The Sage Farmhouse is a newly built modern farmhouse outside of Columbus, Tx. The home is located less than 30 minutes from Round Top, Tx. The home has a modern Bohemian style with a mixture of antiques, modern farmhouse and mid century decor.
The 3700 sq foot home features (4) bedrooms and (4) private bathrooms along with a powder room. The great room offers seating for 8-10 with a large dining space. There is also a cozy sitting area just of the kitchen perfect for coffee in the morning or drinks in the evening. A tv room/bar with beautiful wood paneling and plenty of seating is also available on the main floor. The Sage offers a fully equipped kitchen, full size washer and dryer, bath products, bed linens, central AC/heat, WiFi and satellite tv. The back patio features a dining space, plenty of seating, tv and a lovely wood burning fireplace.
The home offers sleeping quarters for 8 adults comfortably.... however 4 couches throughout the home could accommodate a few more. The arrangements are as follows:
-Master Bedroom (King bed) on main floor with private bathroom with soaking tub and separate shower
-Guest Bedroom #1 (King bed) also on main floor with attached full bathroom
-Guest Bedroom #2 (Queen bed) on second floor with attached full bathroom
-Guest Bedroom #3 (Full bed) on second floor with attached full bathroom.
Conveniently located just 19 miles from Warrenton, 21 miles from Round Top, and one hour from both Houston and Austin!

Beautiful country home
The home and surroundings were stunning. The house was clean and stocked with anything that we needed. Communication with the owner was prompt and extremely helpful. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely come back again for the next round top antique show!

Lovely Home! Relaxing and Enjoyable!
We stayed in this stunning home for a girls' weekend and it was perfect! It felt like staying at good friend's house. The host was amazing and welcomed us with wine and fresh scones. The home was in perfect condition with the best amenities. Quiet and peaceful. We would definitely stay here again.
