Perfect Townhome for our Mom/Daughter Getaway!

We absolutely loved staying in Rick’s comfy home, and the star of the show, is the beautiful outdoor patio! We enjoyed breakfast every morning outdoors under the orange tree blossoms with hummingbirds visiting. The beds were very comfortable so we slept great. We enjoyed the pool, and the location was just a short drive to some tasty dinner restaurants. We highly recommend this home and will definitely stay here again if our travels take us back to north central Phoenix area!

Beautiful, spacious and comfortable home

Communication with the host was helpful and very responsive. The home has a cool layout and was very comfortable. Our family had fun at the pools, using the BB court and enjoying the back patio/courtyard area. Kitchen provided lots of space and having laundry appliances was a nice addition too. Stayed here for our daughter’s graduation from GCU and it was an easy drive to campus so highly recommend for GCU parents. Beds are very comfortable and it was a great place to call home for a few days.

A Comfortable Stay

My wife and I enjoyed our 5-night stay. We had plenty of space and were very comfortable. The covered, connected parking and the private garden area are great benefits. Took advantage of the pool, spa and pickle ball courts during our stay. Host was great to deal with.

Great place and great location

Rick was an amazing host and even answered a call from us when we needed directions around midnight, his directions were great it was just disorienting at night. The property was beautiful and had so many homey touches. We had an amazing week and would highly recommend this place to another couple or family with older kids. Wouldn’t be ideal for older adults with mobility issues or very young children due to the layout but I think the pictures show the stairs! Great location too in a gated area with parking. Loved outside with the trees and patio upstairs wish it had been a little warmer!

Great Comfortable Stay...

Our hosts have thought about everything anyone could need for a wonderful stay. Instructions we received from them were so detailed that checking-in was a breeze. The kitchen was fully furnished even with an option for ground coffee or for pods. We are pod users so we had nothing to worry about. The beds were beautiful and so comfortable. Complimentary toiletries were so nicely fragrant. During the day we were able to enjoy the large patio. For our purposes we were located half way between downtown and Reach 11 sports complex which was an easy commute. We tried the restaurant recommendations and were not disappointed. Thanks for that. If your needs are for a quiet, well taken care of condo, this place is a must...

Well stocked and comfortable

Pre-reservation communication from the owner was timely and thorough. We had a very minor maintenance issue arise the first day and Rick was very responsive and helpful. The condo itself has everything you need and the area is well maintained and very quiet. Highly recommend !

Beautiful condo in lovely development

The condo was very comfortable, clean and we especially enjoyed the shaded patio and porch. The kitchen had everything we needed. The host, Rick, was very helpful and responsive. And we enjoyed using the pools and tennis courts. I highly recommend this home!

Great Condo

This is a nice comfortable condo in a resort like complex. The unit is furnished and stocked very well, just like home. The beds and linens are top notch, we slept great every night. Loved the private patio/courtyard to sit and have coffee in the morning. The Owner, Rick, is very attentive. He checked on us a couple times via text just to make sure we were enjoying the stay. Without a doubt, one of the best condos we have ever rented.

Lovely townhome

This is a lovely, comfortable, very clean Townhome with a private, shaded patio, well equipped kitchen, in a nice development with 3 pools and a tennis/ pickle ball court. The host, Rick, was very helpful and responsive to our questions. I highly recommend this home.

Nice, but.............

When you go from the kitchen to the living room, there is a 4" step down that takes some getting used to. Both my wife and I initially had difficulty remembering about the step down. Unfortunately, my wife fell and hit her head on a cabinet resulting in a trip to the Emergency Room. There is a red strip to help identifying the stepdown, but when you are first in the condo, you just tend to forget about it.

Awesome property

We enjoyed our 5 night stay in this beautifully furnished townhome. The accommodations were comfortable and everything we needed! The pool and hot tub areas are wonderful and just a short walk away. Communication with Rick was prompt!

North Mountain getaway

We really enjoyed our stay. Rick was quick to respond to our needs and followed up to make sure we enjoyed it! The town home was clean, well equipped, and very convenient to the places we were visiting. The pool was heated and beautiful. We would definitely stay here again!

Phoenix Visit

This townhouse in north-central Phoenix had everything we needed for our stay. It’s a fully stocked two bedroom property within a gated community. Multiple pools and spas are within the community, access is rather simple, and it’s very quiet. It’s a short drive to central Phoenix, Paradise Valley, Scottsdale, and even Sky Harbor depending on traffic. Grocery Stores, Costco, and many bars/restaurants are nearby. The property owner provides all the needed information and is just an email or call away. Highly recommend this property for visiting the Phoenix area.

Perfect home away from home

My husband and I really enjoyed this space . He works remotely and had the perfect work station. I loved all of the thought and effort into special details making the most of the space. It was so clean and had everything you needed. The bed was very comfortable. Rick was absolutely the best communicator and host. The neighbor was very nice and welcoming, which is not always the case. We look forward to future stays . We have stayed in many places over the last year in the area and this is my top ! I feel like we found a home away from home .

Perfection!

The unit is beautiful. The furnishings are first class. Beds very comfortable. The kitchen is fabulously supplied. You would want for nothing if you cooked a Thanksgiving dinner here. I WILL come again. Owners readily available for questions.
