About this property

Historic log cabin on beautiful Lake Catherine.

This Historic log cabin built in the 1920's has been restored to it's original glory with the addition of modern amenities making it the best of both worlds.

Our cabin is approx. 1,000 sq ft with a deck that wraps around 2 sides giving you privacy as you sit back and relax.

Accommodations include:
1 bedroom/1 bath *due to open floor plan privacy may be an issue. According pocket style doors between kitchen /bathroom and bathroom/bedroom.
Large full size kitchen with modern appliances (refrigerator w/ice maker, microwave, stove/oven, dishwasher, coffee maker)
Kitchen fully stocked with all dishes and cook wear (pots/pans)
Full size washer and dryer
Large flat screen Smart TV in living room
Wi-Fi supplied with password
Vaulted ceilings in living room and kitchen
Stone fire place in living room (1 starter log included during winter season - NO wood please)
Heat and air conditioning
Charcoal grill
Front deck facing Lake Catherine is covered for your enjoyment in any weather
Outdoor furniture (patio set/rocking chairs) included
Parking/access located at both the front and rear of property (U-shaped driveway shared with neighboring property)

We love this cabin and have stayed in it twice. The view from the back porch is amazing and the cabin is beautiful and cozy! Great location, close to Bathhouse Row but also in a quiet, less crowded area. We enjoyed every moment of our stay and hope to return.

Lovely as always. We have stayed here a number of times. Each time it seems like a home away from home. Unfortunately, weather threw a ringer into our stay with very severe weather knocking out the power for the whole Anatole loop area and turning bitterly cold. Not anything that could have been prevented. Still, a lovely place to stay with great host's. Thanks again Nate and Dona.

If you love the aesthetics of an older log cabin this is the place. Super cozy and we felt right at home. The view was amazing and the area is super quiet. It’s close to all of the things we wanted to see. If we ever get the chance to visit Arkansas again I would love to stay here for a second time.

The cabin was great, and the view was beautiful! The host was wonderful and very respectful and attentive. The only thing my husband and I would have preferred different would be curtains on the windows to outside. With the bedroom not having a door, it felt a little uncomfortable feeling like we could be seen since you could see straight to the windows from the entrance to the bedroom. We were able to put a blanket on the doorway to the room. Other than that, our stay was perfect!
