Great Stay

We really enjoyed our stay, can’t beat the views from the patio and enjoyed the location right on the trail but out of town a bit. Hosts were good communicators as well!

The property was great but the view from the property was beautiful and this was the reason we booked it. Buses close as well which was great for getting to town.

Amazing views

Everything was amazing, great views, clean and very comfortable accommodation, close to walking track along the lake. Can walk to cafes/restaurants which had great food and atmosphere. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would book here again.

Perfect accommodation in an excellent location!!

We appreciated the ease of check-in for our late arrival and loved walking the Frankton Track to get to Queenstown. Beautiful view of the water from our room as well. Highly recommend. :))

Great view, not too far from airport but a little far away from Queenstown center. Remember to bring food if u stay as not easy to find restaurant around here unless you take taxi to go to Frankton central or Queenstown central. I really recommend this place for your trip I really enjoyed

Amazing Stay!

Clean, tidy and warm with amazing views! Great location with being away from the hustle and bustle of Queenstown but also not very far away as well. Melanie and Calvin were great hosts and were there if we needed anything, which we didn't because everything was already there.

My wife and I stayed here for three nights during our visit to Queenstown. The place was very cozy and the lakeside view was absolutely marvelous! We were also able to enjoy the starry sky from the balcony on our second night. Thank you Melanie for the accommodation and prompt responses!

Great location and view

This apartment is located close enough to queenstown and is the perfect distance between there and Frankton. The view of the lake is amazing and we loved there was access to a ealking oath along the lake. This place had all the amenities we couod need for a 10 day stay and we woyld stay there again.

Fabulous!

This is a beautifully furnished and spotlessly clean studio with sensational views of the lake. It was lovely to return from the hustle and bustle of Queenstown to the serenity offered here. We mainly used the bus to get in and out of Queenstown and it was a short 5-10 minute ride with a regular service. Also walked and cycled along the trail, which was very enjoyable. Melanie is a wonderful host who was extremely accommodating and responsive. Highly recommend!

20th Anniversary Celebration

The view was breathtaking. Room well equipped - although it would have been nice to also have underfloor heating in the bathroom. It would have kept it warm and dry Bathroom vent and heater needs cleaning. I will definitely be recommending my friends to stay at this accommodation

We will definitely be back!

We had a great stay in this studio and only wish we could have stay longer! A great quiet location right on the lake with absolutely amazing uninterrupted views of the mountains and lake. The studio was actually a little bigger than I expected and quite spacious, has a great balcony to relax and take in the view, and a comfortable bed! The place is well maintained, spotless and was very easy to book and communicate with the manager. A great place to base ourselves from for a few days to explore - we’ll definitely be back next time we visit Queenstown.
