Esta muy popular, amigable para mascotas unifamiliar, 3 dormitorios, 2 baños de un nivel orientado a la familia cabaña está ubicada en una tranquila calle sin salida cerca de Banks Channel. Muchos de los huéspedes que regresan disfrutan de la planta abierta de estar / comedor / cocina que se abre a 2 porches cubiertos con mesas y sillas, perfectos para ver magníficas puestas de sol y vistas de sonido.

Los porches con mosquitero a la sombra de la habitación principal trasera son lugares acogedores y fantásticos para escaparse. Al final de la cochera cubierta hay un jardín privado vallado con parrilla y mesa de picnic. Los huéspedes tienen acceso a una pequeña playa de arena con la marea baja al final de la calle. ¡Los niños se lo pasarán en grande jugando en las tranquilas aguas! El acceso al océano está a solo 1,5 cuadras de la cabaña.

Wonderful pet friendly home on a quiet street that’s close to the beach and town. Just park your car and you’re exactly where you want to be. The covered decks are an amazing perk — so even if it’s raining you can still enjoy the outdoors. We will be back.

We used the weekend to celebrate the 14th birthday of one of our sons while also in town for a football tournament for our older son. The house we stayed in was perfect. From cleanliness to location, I wouldn’t change a thing.

The House was bigger then I expected. Street was very quiet. Very clean.

The showers head need replacing and one of the window cranks is broken could not close the window upon departure. Reported it to Bryant Realty.

We were surprised at how well it was stocked with supplies (including beach gear!) and we appreciated the cleanliness and cute little pet friendly touches. Short walk to the beautiful beach, and the kids absolutely loved hanging out at the channel - it was great for finding crabs & shells, plus amazing sunset views. We’d definitely stay here again if we decide to go back.

Clough vacation- need an earlier check in time 4PM is too late

I had no problem with the property except there were ALOT of cockroaches in the outdoor shower and one was in the living room! The website stated that bedding, bath towels, beach chairs etc were not included in the property. They were and it would have saved me a lot of room in the car if I did not have to bring that stuff. Bicycles would be nice to have as well

Reviewer Comments: Our vacation was very nice and the house is good but needs a bit of upkeep done (dishwasher is a little temperamental, salt has corroded some of the faucets, etc.) The house itself is clean and checkout was easy until we were called after the day we left, to ask us to vacate. We were over 300 miles away at that time, had used the SMS checkout. It would have been nice if they had actually knocked on the door and asked the people in the house who they were before calling and texted me to say get out.

The AC wasn’t working the 1st night which was rough. But, it was fixed quickly on Sunday morning or a few hours after notifying Bryant. The steps to the sound had been washed away and according to a resident had been in bad condition for sometime due to a boating accident. I had invested $400 in renting several kayaks and paddle boards for the week and would have to carry them for several blocks if not for another renter allowing us to use their dock at the end of the street. The pictures for the rental should not include these steps as they do not exist. Overall, however, I was pleased with the amenities, location, cleanliness and value.

The House yes, Bryant Real Estate not so much!

Rating Details: The vacation rental was very clean. I was happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house was clean and well equipped. The first code for the front door given by Bryant Real Estate did not work. We asked for an early check in and were allowed to check in 15 minutes early, by the time we got to the house it was 4pm. The neighbors in 24 W Oxford were very loud and let their dogs roam freely, I realized I left my new bathing suit, cover up and shorts and tshirt when I got home that Saturday night. I called Bryant Real Estate and spoke to Lisa, she said she would call housekeeping and have them check and call me back, she never called back. On Monday I called Bryant Real Estate and was told that the property manager said I would have to wait until the current renters leave before housekeeping could check for my items, asked them if they could call to find out if the items were still there since I was in town. Was told a flat No! Told them I could stop by there since I was in town and was told that I would be trespassing. We have rented from Bryant Real Estate for over a decade, but after this experience and the terrible customer service, we will NOT be back. Too bad because I really like this house.

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Sandy Paws was the perfect location for our family. Inlet views and a short walk to the beach. Clean and cozy. 16 days AFTER we checked out, I received an email from Bryant Real Estate notifying us we were being charged $180.82 for breaking a door (that we did not break.) Despite five phone calls placed the week of July 10 and an email to Krystal Dorman and Daniel Perkins, we have been unable to get them on the line to discuss the charges. They charged my credit card and will not return or answer my calls. We received a brief email stating we did not need to continue to call them because they knew that we called - yet they won't call us back. The bathroom sink was clogged upon arrival and instead of complaining to Bryant Realty, we made an extra trip to store, purchased Draino and treated the clog ourselves. I regret that bit of generosity on our part now that they are charging almost $200 for something we didn't do AND being unwilling to discuss it with us. The door in question is a utility closet that is blocked by a large living chair. We had no reason to move the chair to access a door that has a deadbolt lock on it. Rent Sandy Paws (they are pet-friendly) but do NOT use Bryant Realty.
