Sean was such an amazing host and we had the best time possible staying at his property. The house was perfect for me & my 9 friends who were attending a wedding that weekend. Was spacious and clean, loved the hot tub, fire, and sitting in the backyard to relax every morning and night. Sean went above and beyond as a host, was extremely communicative, so nice, and I highly recommend staying at his property. If I’m ever back I’ll definitely be staying here!

Had a wonderful summer stay at this house with a wide age range group (kids to grandparents). Loved the saltwater pool, lovely backyard, excellent location and overall restful vibe. Very nice and helpful owner also had great recommendations for nearby activities. We would definitely stay again!

Our trip on Memorial Day weekend to Sean's house was nothing short of amazing. Everything went extremely smooth and there were no issues during our stay. Sean is an amazing host who makes sure you know how to work and use everything at the house and if there are questions once you get to the house he is more than attentive to text messages. He was by far the best host I have ever dealt with and I am sure I will be back staying at his property again in the near future. I highly recommend staying here! Thank you, Sean!!

Lovely Hampton house

We enjoyed the lovely expansive property, great outdoors ! Host is very responsive and accommodating. The house comfortably accommodates large family, finished basement is a great addition to the comforts of this house. Proximity to a lot of stores and services also a plus . Lots of useful supplies and amenities Totally loved our stay

It’s all about the yard

My family and I had a wonderful extended weekend in June 2023. The house was as advertised and accommodated all 10 of us comfortably. Everything was super clean. And the yard was definitely the highlight. Great pool, hot spa, and room for the teens to toss the football. The location is remarkably quiet and peaceful. It’s just 6 minutes drive to Westhampton town for great food and lots of shopping. There’s a great farmers stand nearby (across from the wine store) and a beverage center for lots of supplies. The host was easy to communicate with and responsive to suggestions. Would recommend this property to families and groups. Thanks for having us!

Great house, amazing backyard and pool.

Large kitchen with dining indoors for 8 and outdoors for 8. The salt water pool was great plus it had a heater if you needed it. Grill, hot tub and outdoor kids jungle gym made it both an enjoyable outdoor oasis for kids and adults alike. House very convenient to everything in a quiet neighborhood. Sean was especially awesome. He was easy to get ahold of and communicated very clearly all aspects of the house. It was exactly what we all needed, a low maintenance, fun, relaxing weekend away.

Amazing week at this wonderful property

Our family of five plus two grandparents had an amazing week at the house. The highlight of the house is the backyard with its large pool with diving board, hot tub and gazebo covered couch, which let our family spend pretty much all day outside enjoying the weather. Sean was super responsive to all questions and helped with suggestions of what to do in the area. The house has plenty of bedrooms and space which was great.

Great Vacation in the Hamptons

The property is excellent for families! We used 4 of the 5 spacious bedrooms which were all very comfortable. Outside was a hot tub that my 4 year old grandson could not get enough of and a great pool that was sparkling clean. Sean the owner checked on us during our stay to ensure we were comfortable. The washer and dryer, a big plus with the 6 of us using towels etc. We ordered take out from Brunetti’s Pizza and had dinner out on the deck as the kids enjoyed the pool. It is a great location, about 5 minutes from downtown Westhampton and about 15 minutes from Cupsogue Beach. We had a great stay!

Great family trip

Pool, hot tub and outdoor seating were highlights of our week-long stay. House was comfortable for three generations and a dog. Sean was responsive to all questions. Location was convenient to beach, restaurants, the preserve and shops.

great house for the family, pool, hot tub, and beach!

Great house for a week with the family and dogs. Fenced in backyard was great to let the dogs go while and a big pool with plenty of sun (and shade) all day. Beach is a quick drive away as well.

Great Spot

This was a work trip for our group, but the house was perfect at the end of the day. Great location, well maintained and the hot tub & pool were fantastic. Would recommend this spot to anyone looking for a nice little getaway.

Family and Friends

This property was very well depicted on the website. The house comfortably accommodated all 10 of us. The backyard was an excellent gathering place. As our rental approached, Sean contacted me and provided the necessary check-in information along with a very informative video which helped a lot. Sean also provided his contact information and was available for any questions or problems. I would booked this property on future trips to Long Island if we do another group vacation.

Thanksgiving family gathering

We had a great stay over the thanksgiving holiday. We did a lot of cooking and baking and played games and relaxed in this very comfortable home. We also took advantage of the hot tub! The house was warm and inviting. The owner was very responsive regarding questions we had after booking and he was flexible about the check in process which we really appreciated.

Great Time, Improvements Possible

2 families, 2 children (13 and 9), and 2 dogs spent 10 days in early September 2021. Many positives; most are mentioned in other reviews: Sean (the property manager/owner) was very responsive to every email/text and desired to please; allowed 2 dogs (one was a last minute add) with a closed in back yard which made the property very desirable to us; house in a quiet, lovely neighborhood convenient to beaches and nice town with restaurants and retail establishments; lots of stuff including pool, hot tub, basketball goal, equipment for the pool, and sporting equipment and games; big backyard; and house was clean and comfortable. Potential renters should be aware that while house is well equipped it is dated; we didn’t use the basement except to wash clothes but bedroom and rec room seemed not terribly welcoming. Lots of creaking in the second level floor when people moved around. Lots of minor things that could be improved: landscaping overdue for trimming and cleaning up; molding on door to garage coming off; hose coupling broke off; kitchen cabinet doors out of line; many pots and pans need thorough cleaning or replacing; front door storm door mechanism broken off; front door key would not turn in one of locks; Atari in basement broken; several games had missing things which rendered them useless; lots of stuff but most pretty disorganized so you had to search for parts; pool and hot tub had debris and needed a more thorough cleaning. Our first time to stay in the Hamptons and wasn’t expecting as many mosquitoes and hornets. Spraying in backyard may have helped. Regardless we did have a great time and enjoyed our 10 days.

Amazing vacations spot

Sean was so fantastic to work with. The house was absolutely incredible and everything my family and I could have hoped for. The pool and hot tub were great for afternoon relaxing after a day at the beach. The house was clean. The back yard was large and fenced in so it was perfect for my dog. Everyone had the greatest time.

Great location, great backyard, uncomfortable beds

Overall, we had a great experience at Sean’s house. He answered the phone immediately with any questions/concerns. The house was very clean (except no one would sleep in the basement because of the bugs but I know that is a Hamptons issue overall, no ones fault!). The pool was beautiful, amazing fenced in backyard that the dog loved and we loved having the grill. The house had all the essentials and Sean made sure each bathroom had plenty of toilet paper, hand soap, etc. Our only real complaint were the beds. Very very uncomfortable and very loud/squeaky. For the amount we paid, I do wish the sleeping was more comfortable. Besides that, I would recommend the house for sure.
