About this property

St George Getaway 1 Bedroom Condo, Sleeps 5, Full Kitchen, Sports Village Resort

Enjoy the sun and scenery of southern Utah in our spacious one bedroom pet friendly condo. Well-behaved dogs (max 2) are welcome for a $50 pet fee per dog. (No cats allowed)

This does not feel like a one bedroom condo with vaulted ceilings and spacious common area and dining area. The beds include a queen bed in the master bedroom, the couch pullout queen bed with extra sleeping space on the remaining couch section. Amenities include: W-iFi, Air conditioning and heat, full kitchen with dishwasher, oven, microwave, refrigerator, washer and dryer. Two TVs in living room and bedroom.
Located within an hour of Zions National Park, one half mile from the best mountain biking in the west, and 90 minutes from Las Vegas.
Enjoy the sunset on our spacious, beautiful balcony deck. The deck has a locking gate for bicycles or extra security if the kids want to sleep under the stars.
Enjoy all the advantages of the Sports Village membership: two heated swimming pools and hot tubs, courts for tennis, pickleball, racquetball, volleyball and basketball, shuffleboard, playground, pool table, indoor miniature golf, free wi fi at the clubhouse and many other indoor games in the clubhouse.

Check-out instructions

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Wash the towels, put them in the dryer. You do not need to wait for them to finish drying. Laundry detergent is in big closet. If you are checking out early and don’t have time let us know.
Hand wash any dishes/cooking appliances that can’t go in dishwasher.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
-NO SMOKING of any Kind. If you smoke in the house/near the house to where the smoke permeates into the house, you agree to pay a fine of $200.
Dog owners- -Dogs need to be on leashes. -Pick up dog waste. -Report any damage. -No cats
NO GUESTS Only confirmed guests are allowed (Max of 5 in house). Notify the host if you'd like to add additional guests.

Functional and spacious condo for two. Facilities are great, nice pickleball and tennis courts, shuffleboard, pools and hot tubs looked nice though we didn't use them. Very close to mountain bike trails.My only gripe is being asked to wash towels and start dryer before leaving, that requires an extra early start if leaving early in the morning.

Stayed here for a competition, great area, clean, host communication was friendly. Clubhouse was great, used the facilities at least once every day to wind down and have fun. Wish we had known about this place the last 3-4 years of tournaments and competitions...

Why they chose this property

We love Sports Village and everything it has to offer. Brad likes to ride his mnt bike from the condo and Tamra likes to relax by the pool and soak in the hot tub. Sports village has something for everyone. Plenty of fun things for the kids but also great if you just want to relax by the adult only pool. Beautiful landscaping with lots of grass and walking paths throughout complex.

What makes this property unique

Not all Sports Village one bedroom have a private entrance. Our one bedroom is located up a half of flight of stairs onto a private balcony deck. Inside it has vaulted ceilings that make it feel very spacious. Laminate flooring throughout so it is very kid and dog friendly.
