Loved the house and location. Updated nicely especially the bathrooms and kitchen. Could use a hand mixer in the kitchen. The mattresses need replaced as they were not really good shape and the upstairs was very musty. All in all, we would rent again especially if these things were taken care of.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I stayed in this house in the Summer of 93 with my girlfriend and her family. I returned with her and our 3 kids and son in law and daughter in law. It has plenty of room and you cant beat the location to the beach. Only negative is mattresses in downstair bedrooms werent the best (or maybe my 55yo back isn't the best?)

Nice house but not enough bathrooms for our needs. We also needed a tub for the 2 year old who was afraid of the shower.

The large table had plenty of room for all of us to be able to sit and eat together. I Dont like this house

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The carpet is very dirty. The queen bed downstairs iis not comfortable. The mattress must be old as it is lumpy. The wicker bed upstairs shakes when you bump into it. The bagroom ceiling leaks over the shower. The toilet stops up on a regular basis. This could be a grea hoose but repairs need to be made.

Many guests that stay at this house love it and come back every year. Great location, great house, ohhh that porch!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house was as described by Tidelife Vacation Rentals. Good communication and easy key pick up. The kitchen was well stocked and laid out. We loved the huge round table for our 9...now we all want to install a lazy Susan at home, perfect! Lots of comfy chairs. I really liked that the main TV was in a nook off of the living room so TV watchers weren’t in the center of the living space. The grandkids had a blast under the house on rainy days. There are tons of board games and paperbacks. Big side entry porch to leave sandy shoes. Plenty of parking, we had 3 cars. The right side stairs are split with a landing so easier to navigate with beach bags and groceries. I did like the open plastic shelf unit at the end of the kitchen, it let us have all the food and drinks visible to grab and go. Plenty of Corelle dishes and non breakable cups! But...the full front of the house screen porch was terrific for soaking up the beach breezes, listening to the waves and hanging out at night just rocking away... Hopefully we will be back next year! We all loved BisQit, Moes, Quigleys, La Famiglia, DeRomas, Rosie’s and of course Gilbert’s for Ice Cream!

The credit we received to rent beach chairs etc was awesome! The house was comfortable and well equipped! The towels and linens provided by TideLife were good quality. Best vacation EVER!!

Mini family reunion from 3 states. We all had such a great time. Dutch Courage was perfect. We all decided the pictures don’t do it justice! So nice to run back from the beach to grab food or drinks. Hide under the house made rinsing sandy feet a breeze. We rented chairs and a cabana tent which was set up and dismantled for us each day. When it rained we still got to enjoy the beach from under our tent. Kitchen had everything and anything we needed to prepare meals. We all enjoyed the remarkable lazy Susan as we sat around the large table together. We would cone back here in a heartbeat!!

Great Vacation Place!

Dutch Courage was a wonderful vacation place, across the street from beach access, large screened in porch, as well as an open deck. Lots of room inside, very comfortable! We’ll be back!
