Perfect space for a large family of 12 holiday. Everything you need is here and the beach is a quick hop across the highway. Host is easy and responsive to communicate with and we would definitely book the space again

Perfect place to relax

We had a great time enjoying the view of the ocean while spending quality family time playing games, eating food and just relaxing. Everyone loved the house! We would rent it again!

Lost Creek home

The location and ocean views were appreciated by all. The kitchen was well stocked and the extra fridge came in handy. The bedrooms were roomy with plenty of towels provided.We played pool, enjoyed the hot tub and the lawn outside was good for frisbee and badminton. We enjoyed great tide pooling at Seal Rock and wonderful food in Newport along with a visit to the Aquarium.Highly recommend this home and would come back.

Beautiful spacious beach home

Beautiful, spacious home with ocean view, gas fireplaces, hot tub, BBQ and pool table. Everyone in our group had lots to do and loved this home! Beach was a short walk and the location was wonderful! Very well supplied with everything we needed. We would love to stay again!

Amazing!!! Perfect for any occasion

This house was absolutely gorgeous. Great setting, clean . Ocean view huge house with everything you need plus more. The owner Rhonda is an absolute gem. So helpful and friendly. This house is great for entertaining and gathering with friends and family. Quick and easy walk to the beach . Will definitely satay again and will recommend to family and friends.

Perfect for our early Christmas

Really Great Property

We had a great week at this house and loved everything about it. It is super well stocked which we appreciated. Only one complaint around the midweek the hot tub got a bit of a dirty feel and we couldn't find any shock tablets or anything onsite so we didn't use it in the latter part of our stay. Thanks again!!

We had a great time. It was wonderful having so many rooms with King size beds. I've got 4 kids and the large size rooms was so nice for our whole group. The extra stuff like sand toys, beach chairs and baby gates made everything easy. Thank you Ronda for letting us check in early without even asking. All of us agree we would love to stay at your home in the future.

Excellent Property!

This home had everything we needed and exceeded our expectations for comfort and ease of use. It was a very short walk to the open beach. Beds were very comfortable and bathrooms a plenty. The billiards table was a big hit, along with the hot tub and the view of the ocean from the upstairs fireplace area and the back deck. We hope to take advantage of this home again someday, it was very conducive to our larger group. Many thanks!

Sunshine on the Oregon coast

A few of my friends and our families (children ages 2 to 7) gathered to spend the weekend on the coast. The house was perfect. There was a kids room with toys which our kids spent hours playing together with. We made the short walk across the highway to the beach, which was beautiful, played in the sand, found seashells, then came back and warmed up in the hot tub! We made family style meals in the kitchen, and shared a bottle of wine on the deck, with ocean views. It was a perfect weekend, the house was great and the host was accommodating. Would definitely stay here again.

Huge house, ocean view

We stayed at the South Beach house with a total of 10 people from two families and we all fit easily. The property was exactly as advertised and was well taken care of - knives were sharp and floors were clean. Having said that, it's definitely not a new house and the furnishings and overall condition have seen some good use. The location itself is good for solitude and beach access, but not exactly near anything else. You can hear the crash of the waves but also the traffic on the highway. We loved watching the bats in the evening but be aware some are nesting on or in the shingles of the house, so they're... very close!

Spring Fling

We truly enjoyed our stay at this South Beach Home. It met all of our expectations and exceeded some. Each of the rooms were large enough, that everybody was comfortable. (There was 5 of us) There were lots of areas for interaction, with lots of room in each area. The house was clean. The home had lots of condiments so that only the required food had to bought. Everything worked as it should have including the hot tub, deck heater, and BBQ. The early communications was critically important to us and that communication was well done. Ultimately we had to book the location early in our travel plans, but cancellation was accepted until close to the travel date. This latitude was critically important, a lesson learned over the past few years. Very well done, and we will return next year.

Stunning! This house was amazing! Before we even entered, my family was remarking on how beautiful the property was. The house had everything we needed, which was a huge bonus as we have been in larger homes with less amenities. The kitchen was well stocked. The bedrooms were beautiful and the beds were amazing. Everyone commented about how comfortable the beds were multiple times. We've never slept so well in a rental. There are 3 master bedroom suites in the home as well as a children's room. There were plenty of places for us to gather but also separate and have our own spaces as needed. The outdoor area was perfect! The decks were amazing with hot tub, propane heaters, fire ring and plenty of seating. I wish we could have used the area more as it was raining and windy our entire stay. The upstairs seating area by the fireplace was our favorite to view the ocean and congregate. The only difficult part of our trip was the walk to the ocean. I only mention it because we had small children and it was a little risky to run across 101 with them. There is limited view coming from both sides of the road and those cars are flying so we were running across every time we came or went to the ocean. Just something to be aware of but certainly not a deterrent from leasing the property. The location on the coast was perfect! We love the Depot Bay, Newport, Waldport, and Yachats areas! Seal Rock is one of our favorite beaches and we love visiting the lighthouses in the area.

Great Stay on the Oregon Coast

We rented this lovely home for a pre-Christmas holiday gathering with several of our out-of-state adult children, spouses and kids. The layout was spacious and the amenities generous making it a great space for lots of people and activities without feeling crowded or cramped. The home is well equipped for preparing meals and dining with a large group. Everyone thoroughly enjoyed the pool table and undertook many tournaments over the course of our stay! The walk to the beach is easy; no issues crossing a busy highway either. The ocean view from the house, through the large trees and across the lawn, was spectacular. Sitting in the bay window area overlooking that ocean view was a favorite while enjoying our morning coffee. We will certainly keep this place in mind for a return visit!

South Beach December Family Stay

The house and surrounding property is stellar. Beautiful ocean views and the house was able to easily accommodate our group of 9. The walk to the beach was easy -- even crossing the highway was not as challenging as we thought it may be. Large spacious sleeping rooms and the gathering areas -- kitchen, dining room, and TV/ pool table area were perfect for us. The kitchen was well equipped to cook our meals and the owners have thought of everything when it comes to providing for large groups.
