We had a fabulous multi-generational family vacation at the beautiful Seabreeze house. Our host and her daughter were very helpful. They returned our calls and texts almost immediately. All the rooms were very clean and cheerful. The whole family enjoyed the beautiful huge pool. The hot tub was great after a long day. Our puppy loved the house too! We hope to visit again!

The Hamptons

We enjoyed the house, roomy and we were able to eat altogether in one room. (17 people). We loved the pool and hot tub. We’ll running and clean. The beaches are beautiful.

Seabreeze 2024

Overall my family enjoyed our stay at Seabreeze very much. There was more than enough room for us as a group of 12, with guests of all ages. The house has ample supplies like pillows, blankets, towels and kitchen items. We had to buy our own lobster utensils but we may have left them there for the next guests! The pool was our favorite amenity and it provided daily fun for the whole family. It was the only property we found with a gate surrounding the entire pool. This was very important to us with two young children unable to swim on their own. The house is in a central location to beaches, restaurants, shopping and errands. A little close to 27 so you can hear the cars and trucks. Maybe something to consider if you are looking for a quiet setting. Check in and check out procedures were manageable and realistic. The only real criticism we had was the property does not provide a tank of propane for the grill. This was a first for us and it seemed a bit shortsighted for a listing that boasted an outdoor kitchen. Perhaps the homeowners will consider changing this in their agreement. All in all we had a wonderful time!

GREAT HOUSE, GREAT LOCATION, GREAT AMENITIES

We had a tremendous time and the location and the amenities couldn't be better. Beautiful pool, minutes’ drive to both the bay and the ocean beach, and ample space inside and out to decompress, unwind, and enjoy our extended family. Beautiful house with huge rooms and lots of area for all of us to congregate in. The kitchen and dining room accommodated all 16 of us very comfortably. The kitchen had lots of pots, pans, dishes and utensils. We enjoyed the heated pool and big hot tub every day. The pool area was enclosed so that we could spend the time with our grandkids without worrying about them getting too close to the pool. This was a wonderful home. The owners were so very easy to work with and could be reached at any time for any questions. We can't wait to go back next year and have already made our reservation. Thank you Marilyn and Michelle for a memorable vacation. Sherry and John Fourwith

PALATIAL SEABREEZE

I had originally seen this house last year when it was under renovation and I basically had to trust in Marilyn's vision of what she wanted to do with the house. I saw there was great potential for this property. So, a lot of my expectations were left to my own imagination and Marilyn's outline. The house did not disappoint. There is a lot of "new" in this house ranging from flooring, appliances, etc to the islands outside with wine cooler, refrigerator, ice maker and you have to see the outdoor shower. The outdoor shower should be inside, it's all that. The bedrooms are all spacious. You would think that a house with this many bedrooms, they would be undersized. This is not the case as by my count at least three of the bedroom could easily be converted into 2 bedrooms each. All have large flat screen tv's. The kitchen and dining area can accommodate approximately 20 people. Yes everything about this place is big. The basement is large enough to house ping pong, pool, air hockey, foos ball, and another two bedrooms. The living room area is quite expansive with an ornate ceiling fan and 60"tv. Outside you have your heated pool and hot tub along with a deck off the kitchen and a wrap around deck overlooking the pool area. There are plenty of chaise lounges and chairs by the barbecue and island area right by the pool, and a covered area where you can sit and get the best breeze every day. The proximity of this house was central to so many things such as shopping, bay beach, ocean beach, etc. You're never far from whatever you want to do. But in truth the house itself is sufficient enough entertainment that the only desire to leave is to replenish dwindling supplies of alcohol. The team of Marilyn and her daughter Michelle couldn't be more accommodating. They were never intrusive but always made us feel they were a phone call or text away. I would highly recommend this property. I have been at many properties up and down the east coast and obviously the weather is essential to having a good stay. Honestly, in this place, the weather is not as important as far as being make or break. That's why I would say it's the best house I've been in thus far.

Perfect for our family vacation

I would highly recommend this home. This house was perfect for us, spacious and clean. The pool was heated and delightful. The house had a first floor bedroom for our elderly parents and a smaller bedroom next door for their attendant. The location was perfect, near the town, new park and beaches. We were greeted upon our arrival and given a short check in which included a tour of the house and run down of the area, restaurants and attractions. The hosts were super accommodating and helpful. All the rooms were spacious, especially the master bedroom with our own Jacuzzi tub and huge walk in closet. Everything was as described and more. The outdoor kitchen was a wonderful addition to the backyard that we all enjoyed so much. We used the netted gazebo every night. This was a wonderful vacation with many great memories and we hope to be back soon. Mar & Anna Daniels

Top Notch

The house is large and accommodating and recently renovated. The amenities are terrific and Marilyn does a great job decorating. This is the third house we have rented from Marilyn and all were excellent. Located close to King Kullen and town and short drive to local beaches. Would recommend to anyone.

Big, Fabulous and Immaculate

I would highly recommend this home! We stayed at this house at the beginning of summer and had a spectacular time! We were greeted upon our arrival and given the "run-down" of the house. This was very helpful, as was the information given about the area, restaurants and things to do nearby.. Everything was as described per the listing and more. All the rooms were spacious (especially the master bedroom) and the house was beautifully decorated. In addition the bedrooms, the living room is actually much larger than it looks in the photos. It's huge! The 65” TV was great at night when we all wanted to watch a movie. DVD library was included. The heated pool and back deck area were immaculate (my favorite aspect of the home). We spent the majority of our time in the outside area. We truly felt at home. The location was also quite convenient and located only a few minutes walk to town, supermarket, movies, parks, Jitney and train station stops. I also really enjoyed the 1st floor bedroom. It was beautiful and had a private door entrance. This made our room feel very private and away from the rest of the bedrooms which are located on the 2nd floor. Overall, we had a great time and would recommend this house for anyone looking for a getaway in the Hamptons. Ellen and Paul Jankowski
