Deetjen - Enjoy your beach vacation in this beautiful raised beach house. The modern floorplan allows you to cook and entertain. Beautiful hardwood floors and spacious bedrooms throughout. Enjoy the front covered porch with rockers, and the covered porch and sundeck on the back with a gas grill. This house is near the beach and close the community bike trail. 5 Bedrooms and 3 1/2 Baths Bed sizes: 1 King, 2 Queens, 4 Singles and a Queen Sleeper Sofa. Master suite has a garden tub. Amenities include: Multiple TVs, Fireplace, Screened Porch, Open and Covered Porches, Deck, Gas Grill, and Ceiling Fans.
Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure for vacation rentals up to 3 weeks.
Linens are provided for vacation rentals up to 3 weeks long! Just show up, and beds will be made with fresh sheets and pillowcases. Bath towels, bath mats, washcloths, hand towels, and dish towels are included.
Check-In: Saturday during the Summer.
Shorter Stays may be available last minute.
Monthly Winter Rentals may be available during the off-season.
Monthly rentals have Housekeeping and optional Linen Packages provided for an additional cost.
No Smoking and No Pets
CANCELLATION & TRANSFER requests must be in writing. Payments cannot be transferred and guests may not assign or sublease. All refunds that are not covered by insurance are subject to the property and dates being re-rented. If re-rented for less money, the shortage will be deducted from your total. The balance (less insurance premium, reservation fee, and 10% of Rent) will be refunded.
