Bienvenue dans notre chalet moderne sur le lac. SituĂ© au centre, notre chalet est l’évasion idĂ©ale pour profiter de Kelowna et de tout ce que l’Okanagan a Ă  offrir. Une vĂ©ritable expĂ©rience de la vie au lac attend chaque invitĂ© dans une rue calme juste Ă  cĂŽtĂ© de Sunset Blvd, dans le centre-ville de Kelowna. Cette petite rĂ©sidence de rĂ©sidences est idĂ©alement situĂ©e Ă  distance de marche de tout ce que le centre-ville a Ă  offrir. Prospera Place, le club de yacht de Kelowna, le quartier culturel et Sandhill Winery ne sont que quelques-uns des nombreux points chauds locaux que vous pouvez facilement rejoindre Ă  pied depuis le chalet. Des boutiques, des restaurants, des cafĂ©s et des patios vous accueillent Ă  chaque coin de rue. Faites une pause et dĂ©gustez une biĂšre java ou locale. De retour au chalet, il y a beaucoup d'espace sur le vaste pont pour profiter de l'une des principales attractions de l'Okanagan: la chaleur et le lac! Une plage de sable privĂ©e au pied de la propriĂ©tĂ© est l’un des meilleurs endroits pour s’asseoir sur une chaise et patauger dans l’eau tout en dĂ©gustant du rosĂ© ou une biĂšre froide de l’un des nombreux Ă©tablissements vinicoles ou brasseries de la rĂ©gion.
Une cuisine de chef bien aménagée est dotée des commodités et des outils que vous trouverez chez vous. Nous aimons cuisiner et nous divertir et souhaitons que cela se reflÚte dans votre expérience, des outils au barbecue. Que vous soyez assis à l'intérieur ou à l'extérieur, vous ferez l'expérience de vos repas avec une vue imprenable sur le lac pour captiver tout le monde.
2 chambres Ă  coucher complĂštent la maison principale, chacune Ă©quipĂ©e de lits king size, de matelas Ă  oreiller et de draps de qualitĂ©, pour vous assurer un sommeil rĂ©parateur et confortable. La maison d'hĂŽtes se trouve Ă  quelques pas de la maison, traverse la cour et constitue une suite confortable et accueillante. Elle est la 3Ăšme chambre Ă©galement Ă©quipĂ©e du mĂȘme lit king-size et du mĂȘme linge de qualitĂ©. Parfait pour ceux qui veulent un peu plus d'intimitĂ© ou d'espace.

Wonderful and relaxing stay

Our 5 night stay at the lake house on the beach was perfect. The views from the house were spectacular, it was wonderful to just sit on the deck and hear the waves roll in. Justin was a wonderful host and communicated very well with us throughout our stay. Thank you for letting us experience this little drop of heaven.

Fantastic location and lovely home

This is a great home for families to enjoy the lake and have quick access to Kelowna’s vibrant downtown. The owners have designed the house nicely and provide everything you would need. We will hope to be back soon.

Stay was wonderful. These hosts definitely go above and beyond. They had fresh baked goods from their shop, bottles of wine and fruits and veggies waiting for us. Every possible thing you could need was available - even bath bombs, a sharpie marker, bandaids, polysporin, scotch tape etc. the level of dishes, appliances etc were top notch - the spice drawer was impressive enough to take photos of and the beds were some of the best we’ve ever slept on. The biggest hit was the big basket of blankets and super comfy outdoor furniture with extra side tables and umbrellas. The property is located in an older neighborhood that has some big beautiful infill homes, some renovated properties like this one, and lots of older homes and edges an industrial area. It is right on the lake.My one and only complaint - when I messaged the host about wanting to rent their place, I mentioned how my husband and kids were looking forward to fishing on the dock in the mornings. The dock in the photos does not belong to this property and we were not corrected on that. The dock was a major deciding factor for us in choosing the property so was a big disappointment for us.

