Absolutely wonderful location! My son loved it!! This place is MORE than enough for a few days trip! Amazing location right next to not only the beach but everything is within walking distance. And the customer service is almost TO much!LOL! They check up on you like NO tomorrow! Can’t wait to see you guys again soon!

It was super close to the beach and a nice deli with delish breakfast sandwiches. Expect city noise during your stay (cars, busses). Great place.

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very unhappy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This place was very uncomfortable...there was no closets, dressers, tv or even a chair. Just the beds..guess it was supposed to be artsy? But just felt sparse and unwelcoming. Also the smell of bbq smoke from the restaurant downstairs was extremely overpowering.

Great place for a beach weekend

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great rooms - very comfortable, clean, exactly the space that was described and hoped for. Our children loved the trundle bed. Would be nice to have had more than one chair, and maybe a more use-able table -- it's not the kind of room where you'd be comfortable sitting down and eating a meal. Which was fine for us, but may be important to note for others. But the rooms were clean, cheerful, comfy beds. Plenty of hot water, good water pressure in the shower. Some noise from the bar downstairs but nothing terrible. Only downside was how difficult it was to find the place - if it were up to me, I'd provide a much better description of how to find the entrance and the parking lot, what the layout of the building is, where you need to go to enter, etc - because it was not intuitive, not clearly marked, and no big signs. Other than that hiccup, we had a great stay and would stay there again for sure.

Reviewer Comments: during our trip in NY and the Rockaways, we were amazed by the kindness and sweetness from everyone. and specially at the high tide where we travelled with my sister who is disabled and could count on everyone to make our stay easy.
