Perfect sport for a family get-a-way

The location was perfect! Quiet neighborhood with a park/trail within walking distance and close to everything. The beds were super comfortable. We loved having the garage parking and large kitchen for cooking together.

Overall it was great. Couple things that would improve the stay…there are blinds that cover all the entry points to the porches with no way of raising the blinds so we couldn’t even enjoy the porches. The other small detail that goes a long way would be stock the bathrooms with a higher quality toilet paper. I have had higher quality from porta potties. The kind in this house was awful. Besides those 2 things it was great!

Great location and stay!

We had a great stay in Steamboat. We come up to Steamboat often and the house was clean and perfect for us. The local contact was very responsive and there was a Welcome book that provided us with all of the information that we needed. We used the hot tub (and it was hot! which is not always the case). Access into the home was easy and the beds were comfortable. Thanks again for sharing your home with us!

Beautiful but needs work!

We enjoyed our stay but unfortunately there was quite a bit wrong with the home. Leak from master shower into Kitchen, windows and screens broke, fire alarms going off, lights not working.

House was great

The house has everything we needed and more. There was a little hiccup when we first checked in but after messaging the property manager, we were able to get it all sorted out. There was enough room for our family of 7 to spread out and still feel together. There was plenty of seating around the dinner table and enough plates, bowls, cups and utensils. The kids loved playing with the snow right outside the house. There is a bus stop right by the house, which was convenient for our group. The grocery stores and restaurants were pretty close by as well. The parking situation is a little tricky if you end up having two or more vehicles. It's a duplex with a shared driveway. There was snow on the driveway so it was only enough room for one vehicle to pass safely. We only had one vehicle so we were able to park it in the garage. Just something to keep in mind. All in all, we would definitely look to coming back if we have the chance.

Steamboat Duplex in Quiet Neighborhood

The location was great as the free shuttle stopped approximately 50-60 yards from the front door. You were at the base of the mountain in 15 mins. and easy access back when you were ready to return. The place was great with all amenities - good TV(s), excellent appliances, beds were great, everything you'd need furniture wise, kitchen wise, & sleeping wise...definite Steamboat (west) theme in the decor which was fun! It has a garage for vehicle storage if the snow should be deep...code to get in so you don't need to remember the keys... Nice place to say the least!

Great place to stay

We had a small family reunion of 4 adults and 2 children in Steamboat. The duplex was perfect for our family get together. It was conveniently located to many attractions and close to the bus line. The house was clean and well provisioned with basic essentials for a weeks stay. It was obvious that the owners put a lot of thought into making it both comfortable and attractive. There were a few items that needed some maintenance (e.g. leaky toilet, a window that wouldn’t close) but nothing that detracted from our stay. I would definitely consider staying here again.

We really enjoyed our time at this property! There were a few minor repairs needed (fireplace not working, broken window by the stairs), but regardless it was still a cozy, great place to stay!

The house was beautiful but we had to pick up trash around the property when we first arrived. Also we were under the impression from the listing that it was a whole home not a town home so that was very disappointing.

Great Location and House for families

We enjoyed the location, very close to everything but in a quiet neighborhood. The house has all the things we needed (plenty of towels, pillows, pots and pans and kitchenware, an Xbox our 7 year really enjoyed, great private hot tub and a grill!) There were some things needing repairs (like a window that the hinge was broken so didn't open and close well, the back sliding doors didn't align well to seal and close all the way leaving a draft coming through, the couch cushions sink way down in and didn't stay in place well we think due to the pull out sofa), but overall in great shape and we'd recommend it. I appreciate when there's plenty of supplies and there were! (Like toilet paper, paper towels, kleenex, hand soap, dish soap and sponges, etc.).

Family get away

Easy access to ski resort, town and outdoor adventure. Well stocked kitchen. Very nice house. Great hot tub. Front yard was nice for kids to play. Comfortable beds. Lots of space. Desk space was nice for person working. Wish there was more outdoor chairs and a table to eat at, glad we brought camp chairs. Only thing for consideration is bunk bed is very high so wasn’t great for little ones but there was enough space it didn’t really matter for us.

Great location and set up!

Great location on the bus line. Nice hot tub, and all the amenities you need. Could use a little TLC in the kitchen and the bar fridge fixed, but otherwise a good property for a family! Loved the extra touches of personal items and paper products:)

Steamboat Ski Condo

This property was perfect for our family ski trip. It was very close to the resort but in a quiet location. Very spacious with plenty of room to stretch out and had all the amenities. We would like to try it in the summertime.
