Skybridgeから南へわずか6ブロックの美しいVirginia Avenueにある、新しく装飾された素晴らしい牧場スタイルの家。 大規模なダブルロットは、子供やペットにも最適な、広大な柵で囲まれた芝生地を提供しています。 フローリングは家族向けの環境のための木とタイルです。 家に入ると、大きなテレビと快適な革張りの家具が置かれた広々としたリビングルームにいるでしょう。 8人用のダイニングテーブルは、花崗岩のカウンターとステンレス製の電気器具が備わるオープンブランドの新しいキッチンのすぐそばです。 リビングルームの右側には2つのクイーンベッドルームと美しいタイル、浴槽とシャワー付きのゲストバスがあります。 キッチンのすぐそばには、ソファーベッドと大型テレビが備わる専用のデンエリアがあります。 ここから、広い庭、パティオ、ガスグリルにアクセスするか、専用のキングマスターベッドルーム（専用バス付）にアクセスできます。

We had the best time during our stay!! The heated pool was fantastic and the side yard was perfect for the dog. The house was very well decorated and equipped with everything we needed during our week. Thank you for an incredible stay! We can’t wait to come back!

This house is perfect for a Florida getaway! Walking distance from the beach and restaurants. They literally thought of every thing! Plenty of towels, beach chairs with wagon, the pool was warm and clean. The house has been completely updated and is beautiful inside and out. We will definitely be back!!

Great Location.

Great home for a family vacay! Clean! Super close to the beach, shopping and restaurants! Backyard pool to end the evening! Would stay again and highly recommend!

We absolutely loved this property!! The home felt larger than the pictures, it was comfortable, beautiful and CLEAN! I was extremely impressed with the cleanliness, even when you start to use all the items in the very well stocked kitchen it’s immaculate. Loved the location, close enough to walk to restaurants and the beach with 3 little ones but perfect enough distance to not hear the late night noise. Loved the pool area, very spacious and well landscaped. The only heads up I would give to incoming families is to pack extra household essentials. I know normally vacation homes provide only a few but this was very scarce. (tp, pt, laundry detergent, dishwasher detergent, garbage bags, even something to wipe the kitchen counters down) But overall extremely happy with our stay and can’t wait to come back!

Great spot!

Great location. Great house. Plenty of space. Private Heated pool was nice also. Had to deal with Hurricane Elsa for 1.5 days but, other than that, it was a perfect trip.

Beautiful house, close to everything

Great place , there were 6 adults and 1 12 yr old. Plenty of room to stay and still had extra couch. Had everything you needed for a stay. I would bring extra roll of toilet paper and dish soap. Tons of pots /pans, silverware. Pool was clean and they came to clean it while we were there . It was a hot week there and I I would have liked the air conditioner turned down a bit. I text them and they said they couldn’t or it would freeze up Overall we had great weather, great house, great pool

This house was perfect for our stay in Fort Meyers! Very clean, fenced in back yard with a great pool, and had a wagon and chairs for us to use for the beach. The walk to the beach was short. Fort Meyers is still rebuilding, but has many good restaurants open. This house is dog friendly, and close drive to Bonita Dog Beach!
