The location of this rental is great as it is very close to downtown and in a nice neighborhood. The rental was clean and very comfortable for me. I had everything I needed and enjoyed my stay.

Basement apartment, not as bright as pics, cleanliness was ok (not great), small/tight bathroom. If you are over 40, you may find the pillows and mattress on the uncomfortable side.

Perfect location! In a beautiful downtown neighborhood just a short walk to everything: dining, beautiful views, beach access, a city park, and the resort which offers many adventurous things. Would definitely come back!!

Great location, walking distance to lake beaches and downtown restaurants and shops. Parking off street in driveway. Apartment was cool inside despite 90+ weather. Jonathan was prompt with answering any questions. Advised more attention to cleanliness of barbeque and outdoor furniture. Loved our stay.

Great stay in CDA

This property was exactly what we needed. It's a quaint lower level apartment with everything you need to enjoy your time in CDA. It is within walking distance of downtown CDA, the beach, the resort, and a nice park. It's in a nice quiet neighborhood.

Great location!

This was a great spot for our visit to Coeur d'Alene. So close to the lake, park and shopping. The hosts were very kind and welcoming. I was worried about booking a place with no AC during July but it was cool the entire stay even with temperatures in the upper 80s. Thanks for a great visit!!

Ironman weekend

The absolute perfect location for a competitor. You can't stay much closer to the IM village unless you camp in the park. The unit was very clean, cute, and perfect. Host supplied extra towels for our extended stay and we had everything we could have possibly needed. The neighborhood is beautiful and very safe. Highly recommend!

Location, Location, Location

My girlfriend and I stayed here for Thanksgiving week. The unit was exactly as advertised; very clean with a fully functional kitchen, a comfortable bed and plenty of room for two people. It's a short walk to the lake, resort and downtown CDA. Jonathan was a great host and offered assistance but otherwise was hands off. We would definitely stay here again.

We loved our stay at this property. The location is AWESOME!!! The neighborhood is beautiful. The description of the property is accurate. It was so nice to be able to walk to most things we wanted to do. We would definitely stay here again.

Great location. Clean and comfortable rental.

The rental was in a great location. A short walk to CDA lake and center of town with all the shops. Owners were very friendly and responsive to any questions. The apartment was roomy and well equipped with everything I needed. It was decorated tastefully as well. I would definately stay here again.

Incredible Location

Only a few minutes walk to the beach and park, and less than 10 minutes walk to shopping and the marina. The neighborhood is beautiful and the rental unit is clean and comfortable. A little tight for 4 adults, but still everything a family needs. Tremendous value. Owners are hands off, but available through messaging for anything you need. We hit triple digit temperatures during our stay and the unit stayed relatively cool. The only issue I can think of is the noise from the wood floors above. If you like to sleep in and are a light sleeper, you have to use the ear plugs provided by the owner.

Aside from a lack of a washer and dryer, and some overhead noise from being in the basement, all was lovely and adequate.

We enjoyed our stay and the location was absolutely perfect for the activities we had planned. The place was clean and bed mattress very good. If there was any con it would be the foot traffice on the upper level but for the most part we were gone during the day and no foot traffic after 10 p.m.

Close to Lake & restaurants

This basement apartment in a nice, older home was a comfortable place to stay as we explored Coeur D’Alene & nearby bike trails. Nicely decorated and lots of space. Easy walk to parks & downtown.

Beautiful apartment and setting!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The area was beautiful and a short, scenic walk to the lake, a beautiful park, and downtown CDA. The place looked just liked the photos online. Jonathan was a great host! We would love to return for a longer stay! Lots of fun things to do, places to eat, etc.

Enjoyed our stay here. Newly remodeled bathroom. Fully functional kitchen with necessary utensils, cookware, and some coffee plus few goodies were provided in the refrigerator. Mattress was awesome. As noted in the listing comments, some upstairs foot traffic was audible downstairs, only an issue once and the owner's kids kindly & politely curtailed their activities. No cable or local TV, but Netflix, etc was provided. WiFi good. Great location for downtown exploration and lake views are just down the street.

Hey VRBO'ers! We love staying in rentals when we travel, and are excited to offer up our home to fellow travelers.

We are a family of 5, and love taking advantage of all that CDA has to offer- amazing restaurants, great shopping, and of course the outdoors. The lake is a block away; the best park in town one house away. We walk everywhere and constantly enjoy our little gem of a town- and hope you will, too!

Because we've been on the traveler side of things quite a bit, we've done our best to make our basement apartment as comfortable and inviting as possible. Comfy beds, new appliances, and private spaces will let you unwind- while quick mesh WiFi, a connected TV, and WiiU gaming system can occupy you if you desire.

We hope you enjoy our home as much as we do.

This house is amazing- and the basement apartment where you will be staying is a perfect combo of old-school wood and new fixtures and furniture.

Literally in the best location in CDA. The Fort Grounds neighborhood is a beautiful collection of craftsman homes; the original homes of CDA.

City Park and Beach is just a house away; brand new park, pump track, skate park, and courts are a block away.

Walk to downtown in a few comfortable minutes, through the park, to all the best food and shopping CDA has to offer. Head the opposite direction, and walk to NIC in two blocks.

We offer off-street parking, great atmosphere, and reasonable rates to all who are looking!
