Located in the town of South Bristol and situated directly on the harbor with a boat launch nearby, Cottage 27 has four bedrooms and a private deepwater dock. This is the perfect place to experience coastal living with friends and family. Kayaking, sailing and swimming are all within reach. Great house

This was our second time staying at this property and we love it. Rachel & Bob are super thoughtful and responsive. They’ve thought of everything to make the stay comfortable and fun.

Great hosts

The south Bristol community is exceptional, the locals, the lobster Co op next door and the great eateries in town . We enjoyed our two week stay; lovely hosts and close to Portland, Bar Harbor, Booth Bay and Wiscasset . There are no shortage of activities, even if it rains the whole time. We did not have children however; if you are traveling with children bring back up entertainment for rainy days .
