Tastefully decorated, this home boasts new floors, kitchen and baths and comfortably sleeps ten or more adults. The welcoming decor will make you feel at home right when you walk in.

The main floor offers a large open floor plan, a gourmet kitchen, great room, spacious island and dining area. Sliding French doors lead to the spacious deck overlooking Sandy Neck and Cape Cod Bay to the rear and the Farmers Porch overlooking the in ground pool to the side.

The second level features a master suite with a large private bath and a deck and two additional bedrooms that share a bath. There is also a sitting room on this level. All rooms have lovely light and beautiful water views

The third floor has a master suite with a living room, incredible views and a large deck.

Amazing stay at the Cape

Just finished a great week up at the Cape. This house was a fantastic home base for us. Centrally located to many activities. Amenities of the home were top notch. Pool area was fantastic. Lovely views of Sandy Neck beach from the second and third floors. The property owner was very responsive. Would highly recommend this property for families or groups traveling to the Cape.

Perfect Family Home Base Away From Home

Stayed here with 2 young children so was hard to do a ton of beach time or go out when visiting the Cape. Perfect home away from home, but even better. The pool was perfect, tons of space, close to several town centers, and private.

A great stay

A great and relaxing stay at Cape Cod. We had the best of times in Carolyn’s lovely house. Waking up in the morning with seaview and sunshine gives you a great start. The house has everything you can ask for and is really great for a family. Carolyn was a great host, fast in her replies and giving us suggestions of what to see and do. Thanks for a great stay, we love to come back!

Beautiful and comfortable house that is perfect for a large family or group of friends. The home has everything you could ever want and is perfectly appointed. Large, modern kitchen, spacious living room and awesome outdoor space. It was absolutely perfect and we look forward to returning.

The host was incredibly responsive and attentive to all our needs. I was able to text her several months before our vacation to confirm that the house was equipped with items we didn’t need to pack. The amenities were fantastic! We loved having a pool, which provided a refreshing break from the beach. The outdoor fireplace was perfect for making s'mores in the evenings.With multiple levels of living space, our family had plenty of room to watch TV, play Monopoly, or work on puzzles together or alone. The kitchen was fully stocked and spacious enough for preparing meals and enjoying them together as a family. Gorgeous views from various rooms and levels made for stunning sunsets and great photo opportunities. We loved our stay and plan to return next summer!

Fabulous again!

We rented this house last summer and didn't hesitate to return this year. The pictures truly tell the story. The home is lovely, well kept, and fit our needs to a tee. The owner is available and communicative and extremely helpful in a timely way. We are already planning for next summer.

Exceptional property in a private location

Fantastic property in a quiet location in Barnstable. A terrific location to serve as a home-base to explore the Cape. Our family enjoyed our week here making use of the pool, patio, decks, grill, beach gear, and more. The home is well appointed, well stocked, completely comfortable, and very clean. The Owner was great to work with and very responsive throughout. The Owner also gave us the proper heads-up for their routine maintenance team members' weekly schedule (pool, landscape, trash collection, etc) and they too are professional and completely unobtrusive. Just a great experience all-around. Thank you.

Picture Perfect!!

My family of 5 adults and one child had a fabulous time at this amazing house. It lived up to all of the pictures and then some. The house and the decks and the grounds were well maintained with wonderful views from many vantage points. We did not want for anything in terms of amenities in the house during our week. The owner was extremely responsive and lovely to speak with. We would definitely stay there again. In fact we are already in discussions. We felt lucky to have had this opportunity.

Wonderful week in Cape Cod

We had a wonderful stay. The house was very well appointed and updated. A tone of natural light in the house and tremendous views of Sandy neck beach from the second and third floors. Very secluded and felt like our own private oasis. Plenty of room to spread out. Gourmet kitchen had all that we needed to cook. Weber has grill was perfect to grill out on. Location was close to Sandwich, Osterville, Hyannis. Pool and outdoor area was tremendous. We had great time sitting outside at night on the porch and enjoying the breeze. I would highly recommend this house and we plan to come back and stay here again in the future!

Beautiful, high-end home with plenty of space for family

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Barnstable. We were incredibly impressed by the quality of the home. The furniture (inside and out) is not only stylish but comfortable. We also loved the layout of the home. There was plenty of room for our family to spread out. The bedrooms were very clean and comfortable and the bathrooms (like the whole house) were all recently renovated. The owners have excellent taste! We loved all of their decorations. We also enjoyed making dinner in the kitchen and on the outdoor bbq throughout our stay as well. The home is set up very nicely to accommodate a family vacation. The pool was amazing and the kids loved it! Also, Laura, the property manager is very responsive. She was very helpful throughout our stay in Barnstable. We can’t say enough about how great this home is and look forward to making this an annual tradition with our family.

Absolutely beautiful home.

Hands down, best vacation ever! The property is amazing. We watched the the sun rise and set from the third floor. Truly a sight to see!! The house was clean upon arrival and well stocked with bedding and towels. We took full advantage of the heated pool. It is a bit buggy around the pool so insect repellent is a must. Laura, the property manager kept in touch before we left and remained easily accessible during our stay. Thank you to the owner for sharing your home with our family!!

Completely redone and all updated house. Pool was lovely and in a nice neighborhood. Only complaint is no central air currently (apparently they are working on this) so the air conditioning units were loud and going on and off a lot. Our family had a wonderful time at the home and surroundings.
