This is a popular 2/2 ANGLER STYLE CONDO conveniently located in Phase B of the development, the most desirable location in the entire resort because of its close proximity to the resorts most popular amenities. From this central location, you'll be just a few minutes walking distance from our stunning Oceanfront Infinity Pool, White Sand Beach, popular Fisherman's Village, Brand New Hilton Hotel with its variety of high-end Shops/Restaurants and our Gambling Casino.

Decorated with island style décor, it is a very comfortable spacious unit with a huge balcony perfect for taking in the views and outdoor ocean breeze. The perfect home base to explore the beautiful island of Bimini.

In Spring of 2022 all the original appliances were replaced with Modern LG STAINLESS STEEL APPLIANCES as well as a Brand-New A/C unit, giving you peace of mind in knowing that you will not have any issues with these important amenities.

As a privately managed condo, you will be greeted by my local manager Mr. Nate Hanna. Nate was born and raised in Bimini, so he knows everything there is to know about the island. He is a very warm and friendly person that will be able to assist you with all your needs. Whether it be restaurant recommendations, dive/fishing tours, or golf cart rentals, Nate will be more than happy to provide you with the best advice to make your experience a truly memorable one. As a side job he also operates a Bimini Bread bakery. Bimini Bread truly is a local treat and his bakery is one of the most popular on the island.

Brand New MARINA SLIP installed in summer of 2018 is located in the center row (Tuna Dock) at the Fisherman's Village Marina, is AVAILABEL TO RENT SEPERATELY. This slip is the first of the 40' slips at the end of the dock (inside of the T-dock), making it very easy to get in and out and also provides great views of the bay. Since its located on the T-dock it has the extra wide deck, twice as wide as all the interior slips, making it a great area for bay fishing or just setting up chairs and enjoying the awesome peace and tranquility of the bay.

The rate for the slip varies depending on size of boat and season. If interested, I strongly recommend reserving at same time as condo rental. Reason being that slips are high demand items especially in the summer. Not uncommon for marina to sell out on weekends during that time. The actual Slip reservation is processed by the onsite marina office. The way that it works is I provide them with your contact information along with dates of reservation and boat size. They will then contact you via email for payment information as well as provide you with confirmation number once slip reservation is secured.

The Fisherman's Village is home to the resort's retail marketplace offering a variety of restaurants, stores and amenities, including a fitness center and ‘The Healing Hole’, an open-air sports bar providing guests with an array of cold beverages, casual cuisine, Barbecue, and live entertainment.

We arrived on our sailboat and Nate was waiting for us at the dock to help load and drive us to the unit. He is a very gracious host and bakes the best bread on the island. Also, I highly recommend you rent one of his golf carts to explore the island.

The condo had a dead fish smell. I understand that we were in the Bahamas. I fish on a regular basis but this was unacceptable. The management team try to rectify the situation, but was not successful.

If someone would have met us and gotten us to the condo- would have been PERFECT.

The condo was- in essence perfect. BUT no one meeting us on our arrival and being told to get a cab and find our way to it- oh and we could get our ID bracelets sometime the next day... was really unnerving. We wasted over an hour on our arrival trying to figure out where to go and what to do. That was awful and I thought my husband was going to have a stroke. We eventually figured it out and aside from the air conditioner leaking all over the floor 3 times (first time we called and someone came and cleaned it up- next 2 times we just threw towels on it- there is a washer/dryer so i didn't mind doing it myself). The pool closest to the condo was awesome, the beds were super comfy, kitchen was perfect. We lost electricity a few times- but that was no ones fault. Lost running water once- again- thats life on an island- no big deal. The only huge complaint was our arrival was horrible and confusing- the condo was perfect.

Amazing trip!!!

We have been to Bimini several times before, but never crossing with our own boat. This was an especially important trip to my family to tensions were high. I cannot think of a better host than Fernando to help us with the process. The unit was perfect. Great new appliances including a bait freezer. We also rented his slip at the marina which is perfectly located next to the main channel. Nate, the local property manager, was very quick to respond. Thank you again Fernando for making this trip happen!!!

All in all good trip

So property was nice, Clean and as advertised we were very close to everything as we expected …. Unfortunately Nate the property manager did not respond prior to trip for our requests .. we were able to get a different number from the guard gate so we could get wrist Bands and entrance to the room then when we finally got in touch with him we we’re scolded for calling him on his home Phone ……we were able to secure the things we needed on our own! The owner was helpful in getting checked in and Nate eventually took care of a few issues we had during our stay. I would recommend this place but would hope to have a little better communication in the future!!

What a great spot! The arrival was fantastic! Nate the property manager met us within minutes and was available with answers and recommendations for any and all questions! This condo is ideally located - we could walk to the AWESOME infinity pool, to the Hilton Hotel and Casino and most important to us we could walk to the Marina! The condo was in great shape and very clean! Can't say enough about Bimini and the Bahamians! Just awesome picturesque island with gorgeous beaches and the friendliest, most helpful people! We had a great and woderful time!

This was my first time booking through VRBO. An amazing experience. I will definitely be back. We took the boat over and Nate along with the owner made sure that check in was easy and the boat slip is in a perfect location. An excellent host. The rooms were exceptionally clean and the AC was super cold which helped after a long day of boating. There is a deep freezer that we used to freeze our fish. The boat slip has a phenomenal view and is easily accessible.

A lovely place in a great location.

We really enjoyed staying in the unit, it is situated just across from the Hilton resort and in short walking to the beach. We rented a golf cart and were able to see the entire island easily. Having a kitchen and balcony gave a good option as well for a meal at home, Thank you for sharing your wonderful condo!

Great Stay In Bimini

The location is good, next to infinity pool, roughly a block to Casino/hotel and two blocks to marina. If traveling by personal boat the marina staff are very helpful and there is a hotel shuttle which can take you and "a lot" of suitcases etc. to the condo. The condo is clean, has all the necessary items for a week or more stay (pots, pans, small coffee maker, washer & dryer, etc.) The beds, pillows, etc. are very comfortable. FYI- internet is a little intermittent but useful to send messages, or emails, we did not attempt to connect at the hotel or pool, etc., but connections I am sure would of been better. Overall, great condo, great owners and great experience. Highly recommend and will stay again at this location due to the location, dock and wonderful owners.
