The Cottage, set on a beautiful 52 acre property in one of the most stunning locations in Australia, the scenic  and historic Wollombi in the Hunter Valley.

Wollombi Brook Family Farm Stay provides quality self-contained  accommodation and is suitable for friends, families or couples, as well as gatherings and groups.

Wollombi Brook Family Farm Stay is conveniently located, approximately 1 hours drive from Wahroonga M1 turn off. The village of Wollombi is just 2 minutes by car or a beautiful 15 minute walk.

​Even though the property is located within walking distance to the village,  the self-contained accommodation is totally serene and private, well away from the main road. Wollombi Brook Family Farm Stay has stunning views and is abundant in domestic animals and wildlife.

​Whether you want to get away to relax, have fun,  join friends and family, or if you are planning to hold a small retreat or workshop Wollombi Brook Family Farm Stay will go far in exceeding your highest expectations.

PLEASE NOTE that the quote is for The Cottage which has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and sleeps up to 6 depending on guests configuration. Please look at plans for bedding layouts.

The Farm House is also available and has 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms and sleeps up to 14-16 depending on guests configuration.. Minimum 2 Nights Stay $1350 per night.

The whole property can be booked for $1900 per night for Min 2 Night Stay and sleeps up to 20-22 depending on guests configuration. Please look at plans for bedding layouts.

The Cottage is ideal for a family or couples

The Cottage has two bedrooms, two bathrooms and sleeps up to six in total depending on guests configuration. Comfortable living and dining spaces with large balcony to enjoy the view. There is also a separate TV area with additional TV + Netflix. Please look at plans for bedding layouts.

​There are two bathrooms, laundry with washing machine + dryer, dining area, small rumpus area with additional TV, split system reverse cycle air conditioning upstairs and gas heater in living/dining.

​There is a fully equipped kitchen with kettle, toaster, fridge, microwave, stove + oven, pots and pans, espresso machine, milk frother, cutlery & crockery and glassware. Plus TV, Foxtel, Netflix, Free-to-air, DVD, Bose Bluetooth speaker.  Linen and towels are also supplied.

​There is an outdoor fire pit, outdoor furniture setting, outdoor pizza oven and gas BBQ.

​Bedroom 1 - 1 Queen bed

Bedroom 2 - 1 King bed or 2 single beds + 1 Single Bed + Trundle

Rumpus Room - 1 Single Sofa Bed (child only)

There is a discreet on-site caretaker if assistance is required.

We are available to help and show how to feed the very hungry black angus cows (2) ponies (2) and horses (2) and (6) silkie chickens. The alpacas (4) aren’t as social as the other animals but you can still go in to their paddock and learn how to feed.
