This is spacious three-bedroom house, with an enclosed sunroom with tons of natural light is great for extended stays (30 days or more). Located in a quiet, mature neighborhood and minutes away from I-26 and I-526, where the roads lead to downtown Charleston (within minutes), Upper King Street, Joint Naval Base, the epicenter of the city’s renowned restaurant and nightlife district! The rental is a single-family detached home and a truly serene and relaxing space. There’s a spacious kitchen and living area room for multiple people. The kitchen includes a full-size fridge, toaster oven, microwave, dishwasher, pots & pans, dinnerware, basic cook tools and full size range (Special events, Christmas, Thanksgiving ready). There is a dining table for four but can accommodate up to six (plus a breakfast area). Enjoy peaceful natural light in the sunroom while reading a good book. Full size washer and dryer. Two full size beds, plus a two twin beds in 3rd bedroom. Closet space to store your clothing for extended stays (plus work desks). Wi-fi ready to enjoy all your streaming videos.

The stay and property was wonderful. We had no issues with anything. My kids really did enjoy the visit. I like it is convenient to a grocery store and some restaurants. Beautiful scenery and beach. I would definitely stay again. *we had no Issues with the neighborhood and we was in and out of the home all during the week we stayed

The house was very clean but has a smell. The first instrument upon arriving was to lock the doors and your car as they are not responsible for theft which did not give us any feeling of a safe neighborhood but we had no problems

I must say I was slightly disappointed due to it being the bare minimum. There were no extra sheets or blankets and the dishes were dirty and scarce. With minor adjustments this place could be so much better. Also pizza delivery would not come to neighborhood. You could tell that the person in charge of this place didn’t care to put much thought into making it inviting or welcoming at all! My family and I had to settle for this place because our first host canceled on us four days before our trip due to death in the family.
