Grover Beach, named one of the top 15 small towns in Northern California! This adorable town has it all, close to a drive on beach, small golf course, ideal shopping and restaurants.
Located in the heart of Five Cities Area! My home is perfect for friends and family to gather to create memories.
This home works under Grover Beach STR#0058..This home welcomes families and friends who want to vacation on the Central Coast…however..THIS IS NOT A PARTY HOUSE! My permit prohibits parties. No one under 25 years of age can book the home however can be included as a guest. Names and ages of guests required. ID is required of booking person.
This spacious house is centrally are within walking distance to one of the most popular beaches, Pismo Beach, but you are away from the noise. You will have the best of it all, with the privacy of being in a secure home in this Grover Beach/close to Pismo Beach vacation rental. This home is a perfect place for a family gathering , whether it is just for a few days of relaxation or activities. The home is a short walk to the entrance of Pismo Beach (just off Highway 1) and just a short drive to some of California's best attractions.
Pets are invited as long as it’s approved by the owner. Veterinarian records required. There is a $100.00 fee for pet. If not previously arranged, and a pet is brought your deposit will not be refunded.
Some of the best things that California vacations have to offer are close by! You can spend a day at touring the great wine country of the Central Coast, Hearst Castle,& the Danish Village of Solvang, just to name a few. Great shopping, golf courses, the dunes, the Monarch Butterfly Grove, beaches, are all within walking distance.
For those of you with students at Cal Poly, we are close to San Luis Obispo and we are close to several Spanish Missions. There is a train station nearby that leaves for Santa Barbara California at 7am, returning by 7pm for day excursions into this beautiful city. Plus we have a car rental agency one block away.
A great destination for your next family beach vacation! This is a 2-story 3 bedroom, 2 1/2 bath home with full laundry room, gourmet kitchen, fully equipped for your family to enjoy. The home, built in 2003, has a 2 car garage with an extra space outside the garage in a secure area. A partial ocean view can be seen from the Master Bedroom and Living room.
The living area has a fireplace that separates the dining area, which has an oak table that can be expanded to sit 8 people comfortably. The upstairs living area, master bedroom and downstairs bedrooms have HD TVs with Charter Spectrum, with TV, Internet and phone. The home also has a CD stereo system and VCR/DVD players, IHomes, and extra TVs downstairs that can be used with DVD/ well, plus a selection of movies upon request. Imagine breakfast on the balcony, which has a patio table and 4 chairs. The downstairs yard has a small patio table and two chairs.
And of course, for the perfect family beach vacation there are the essentials of a laundry room and additional bed configurations available. The laundry room is equipped with washer, dryer, ironing board and iron. The twin bedroom also has a conversion kit to change the twin beds into a king size bed. This home can sleep up to 6 people, but no more than 8 are allowed.
The home has a complete security system that the guest can use while out of the house and at night. Each bedroom has smoke detectors as well as the halls. There are several carbon monoxide detectors as well. Security cameras are outside the home, at all entrances and back yard. The guest is welcomed to use it as it’s on the main TV. This is a NO SMOKING HOME. It is not allowed on the property at all. Your safety is top priority to the owners. Plus a two car attached garage is added security.

Great time in Grover Beach!

House was great, very comfortable and clean. Beds were comfortable. Nice big table for meals with family and friends. Owner was wonderful, very easy to communicate with and thoughtful about our stay. Location was good, only 6 blocks to Grover beach, close to restaurants, outlets, and fun thrift shops. Pismo Beach was a short drive (or long walk on the beach!) away. I'd stay here again in a heartbeat!

Ninette, the owner, is very friendly, accommodating, and informative. The house is well-equipped, clean, and orderly. There is a large two car garage for parking. The house is minutes from Pismo Beach, Shell Beach, and Avila Beach. Highly recommended.

Great Family Retreat

Property was well appointed, very clean and most comfortable. Communicating with the owner was very easy and she was most helpful in making suggestions for our stay. There were extra touches that made it like a home away from home - small shampoos/conditioners/lotions, tissues on night stands, etc. And the kitchen had all that's needed. Garage parking was a bonus. We hope to return in the near future.

