Clean, comfortable and quiet, renting

The apartment is a lower level walk out: private, quiet and secluded. Renting is, 4 pm on arrival day to 11 am on departure day.Completely renovated a few years ago. Brand new queen bed, all tile floors, concrete counter tops, flat screen tv's, wifi, laundry, fully equipped kitchen, large deck perfect for grilling and chilling. Coast Guard Beach and Nauset Light Beach (ocean side beaches) are approximately two miles, and it is less than a 1/4 mile to Cape Cod Rail Trail and 1/2 mile to Nauset Bike Trail to Coast Guard Beach. Mature gardens are in bloom. Cats are welcome (keep indoors). Dogs are negotiable. We have three Persian cats--Melvin, Moses and their sister Marley--who you may see out on their enclosed "catio."

Perfect for couples

The place was huge for a one bedroom apartment. Very private considering the owners lived upstairs. Wish we could live there year round. Location was perfect. Lots of great eateries nearby.

Perfect getaway!

The house was perect for my boyfriend and I. Just the right size and it had all the amenities we needed. The location was great for being close to the bike path as well as near all of the beaches. Margo & Charley were great communicators, and responded quickly when we had questions. It was a great week and we will hopefully be going back again next summer! Thanks again.

Home away from home

We loved our stay in this apartment. Location was great. We were able to walk to the bike path for our morning walks and were very close to Coast Guard and Nauset light beaches which were both beautiful. The apartment was clean and cozy. Margo decorated it beautifully with many nice touches and attention to detail. It was also great having use of a washer and dryer off the kitchen. The back deck was wonderful to sit on and enjoy the beauty of the backyard. It was easy to check in and Margo was a wonderful host. Will definitely stay here in the future. Highly recommend!!

Thanksgiving get away

We love the cape off season and this was a perfect place to stay. Great apartment with everything we needed. Nice location on the edge of national seashore.

Comfortable, spacious spot near all of the Cape's fun

Very comfortable bed, bedroom is very large and main living room/kitchen/dining is also. Everything we needed to cook, though we didn't much. Quiet, clean, easy, private access. Local information about restaurants, etc. Host was responsive to questions. Everything you could hope for!

Perfect Spot to Enjoy the Outer Cape

Charlie and Margo were great hosts. The property is meticulously maintained and thoroughly cleaned. My fiancé and I had a wonderful week here. The kitchen was well equipped and had everything we needed to make a full breakfast each morning and prep lunch for the beach. We never got around to using the grill or patio but I can ensure you it is a great spot to grill and chill. We explored the entire Outer Cape from Chatham to Provincetown, even ferried to Nantucket for a day. This location was the perfect central spot for that. We also spent two days at Nauset Light Beach which is only a five min. drive away. There was a large utility room where the washer and dryer were kept which made a great spot to hold our two golf bags and beach equipment. There was even chairs and boogie boards available there, if you forget yours!

Wonderful

Exactly as described… beautiful and quiet location! Loved sitting on the deck enjoying the back yard… even the little bunny that came to visit each day! Easy to get to and everything you need or want to see is close by. Very friendly owners, didn’t even know they were there! Had a great stay, did not disappoint! We’ll be back!

The Perfect Getaway Home

My husband and I had the pleasure of staying here for our wedding anniversary. Charley and Margo were the most perfect hosts - from providing an extensive list of recommendations for things in the area, truffles to welcome us and even fresh flowers and allowing us to check in early. So much space in this home and the back patio was so nice to enjoy breakfast and cocktails. We already cannot wait to come back! Thank you both so much!

Excellent stay!

This is a wonderful place to spend some relaxing time in the Cape. The apartment had many little touches to make our stay comfortable. (Bedside tables and lamps on both sides of the bed!) Everything was very clean. We tried a couple of the recommendations provided - they were terrific. Location is close enough to get to Provincetown and Hyannis easily, but not nearly as crowded as those towns seemed to be. All in all, a delight!

Great place

Beautiful place, friendly hosts, kitchen with appliances, large living room, eating nook, large two room bedroom, futon/couch in living room, lovely orchids in bedroom, and, a matchbox era hippie vw bus in psychedelic colors. Fresh baked cookies!! I’ll be back.

Lovely Stay in Eastham

The property was clean, comfortable and super spacious, just as advertised. Check-in was a breeze! The home is in a great spot for activities on the Outer Cape, walking distance to the rail trail, close to beautiful Coast Guard Beach and other areas of the National Seashore, not to mention all of the other local beaches. I only wish I had more time there, would definitely return!

Lovely quiet respite in a great location with friendly, helpful hosts!

This stay surpassed my expectations! My favorite aspects: the back deck in the morning (beautifully landscaped extensive yard (w/ snap dragons, butterflies and bunny rabbits!); how cool and welcoming the apartment was the whole time; the great sleep (so quiet and comfortable); and, if one wanted to use it, a very well-equipped kitchen. It's also right on the bike trail, so very easy to get on and off. Hosts were wonderful, and the place was very welcoming - loved the little soaps, and fresh flowers. I'd stay here again in a second. I was only here 3 nights but felt completely refreshed from this vacation!

Excellent Stay

We decided on a last minute long weekend and found this place in Eastham. The place is excellent, everything is super clean and new. Great attention to details. Owners are very nice. The location is great :minutes from a bike path, best beaches(National Sea Shore) and good restaurants. Highly recommend!

Perfect Getaway

We couldn,t have been happier the place was large clean had everything u could need (including great beaches) for a summer holiday, Charlies whole family were friendly, professional and gave us all the privacy we needed, off the beatin path ,it was quiet and green a very nice change from the blue of the ocean.

Neat and accessible to nearby attractions

This stay allowed us to achieve our travel objectives. The main one being to access nearby Nantucket Island. Our three day stay was hampered by rain on Day 3; nevertheless, we found Eastham to be ideal for our travel arrangements.

Lovely experience

We stayed here for a long weekend, having stayed in many hotels/cottages/B&Bs during the past 64 years. The home was situated on a quiet road, we had complete privacy, and everything was spacious, clean and charming. Highlight for me was the bedroom closet. We look forward to staying here again.

Beautiful new home.. Sparkling clean

We decided on a last minute long weekend in Eastham and found this home. It is the lower level of a beautiful home and it is totally private with a separate entrance and driveway. The owner has recently completed a full remodel and he did a phenomenal job. There is bead board throughout giving a classic Cape feel. The furniture is comfortable and the bed seems brand new. The linens, dishes, pots, pans are all great quality and are clean, new and plentiful. The weather was not cooperative, but we had a fantastic time just the same, and Charley, the owner, was kind enough to let us extend our stay. He was great to work with from start to finish. Eastham is a perfect location as it is close to P-Town in one direction, Hyannis/Dennis, etc in the other, We own a vacation rental ourselves so we know first hand what it takes to make a great stay for guests. If we could give Charley more than 5 stars, we gladly would.
