We stayed here for a soccer tournament that was played at the Reach 11 fields. It was close to everything and very clean and comfortable.

Great stay for a week

This is our third time staying at this property and will continue to stay here when it's available. The complex is conveniently located. The complex itself is quite and the three pools are a very nice option. The unit itself is spacious, clean and well equipped. The beds are comfortable and the office is a nice extra to have since I was working while travelling.

Week stay in May

The condo is very spacious and in a good location. The unit is clean and has everything needed for a comfortable stay. The beds are comfortable and the bedrooms are very big/spacious. The complex has three pools and the garage is a nice benefit. I would not hesitate to stay again.

It’s a little confusing to actually find the place but when u do wow. !! Chris and Paul were my contacts but Chris was awesome! He went above and beyond to help with any questions small or big no matter what time. The place is gorgeous with a very peaceful courtyard that is Totally fenced in. We loved it

Great house and place

We, two swiss golf-maniacs rented this beautiful home for 5 weeks in November/December, and we thoroughly enjoyed staying there. First the location in Phoenix – in a nice and very quiet gated community and yet only minutes from malls, restaurants and highways which brought us to all our golf courses. Second the house – everything is pretty new, beautifully furnished and equipped with everything you possibly need. And third but not least the owner Paul – very helpful and responsive to make your stay as comfortable as possible. We felt very much at home right away, thank you Paul for letting us enjoy your nice house.

Central location great for Hiking, Biking, Eating and relaxing.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The location make it easy to Walk almost anywhere. We also utilized the included Bikes to ride the Canal trail to Old Town in Scottsdale. The North Mtn trails were just a short walk/ride away and the views were breathtaking. The property's included pools and hot tubs were great - Heated and operational, a welcome spot after a busy day. The Tennis Court is marked for Pickleball - Nice no waiting to use that! Found North Mtn Brewery, Little Miss BBQ, HiHI donuts and the greatest little Polish Bistro nearby. I highly recommend each for anyone visiting the area.

Excellent condo

The listing was very accurate and the condo was just as expected. Everything matched the photos. Everything was clean and well-maintained. Kitchen was well stocked with utensils, pots/pans, appliances etc. It was just two of us co-workers, but it was very nice having separate bedrooms and bathrooms versus sharing a hotel room. The condo is centrally located so travel to all locations was very easy via local streets or the 17 or 51. Golf at TPC was only 20 minutes away! The airport was a quick drive down 51 and the 101 loop is very close as well. The owner was very easy to work with via phone and text. Transactions were fast and accurate. This property comes highly recommended.

Fabulous family getaway

Overall we loved our stay! The beds were very comfortable. The location was great and within walking distance to hiking trails. Our teenagers enjoyed using the bikes and tennis court. The pools were clean and the people very friendly. Our guest contact was kind and went above and beyond, purchasing a high chair for us. Still, we had some trouble with communication and follow through (e.g., receiving checkin instructions quite late (a few hours before checkin) despite request for the same, and receiving laundry detergent which was meant to be stocked,as check out instructions include washing towels). Not a big deal but we have had better experiences on this front with past rentals. Nevertheless, should we return to Arizona we would certainly consider staying here again!

We had very limited access to our call phone during our stay - so weren't able to contact the property manager via phone. Sent 2 emails to the email address provided for Chris Arras but did not receive a response. We couldn't get into the pool area with the keys provided - msg sent but no reply. 2nd msg sent regarding USPS advising there was a pkg in the mail box - felt like keys. We had no access and again received no reply to our email. Unit inside was clean and comfortable, and a very convenient location, but outdoor area needed some attention - cigar butt found on patio table and grill looked like it had never been cleaned. Also found a large cobweb in one of the bottom cupboards by the stove - never did see the spider!

Family Trip 2023

The way to get in needs to have more direction! The garage is soooo small! The home was bigger than we thought! Perfect size! Lots of pillows and blankets! Beds comfy! The carpet needed shampooing it was clean but alot of stains. The downstairs1/2 bath bathroom faucet broke, so couldnt use the sink to wash hands. Toulet handle had to hold down a minute to flush. The corner top cabinet shelf broken needed repair. No pizza pans, we made do, the dishes pans all fully stocked. The silverware was so small like kiddie silverware they could use a new set. The faucets in showers very hard to pull out and turn on!! The fan in the living room would not turn up! And the alarm battery cord worn so the alarm beep kept saying low battery and beeping had to be reset constantly need more direction on how to use and directions on overhead fan in living room If these things worked would have been nice, but no biggie made do. The house was perfect for us and its not something that the owner cannot fix! Just has to make sure things fully functional and housekeeping are doing their job! The deck was dirty i cleaned it and the grill. But overall I give it a 4. If everything worked and a little cleaner a 10!

Family Vacation 2023

The house was as described big spacious had everything we needed. Negatives: needed better direction needs to send gate code when sends door entry code since u have to park in front go thru front door get garage fob then go back out and get car and move to get gate code to drive your car into garage! Garage super small we have a ford explorer and it barely fit in and squeeze your way out if your door. The house was clean but you could tell housekeepers do minimal essential cleaning. The windows sliders dirty and we had to clean deck grill and table and chairs. Carpets need cleaning lots of stains. Wash bed pillows more often and mattress covers had stains on them. Minor repairs should not be overlooked should check on them weekly, faucet didnt work in 1/2 bath it was broken and had to hold toilet handle a min for it to completely flush. All shower faucets so hard to pull out and turn on. Top corner shelf in kitchen corner cabinet was broken. Needs pizza pans and bigger silverware the silverware was kid size tiny forks spoons etc… There were however plenty of dishes, andvpots and pans. The security screen on laptop by the front door continuously beeped telling us battery dead, it was plugged in so we looked at the cord and it is frayed coming disconnected with plug in need more directions/user instructions on that! We couldnt get the large ceiling fan to come on higher. it would not turn up. Need more instructions on running that Overall big townhome and great neighborhood and place to stay, just needs to have owner maintain it more often for guests, and make sure housekeepers are cleaning more thoroughly

House was nice, clean enough but not super clean. Great pool and location.

When we got there late at night I followed the instructions the manager text to me. We couldn’t get in the gage so we drove around and tried the other gate as there are a couple entrances. I text her and didn’t hear anything back for 20 min. She gave us a new code and it worked. The WiFi didn’t even show up on our list to choose from. We needed it for work. I asked her and she said they never had issues before. I said well the name in the book and in the instructions doesn’t show up on any of our devices. She said she’d look into it. I never heard back from her. We were there for 4 days. House is great the manger is average.

Beautiful place

Had some check in issues but after that no problems- our kids loved the heated pools, the place itself is bright and homey, had plenty of space for us and our 3 kids/luggage for a week- comfortable beds (double in smaller bedroom not trundle as advertised), kitchen had all we needed, washer and dryer was awesome to have. Garage is tight fit for a van, bigger vehicles be aware. Hallway couch upstairs that turns into bed is not super comfortable for an adult, kids did fine but if adult has to sleep on it for more than a night you’d get a back ache. Overall great place we would return to again- 20 minutes from most adventures we went on, great central location for our first Phoenix visit. Thanks!!
