Decorated by professional designer with antiques and nautical decor for a sunny, seaside look, this place is a great home base for exploring the area or hanging out at the beach. Very well-equipped kitchen and open concept kitchen / dining / living room area for gathering.

Leave the car parked and walk to everything you need. Only 7 houses back from a 3-mile long sandy beach. Two blocks to the grocery store, bakery, diner, pharmacy, bank and post office!

Fireplace, TV with DVD and VHS players.
Board games, regional books and puzzles.

Check-in 5-9pm. Check-out by 10am.

Absolutely NO PETS or SMOKING of any kind on the premises, inside or out. Quiet hours 9pm-7am.

Wir haben eine Woche in Sharon's Appartment verbracht und den Aufenthalt dort sehr genossen. Es ist ein helles, sauberes, nett eingerichtetes Appartment mit reichlich Platz. Der öffentliche Strand war quasi um die Ecke. Mit Hilfe der von Sharon zur Verfügung gestellten Ausrüstung (Sonnenschirme, Klappstühle, Cooler und ein Strandwagen, um das alles zu transportieren) haben wir entspannende Tage am Strand verbracht. Empfangen wurden wir mit selbstgemachten leckeren Muffins und zwischendurch gab's sogar selbstgemachtes Eis für die Kinder. Ein Ausflug nach Boston mit der Hingham Ferry hat prima geklappt. Sharon hatte sich am Vortrag extra noch einmal erkundigt, wo genau wir unser Auto am besten parken könnten. Das fand ich sehr nett. Die im Appartment zur Verfügung gestellten Informationen bezüglich Restaurants, Ausflugs- und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten waren sehr ausführlich und äußerst hilfreich. Wir konnten Sharon's Grill und ihre Picknick-Bank im Garten nutzen, so daß wir nach einem "Lazy-Day" am Strand nicht mehr essen gehen mussten, sondern das Abendessen zu Hause genießen konnten. Wir haben uns in der Wohnung rundherum wohl gefühlt und würden sie auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen. Vielen Dank Sharon für den schönen Aufenthalt.

The property was very nice and only a few houses from the best part of the beautiful beach

Our family stay at Sharon's vacation rental was very pleasant. Everyone had a great time. The home was well furnished and Sharon went the extra mile to help in anyway we needed. The beach chairs and umbrella were very useful. I would highly recommend this unit to anyone wanting to spend a week near a great beach location.

Having traveled extensively and rented properties for many years, I know what guests are wanting when they rent a vacation property. So, I decided to purchase a place where I could host other travelers and I've done my best to meet and exceed those expectations. I love to garden, cook, bake and walk the beach.

Why they chose this property

The duplex is located just a short stroll from the best section of Nantasket Beach which is less rocky and more walking space available during high tide. Shopping is just a couple blocks away which means you can leave the car parked for your entire stay if you like. Everything you need without driving, including grocery, bakery, diner, pharmacy, dry cleaners and post office. A block away is also a playground with tennis courts.

What makes this property unique

The 5-minute walk to the beach, 2 blocks to shopping make this location just perfect for me and my guests. It's immaculate and very sunny (lots of windows). I have had guests say this felt like "a home away from home". I hope you will feel the same way when you come to stay.
