The condo itself was very nice, and was very clean upon arrival. It had everything we needed for our stay (except, of course, for food and “consumables.”) We had no issues during our two-week stay, but Randy was very responsive to all inquiries. We could tell a lot of work had been done in this unit, especially compared to others in the complex.
The building is smaller than the big towers and in the off season was not crowded at all, which was very nice. There was plenty of room at the beach, and the pool offered a shady place to retreat during the heat of the afternoon.
The location is fantastic - you can park and walk to various restaurants nearby - the Hangout, Pink Pony, Sea n Suds, Mikee’s, the Original Oyster House, Gulf Island Grill, Hoot (the Hooters sign was missing the “ers” at night), Waffle House, etc are all within a short walk, as are a number of surf shops and a small market.
Some tips:
There is an ELEVATOR at the Regatta in the SE corner of the complex - we didn’t find it until we’d lugged our luggage (guess that’s why they call it luggage) up the stairs.
The nearby Dollar General has lots of supplies.
Wal-Mart is 5 minutes away by car.
Wolf Bay Lodge was our favorite restaurant of the trip.
Visit one of the fresh seafood shops (we used Fresh Market Seafood on the road out toward Fort Morgan). The complex has two large charcoal grills.
Unit A103 has a Keurig machine.
The complex has a “take a toy, leave a toy” box by one of the beach access areas - check there before you buy chairs, etc.
The USS Alabama tour is both fun and educational.
