Will stay here again next time we are in Austin

We had a fabulous time staying in this well-equipped, centrally located mid-century home. Highly recommend staying here. Walkable to UT and restaurants.

Great location and comfortable bnb

We had a great stay and we loved the neighborhood. We cooked most of our meals and enjoyed the backyard and patio.

Great Holiday Stay

This was a wonderful neighborhood and great 2 bed accommodation. We were visiting our grandchildren in the area and would definitely stay here again: clean, extremely comfortable beds and sheetings, and well equipped kitchen and laundry!

Entering in this home was a breath of fresh air. Knowing we had the space and security we needed for our small family was divine. We will be back soon!
2nd bedroom was appreciated and fully accommodating for those that need a bit of space :)
Unit B faces the street, parking will be done at the back through a private entrance
Forrest; he’s relaxing after dinner.
Enjoyed the option to do laundry when we needed. Bring your own detergent if you need to do more than one small load.

Fantastic getaway for pet lovers! Close to great restaurants, cafes, and bars and grills.

I lived the property with my three big pups. The house was immaculate and Darlene, the proprty manager, was extremely helpful. Great stay and hope to return soon!!!

Fantastic location and extremely pet friendly

These accommodations were perfect for our long weekend. The neighborhood is walkable with great restaurants, and right across the street from green space for walking dogs. From the canister of dog cookies to the container full of dog toys and the fenced yard, this was a great spot to bring our furry friends with us.

Great stay for a short trip!

My family and I recently stayed at this location. It is in a great area and within 15 min of groceries and must see hot spots. We also really enjoyed sitting on the patio for morning coffee. Our host was quick to respond to any questions we had. Unit B is clean and well stocked with anything you may need. We would definitely stay here again!

Great place and great location

We stayed for the weekend and enjoyed the house. It is dog-friendly and even has a dog door. The location is centrally located and very walkable (with the dogs). Communication with the host was a bit bumpy before the say, but it all sorted itself out. I highly recommend this house!!

Perfect location!

Within walking distance of restaurants, coffee shops and thrift stores but, also, a quiet location. Loved the modern updates mixed with preserving some of the original touches. Bonuses were the large kitchen, fenced yard and how close we were to everything! (Literally listened to the Texas game from the backyard) One of the best equipped places we’ve ever stayed…Would definitely stay here again.

Very pleasant stay

This truly felt like home away from home. Every thing we needed was available, even little things we hadn’t thought about possibly needing. The home was very clean and exactly as the listing had described. We were in Austin to celebrate the graduation of our daughter from University of Texas Austin. As luck would have it her house is literally around the block. The nice patio area in the back was a delightful spot to gather as a family and enjoy our time together.
