Great location but needs attention

The property manager was very helpful.
The vacation rental was very dirty.
I was very happy with the location.
I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.
Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental.

You can’t beat the location and ease of access of this property, and the responsiveness and professionalism of the Coastal Vacation Rentals staff are superb. But the place needs serious work, going beyond the typical dated decor you find in PB. The electric range burners tilt on the stovetop and are unsafe. There’s a gritty feeling on the floors and tabletops. Some of the cookware is greasy and stored on unlined old wood shelves. The dish drain was so filthy we just didn’t bother to use it. The WiFi is seriously slow. It wouldn’t take a ton of money to get this place in better shape.
