Amazing vacation

From start to finish, a fantastic experience. The condo is stunning, we did not want for anything. Mary was very responsive and helpful, making the process seamless from check in to check out. Everything about the property was perfect, no complaints!

Excellent!

We had a fabulous stay in this condo that easily accommodated grandparents, parents, and 4 adult kids! Fully equipped and the pools and beach are great! Loud music from resort next door until midnight. The hostess is amazing! Amazing balcony view!

Nice appartement with space for all

Very nicely thought through, the place is clean spacious and has everything you need. The manager, Mary is very very nice and helpful.

Awesome Stay

Pictures are accurate to description. very fun time, went with my family of 7 and everybody enjoyed the stay. Both the room and resort were great. Nice area, in the center of everything. Would recommend it to everyone. Very spacious for a big family.

Great Location with great views

Incredible views and great amenities on the beach! Lots of pools to choose from with access to the beach. The condo is large with great areas to enjoy family dinners and make memories. One of the rooms is in the back far away from the rest, a bit to far for us, so we just had our daughters stay with us. It is a room as it has its own room but has no windows. Not super clear from post but figured it out from other reviews. Condo could use some upgrades in the kitchen. If you love to cook like me, you may find it a challenge,. It’s manageable but could use a little investment in the kitchen. Property manager is great, we had a couple of challenges but she quickly addressed them.

Beautiful condo

Our 4 bedroom condo was beautiful with amazing views of the resort and Puerto Vallarta! 3 bedrooms had King size beds and with great views the 4th bedroom was tiny with bunk beds, no views and it did not get good air flow. Overall experience was great! The food at the pool/bar restaurant was excellent. The massage services on site were excellent!

Incredible views and space

We were three couples and this space was perfect with privacy for all of us. The layout and design is gorgeous and the views are stunning. We saw whales breaching from the balcony! It’s about a 10-12 taxi/Uber ride into town or grocery stores, so that’s the only downside. Essentially a retirement community, so not a place to party, but plenty of pools to relax next to and easy beach access. Host Mary was very accommodating and always responded quickly to questions . Highly recommend!!

Not really four bedrooms!!!

Have stayed in this tower for the last 3 years in different condos, so love the area and easy to get into town every day or evening for great restaurants!! The 4th bedroom is really not a complete bedroom for an adult since it has a bunk bed, could not recommend if you are looking for 4 full bedrooms. The manager of the property was wonderful to work with and understood our dilemma! I should have read the reviews more closely before I booked!!

Excellent Property

we stayed as a group of 6 adults and 2 youth at this property. the condo was immaculately clean and very well stocked as far as appliances go. Mary our Property Manager was awesome. She was in contact with us over 2 months prior to our arrival and kept in contact leading up to our stay. Everything in the condo was very well labeled since a lot of the features were controlled by remote. you cant get a better view than this. you can see the sun come up and go down again all from this same condo. the only thing visitors need to be aware of is that the bedroom with the bunk beds is in the back corner of the condo with no view to the outside and it is extremely small. thanks for everything Mary you are a great host.

Outstanding Views wow!!

We stayed at Casa Bella Grande for Thanksgiving week with five other people including three children. Very family friendly. We had a blast hanging out in the five pools, tennis courts and on site restaurant that provides room service!! Great after a long day of playing. The condo is amazing, Everything you need or want is available. Management was very responsive. It’s a five star property with in a 5 star complex. We can’t wait to come back!

Not air conditioned like the right up said!!!!!

Our stay at Grand Venition was not what we exspected. The write up on Evolve said it was air conditioned, well it wasn’t the bedrooms were, not the living area, kitchen or dinning areas, it was 93 degrees during our stay, and it was so uncomfortable 😣 There were other things, no towel hangers in bathrooms, bathroom door squeaked so loudly it woke everyone up. Fan didn’t work on patio and many other little things that really didn’t make it enjoyable. The condo was besutiful and nice views. I feel that we paid a lot for this condo and need to be refunded some money!!!!!!!

Beautiful views but overpriced for the inconveniences

We were celebrating an "end of cancer treatment" for myself and decided to really splurge for a family get away. When you spend this much per night, you really expect everything to be top notch. Your first impression of the place is literally "Wow!" but then after a day or two, you get disappointed with some things. The biggest issue was the broken air conditioning! It worked in the bedrooms (although the noise in our room kept me up plus the air blew down on the bed) but the rest of the condo was so hot and muggy everyday, it was not enjoyable to be in it. The 4th bedroom is reached by walking through the laundry area. No windows at all in there, plus it had bunk beds now even though the original add showed a twin bed so my sister and daughter ended up sharing the larger bedroom. The oven did not work which was a pity because we would have liked to have used it. There was only one way to turn it on and that was high heat broil which caused us to burn our food so we gave up using it. One of the chairs in the living room in front of the tv was broken. You try and sit in it and it dipped forwards...this needs to be either fixed or thrown out! It was also difficult to get a hot shower at times. You have to let the water run for several wasteful minutes but that didn't always work. And lastly, I did not know the condo was on the 22nd floor...A couple of us have height issues so just FYI.

Great location directly on the beach!

Unbelievable...literally. We were 3 couples, so this unit having 3 king suites was THE perfect fit. The unit is very well appointed with everything we needed, including beach towels! The view was spectacular. Pools were pristine (but the workers patrolling were a little too strict on the pool rules!) The food plaza across the street was divine (the Steak house in particular with Juan waiting the table...felt like royalty!) Mary was very quick to return my texts and was very gracious. I would return here in a heartbeat!