Awesome House in Kelowna

We had the pleasure of staying in this house last weekend for a quick trip with friends to Kelowna. Two of our party are nurses so this brings a couple of things. They are exhausted with all of everything that is going on...and...they have to be extra diligent on their behaviour so that it doesn't impact their work. Justin's house hit all the correct points. It was SPOTLESS and very clean/sanitized. The deck and yard on to the lake was spectacular. Also, the location turned out to be a major bonus. It was quickly accessible to downtown, the highway and within walking distance of the trails at Paul's Tomb. So all in all....I would highly recommend this place and we would absolutely stay here again.

Beautiful and Impressive

Justin and Rene' are excellent hosts. The house is beautifully furnished and the patio is beautiful. Location is great. Check in was easy. Any minor issues were immediately addressed and they made it right. We would definitely stay here again.

Exceptional Location and sooo clean

This property definitely exceeded all our expectations by a mile. Everything was nice and clean and worked awesome. Beautiful shallow water for the kids all sand beach. Terrific backyard with a beautiful afternoon shade tree. The host was very responsive and welcoming. Thanks for allowing us to stay.

Unreal property!

I can't say enough about this place. The home itself is so beautiful, very decorated, fully stocked and incredibly clean. Beautiful waterfront with all of the bells and whistles. The beds are unreal! and the hosts are so lovely and helpful. We will definitely be back!

Beautiful property on the beach!

We stayed at this lovely beachfront property in Kelowna for 8 nights. Check in was quick. The home is beautifully renovated and has recently had air-conditioning installed! The indoor space was nicely designed with a fabulous well-appointed kitchen and lovely bedrooms with high end bedding. The outdoor space is perfect for entertaining, with plenty of seating and a hot tub. The beach is very quiet and swimmable with very few weeds or rocks. They provided paddle boards that we used every day. The location of this home is ideal- it's walkable to the Kelowna beachfront area. There are lots of restaurants and bars within a 10 minute walk. We really enjoyed our stay and meeting the hosts, who were very helpful and responsive!! Highly recommend!

The perfect beach house!

We had the most amazing stay at this beautiful beach house! It was even better than expected. From a great central location, fantastic furnishings, bedding, amenities, unexpected and delicious bottles of wine from the gracious hosts, everything a chef could want in the kitchen, the hot tub, newly installed air conditioning, and even nice neighbours, my husband, myself and our kids could not have been happier with our stay.

Weekend Away with Family and some work

The hosts are top shelf and the house is fully dialed in with everything you can possibly think of. The area is up and coming but really of no impact when you are enjoying the epic lake front view. It is an extremely central location and very walkable. We will be coming back.

Fabulous cottage on the Lake

As a couple who travel quite a bit with our older dog, we are all very particular travelers ;) Justin and Rene’s fabulously designed lakeside cottage in the city is a majestic experience. First, it was spotless. Absolutely everything impeccably clean. The decor was well thought out and each room furnished very well. Furniture was very comfy. Because we stayed just before Christmas, Rene had decorated the home beautifully with tasteful lights and holiday adornments that were very appreciated! Everything one could need in the kitchen. The view of snow capped mountains with sailboats on the water, very peaceful. A fantastic getaway in the city of Kelowna!

Nice Getaway

The property is a *very* nice home located on Lake Okanagan. (No pier, only the posts that once upon a time held up a pier. But we were there in the winter and weren't going to boat anyway.) The view is super-excellent. And the house itself (plus its furnishings) is quite special. Furthermore, everything one could wish for in a kitchen (and kitchen-supplies) is there, including a coffee maker *and* a Nespresso machine! Easy walk to a public walkway through some parkland and into city centre. Drove a little north and went on walk on a mountain trail system. Drove somewhat south of the town to some wineries, which were open (despite it being winter, and despite the Cover restrictions. All in all, a very delightful stay and a welcome change from a prairie winter scene!
