You can walk to DKR football stadium, Moody center, UT tower, track and field, swimming center and everything UT related. This house is built by Eastwood neighbor park where in the middle of trees and creek.
Bring the kids for tennis/pickle ball and bird watching
To help ensure a smooth and enjoyable stay for everyone, we ask all confirmed guests to sign a short rental agreement after booking. A $300 security deposit hold will be placed and automatically released 7 days after checkout if no damages are reported.