The perfect stay and location!

Loved the location and the condo. The experience was perfect. This condo was fully equipped from coffee maker to dishes to pots and pans. The layout of the condo was so spacious. The neighbors were quiet and our family felt very safe. It was the perfect place to unwind and around 5 blocks to the beach. Ninette was very sweet, informative and an awesome host. I can not say enough about her. We will definitely be back. Thank you so much Ninette!!

Nice Home close to the beach

Very pleasant roomy home walking distance to some nice restaurants and a stretch to the beach. Ideal for an adult family. Kitchen was very well equipped and well the home well furnished, if some of the pieces were a little tired. Minor quibbles that I could say were really down to personal preference rather than anything that truly negative. Overall a very positive experience with both the home and the owner who was very accommodating to our schedule. Would definitely consider renting again if I needed to be in the Grover Beach neighborhood.

Great Location, Fabulous Host!

First off - the important facts. The property was very clean and well appointed. The master bed mattress was very comfortable. Second - the location was wonderful. It was a short walk to the beach, and a reasonable (and beautiful) walk to the Monarch grove. We found a number of great establishments (restaurants, coffee shop, bakery) within walking distance as well. Pismo and the main attractions were under 10 minutes away by car. Lastly - Ninette was a fabulous host. She was very communicative, and even helped us arrange to have food at the property ahead of our arrival. If felt like we had a friend in the area, and that we didn't have to worry about things. We (family of 4) really enjoyed our stay, and will be back some day!

The location was perfect. From Pismo Beach to a day trip to Solvang, the house is in the middle of everything. Pismo Beach and Oceano Dunes State Vehicular Recreation Area (ATVs) was a close 10 minute drive. The beach at Grover Beach city was a close walk from the house. The home is around a lot of shops, restaurants, and cafes. The house itself was very nice. It can comfortably accommodate a family or a group of friends. The kitchen is stocked for all our cooking needs and the bathroom was nicely stocked with shampoo and soup. Ninette was such an excellent host. Contacted me before and during our stay to ensure that everything was up to our needs. I would definetly consider staying here again if I ever have a future trip in the area!

Perfect place for family gathering

My family really enjoyed staying here - perfect location (loved being able to walk to the beach) and the place itself was clean, quiet and had everything we could think of (had all kinds of small appliances for cooking). My family and I met our friends for the weekend. The place worked out perfectly for us. Everyone had their own space and felt very comfortable. Ninette provided detailed instructions for arrival and departure which was very helpful. The location is close to beach, restaurants and markets. Our family of 6 enjoyed being able to feel right at home while vacationing in the Pismo area! Great beds, rooms and kitchen. Very nice washer & dryer so we were on top of our laundry during our trip. House is in a quad of houses exactly like it with very nice neighbors. They even invited us out to hangout at the 4th of July bbq. We actually watched amazing fireworks right from the living room window! The outer neighborhood is older and not as updated as this home. Although not as updated & attractive it wouldn’t detour us from recommending others to stay here! We highly recommend for others to stay here.

Over the years, and especially after retirement (we both had careers of 30 plus years with AT&T) we have traveled extensively in the United States, Canada and Europe. We love get together a with friends and family, and look forward to meeting more people and more adventures in life.

Why they chose this property

Through our travels, we found that we still wanted the comforts of our home while being on vacation. When we planned the vacation rental, we took into consideration what would make this home welcoming and confortable. We have a reliable housekeeper and handyman with 5 minutes of our home but still come to the home for a few days every month to see how else we can improve the home.

What makes this property unique

Besides having a comforts home, in a private quiet area, we are close to so many attractions. Our location is in the heart of the Five Cities Area. To the east, we are a 10 minute drive to the quaint village of Arroyo Grande. To the west we are 6 blocks to the entrance of Pismo State beach. Some of the best restaurants are in our area, plus great shopping, everything from cute boutiques to Prime Outlets.
