Je zult weelderig genieten in de bries van de oceaan vanaf dit dakkapiteinshuis met 4 slaapkamers op het dak na strandwandelingen, zwemmen in het privézwembad, duiken in de hot tub of naar de sterren kijken.

Iedereen kan zijn eigen weg vinden om te relaxen, bij het zwembad, tijdens een van de vier arcade-spellen, iemand uitdagen met een spelletje pool of tafeltennis of op een van de vele binnen- of buitenruimtes.

Van boven naar beneden - dit prachtige huis is volledig opnieuw ingericht en opgewaardeerd met designelementen. Het slaapt comfortabel 10!

Een voortreffelijk, luxe huis wacht op u op privé Wightman Lane. Op een steenworp afstand van de sereniteit van de oceaan of het gemak van het dorp, is Captiva Breeze een luxe vakantie-oase met 4 slaapkamers en 4 badkamers met ruime binnen- en buitenruimtes, een verwarmd privézwembad en een spabad met waterval en veranda's in overvloed, waaronder een kapiteinshut op de daken met gedeeltelijk uitzicht op de baai en de Golf van Mexico.

Op de hoofdverdieping vindt u een woonkamer met kathedraalplafonds; ongelooflijke gastronomische keuken met granieten aanrecht, een wijnkoeler en een bar; de master bedroom king suite; een gastensuite met twee aparte bedden; complete badkamer met toegang vanuit de woonkamer of slaapkamer; en full-sized wasmachine en droger. Keuken- en eetgedeeltes en de grote suite komen allemaal uit op de lanai met uitzicht op het scherm en uitzicht op het zwembad.

De kingsize master suite heeft een en-suite badkamer met een bubbelbad groot genoeg voor twee, een glazen en tegels grote douche, dual-sink ijdelheid, een walk-in closet en een aparte toiletruimte. Eigen trap leidt u van de master suite naar het zwembad!

Het bovenste niveau van het huis bevat nog twee mooie en comfortabele slaapkamers met elk een eigen badkamer en-suite. Eén kamer heeft een kingsize bed. De andere extra grote kamer is voorzien van een kingsize bed en twee stapelbedden met een veiligheidstrap, comfortabel slapen tot 4 in een kamer. Great family house

House was clean. Bedrooms and bathrooms are laid out perfectly. Beach chairs and wagon were left in the garage and perfect for the short walk up to the beach.

Wonderful Captiva Breeze

The house was amazing and absolutely great! Considering she just was beat up by 2 hurricanes in as many weeks! More than enough room for the 6 of us! Beds were extremely comfortable. Plenty of things to do at the house when not at the beach. Adult kids loved the pool, pool table and video games downstairs! Will definitely book Captiva Breeze for next big family trip to the area.

Great house.

The house had everything we could want. The basement/game area was very nice for when it stormed and we could not be out and about. The location of the house was perfect--we were able to easily access the beach and all the local restaurants.

Great family getaway!

Our family of 9 had a great time for 5 nights! Plenty of room and Plenty of restaurants within walking distance. Make sure to try the Key Lime Pie from Key Lime Bistro just around the corner! Kids and adults loved the pool, hot tub and games area. Well stocked kitchen and Weber grill perfect for meals at home. Beautiful, quiet street with easy walk to beach. Plenty of chairs, beach wagon and some kid toys available to take to beach. Only complaints we had were: need more paper products (toilet paper and paper towels) and pool area could have been maintained a little better(spider/spider webs everywhere, a lot of dead bugs and a few live that got in through holes in screen). With that being said we made it work with a small Island store within walking distance that we purchased paper products and we “debugged” the area and it never stopped us from enjoying the pool/game area. Would definitely stay here again!

We love staying at this property.

We love staying at this property. This is our fourth year and we have already booked the same week for 2023. The four bedrooms and baths are perfect for our family. The kitchen is spacious and well-equipped. The pool is great to spend time in after a day at the beach. As the kids say, "Captiva Island is their HAPPY PLACE!" Everyone was helpful, friendly, and prompt with answers to inquiries made.

One last thing I would like to recommend is clearer instructions regarding having to out the trash OUT for pick up. We did not know that the trash service would not open the bins. The bins at Captiva Breeze did not have lids and we were afraid to leave them out for fear of attracting animals. They were replaced and all was well. I think the owners and Dream Vacations should review the house with a critical eye to improve the experience. Thank you! The team was very helpful and responsive. I called several times regarding a septic alarm in the neighborhood and some other issues and I was very impressed by how responsive and nice they all were.

Our stay

Needed a cook top CLEANER for the white, ceramic cook top. We would have loved to have kept it clean. No disposal in the sink? Very hard to believe. Loved the location!, the 4 BR, 4 Baths, the pool and the Weber grill. Provided supplies were skimpy. One pod for the dishwasher for a week's stay yet 2 paks of laundry detergent? 1 roll of paper towels? Had to wipe drips off the kitchen floor a lot since the waste basket was FAR from the sink.

Although our experience was exceptional, we did encounter a very unpleasant instance. When we went to throw away the trash in the trash bins outside of the house, the trash bins were DISGUSTING. There were maggots all over the trash and it smelled horrible. The house itself was very clean, but we were shocked to find that the trash bin/storage was so disgusting. We cleaned it ourselves, but want to stress that as a guest we felt very disappointed that we had to clean it ourselves.

Captiva Breeze was perfect for our three families June 2021. Very clean and roomy. Elevator was a big plus. Easy walking distance to the beach. House comes with lots of beach chairs and umbrellas although we rented a canopy from Finnimores in Sanibel. Since there is no parking on the streets other than rentals and residences there is no beach crowd to fight. Kids had lots of fun with golf cart rental, pool, arcade games, beach, and Joeys ice cream boat visits to the beach. Very helpful and answered all our questions

We love this house.

We love this house. It’s our second time renting it. We are two families vacationing together and it was very comfortable for everyone. The bed/bath layout is perfect for us. There are plenty of extras like beach towels, beach chairs, bikes, games and puzzles to provide something for everyone. The week went by far too quickly. Appreciate the quick response to our issues.

The light fixture over the staircase leading to the pool/patio are is not working properly. Either the bulb is our or the fixture is in need of repair. We noticed a tear in the screening around the pool/patio. The response to our call with this information was an immediate repair to the problem.

This house was beautiful and absolutely perfect for our family. The attention to detail was above and beyond- we had everything we could possibly need for time at the beach. The kids were occupied with the fun games and pool. The house is in great shape, clean comfortable and perfect location. Can’t wait to stay again!

Wonderful house and location

This was a great house for our family and fit everyone comfortably. It was great having a pool at the house and being such a short walk to the beach! They had lots of beach and pool supplies. Beds were comfortable, plenty of bathrooms for a bigger group, kitchen was well stocked with dishes, appliances, pots/pans, etc., arcade games and other games were a great bonus. Overall a great time and awesome place to stay. Thanks!!

Your team was top notch. Email communication/check in everything was seamless. Also, I called your team two weeks prior to our arrival and asked your team to confirm that the home still included a Yeti beach cooler for our use. Your team actually went to the house to confirm for me. Great service.

It was quite enjoyable.

It was quite enjoyable. Captiva Breeze property was the perfect size for our family of 9. The pool was an added treat. It was conveniently located with only a short walk to the beach, shops, and restaurants. We enjoyed it so much that we have already booked for the same week next year. The team members were very helpful, very polite and returned calls in a reasonable period of time.
