We stayed here for spring break and the house was absolutely perfect. Spacious, so many amenities and gorgeous. The hosts were friendly and easy to get ahold of. Would come back any time!

While this property is amazing, the 5 stars are more for the host. Jasmine was quick to respond to any request or concern we had. The house is gorgeous and you can't beat the location, especially if you bring your boat.

Loved the house!…location and view are amazing as well!.. We had a few hiccups with some stuff in the house but they were solved quickly and communication was great. I will definitely stay at this place again!

Great space for a family vacation! Bedrooms and bathrooms were great and the kids loved the pool. Unfortunately, the fridge smelt very fishy upon arrival which was an bummer for fresh groceries. The oven racks did not fit correctly and the outdoor bbq did not look or function as advertised. This made it difficult to cook for the family. Overall, the location of the property is amazing and the interior was nice and comfortable for a larger group.

Excellent Property

This was a great house right on the water. We were able to pull our boat right up. We enjoyed the location and amenities at Resort World. We did have a couple of small issues and the owner addressed them immediately. Excellent communication. We can’t wait to return.

We spent 4 days that we enjoy wonderful views of the marina and sunsets. We hire the cleaning lady and the chef they were both amazing.

We had an incredible stay at this house. Jasmine was an excellent host. She helped us with timing, getting into the house, and any questions we had. We came over on a boat. The dockage is great. There was a hose for quick washdowns. The AC at the house was great. All of the amenities were very good too. I used the charcoal grill because we had a large group, and cooked 3 of the nights. Getting the private island bands (which were very well enforced by security), was an easy process with the HOA - their office is currently behind Sue and Joys.

Best Private Island Home in Bimini

I've stayed on the Bimini Private Island at least 50 times over the past several years and think this home is spectacular. The home is reasonably priced, doesn't face the hotel or casino, has a pool, and a dock. The owner of the home was very nice and I've already booked my next trip.

Bimini 2024 great house

House was amazing. We were 8 adults, plenty of space both inside and outside. Boat dock was easy access we hat a 32 foot boat. Pool was refreshing after being on the water all day. The one day we had some rain, we sat on back patio and played games. I would definitely consider this property again when visiting.

1st Christmas Away

This was our first Christmas away from home and it could not have been a better experience. My husband, myself and our three adult children (20 yrs) enjoyed the location, the atmosphere and the activities. And from answering questions before we arrived, to responding to questions while we were there, to helping us retrieve items we left behind, our host could not have been more accommodating. I would recommend this rental for anyone looking for the perfect, relaxing getaway to paradise. The photographs don’t do the property or the island justice - it’s even better in person!

Amazing Stay !

The house is stunning and has beautiful views. The property is well-equipped with all the amenities for a nice family getaway. We were able to access all the amenities of Resort World with no issues and also dock our 45-foot boat behind the property with no problem. We contracted a private chef who did amazing cooking for us. Ask the host for Chef Quan !! is very reasonably priced, and they can source all the ingredients for you.

The house was not in great condition. Some of the furniture were beat up as well as the kitchen cabinets and exterior pavers.It was OK for us since it was only a fishing trip, but could have been in better shape.The pool's water level was very low and the barbeque did not have any gas. Very disappointing, since we wanted to grill some steaks.

Great view and house

So the previous person that rented this house trashed it and when I met the cleaning staff they could not believe that anyone would leave a house in the mess that they got. But they promised that they would have it all cleaned up for us. True to there work they did an amazing job and I thank them for that. Now on to the house. This house is located on the private island in Bimini Bay. House has an open very large concept which is perfect for the family to be together. You cannot have a better view and can spend the day just looking out. The pool is perfect as it is not very deep all the way around the pool. We were in there until very late every day. The kitchen is very large and the outside area provides plenty of space. We parked the boat right behind the house. I would stay here again and recommend the house to anyone that is looking for a large house for family or friends.
