The location was great. The condo was very spacious and had all we needed. The lack of AC made it very difficult to sleep at night. The property managers added fans and an AC unit and even gave us written tips on how to keep the unit cool, but it was still uncomfortable. Not their fault I know, but it's the only thing stopping me from giving five stars.

Great Condo

Lovely stay. Pleasantly surprised by the LEGO Duplos and other games for kids. Clean, well-stocked. Great location, just a 2-minute walk away from a stop on the free bus.

Having been an owner of several vacation homes, I would recommend the following for Hood 2: -replace the sleeper upstairs - mattress was awful -replace the mattress in the master bedroom -add a dresser to the queen bedroom on bottom floor - no place to put clothes but in the closet. -replace the throw pillows on sectional - dirty/stains -replace the cheap silverware -add more wine glasses

Awesome

Close to town. A little issue with check in but Steamboat Lodging was immediately accessible and helpful. The FREE shuttle they have to get you to the slopes (although it's close enough to walk) can't be beat. Would love to stay here again!

Great Stay

We had a wonderful time in Steamboat. The house was as advertised and made for a comfortable stay. I've stayed in a lot of rentals and this one probably had the best stocked kitchen supplies and towels. Communication with property management was easy and clear. We had one minor maintenance issue that was addressed quickly.

Family Ski Trip

The house was perfect for our family of five. The kids loved the bunk room downstairs. Getting to and from the mountain with the shuttle service was a breeze. House was very clean and the bed in the master was very comfortable. We would definitely rent again. Five stars all the way around!!!

Wonderful Stay in Steamboat!

We throughly enjoyed our family ski trip to Steamboat and our stay in the Cascades at EagleRidge townhome. The townhome was very comfortable for seven of us and the kitchen was one of the most well stocked I've ever seen in a rental until. We had everything we needed to cook family dinners. The location was close to the base, definitely walkable, but we also utilized the free shuttle quite often which was very convenient when going to base, the grocery store or downtown.

Wonderful snow-filled vacation!

This was our first time in Steamboat and we had an amazing time!! Our home was beautiful, clean and so close to activities and attractions!! The management team has been so responsive and helpful. Just an overall fantastic time!! Can't wait for next spring break!

Steamboat Condo

We loved our stay in this well-stocked, comfortable townhome in Steamboat. While a little too far to walk to the lifts, the Steamboat Lodging shuttle is amazing. No need to pay for ski storage at the Gondola. The wait for the shuttle is never long, the drivers are extremely helpful and come right to the door. We would definitely choose to stay here again!

Comfortable, Convenient, Great Service

The condo was clean, comfortable and well equipped. The shuttle service provided by Steamboat Lodging made having a car unnecessary. Shuttle waits were generally 5-10 minutes to get anywhere we wanted to go. The SBShuttle App was easy to use. Good value for the money. While there were a few issues encountered with the unit, servicemen came to fix any reported issues expeditiously and effectively. The staff in the office was helpful in every possible way.

Fantastic winter getaway

We absolutely loved staying here. The property was perfect and I'm hard to impress! The set up is great, there was plenty of room for our family of four plus my mother. The kitchen is stocked well with what we needed to make Christmas Eve dinner. The living area is comfortable and the beds were wonderful, highly exceeded all of our expectations for a rental property. The location was fantastic. It was an easy walk to the base to ski all day and then most days we took the shuttle home. The provided shuttle service was also a huge plus. It was easy to use and very quick, it was super helpful for getting around. I think this is the first rental property we would honestly say we will stay at again.

Perfect Thanksgiving Stay

Girls weekend in Steamboat

This house was a great find! We were a group of 8 and we're very comfortable in this house. I would book this unit again! We stayed off season but this was a quiet neighborhood so close to the resort. Not a far drive from shops and restaurants, really a great location. The kitchen was very well stocked for our needs. Three full bathrooms, a miracle for a group of 8 women. Easy to get in and out instructions. Our only constructive criticism is that the pull out sofa could use a foam topper. It's was a bit too uncomfortable for use as is.

Delightful Stay in Steamboat Springs

We had a lovely time in Steamboat. Steamboat Lodging and the Cascades at EagleRidge were great. Steamboat Lodging (like sister Winter Park Lodging) consistently delivers attentive and timely service. I appreciate timely return of calls and help with questions on the local area. The Cascades was a perfect base, comfortable and well stocked. The homes, townhomes and condos consistently meet expectations.

Wonderful Property

We absolutely loved our stay! There were 2 families with children ages 4-8 and it was the perfect space for us. The bunk room was perfect for the kids and everything was clean and updated. It was a great location and we were very entertained by a mama bear and 2 cubs that were living in a tree across the street. We will definitely be back!

Great place!

Wonderful place! Lots of space and loved the common areas! Been coming to steamboat for 33 years to celebrate my brothers bday! Lots of friends and family all comfortably enjoyed this place! Everything was wonderful! One tiny suggestion would be just for more kitchen items, measuring cups, etc! But other than that tiny tiny thing this place was amazing!! Hope to stay again next year! Hot tubs were fantastic, shuttle service amazing, cozy spot.
