Ideally located in South Pacific Beach, this newly remodeled and newly furnished 1400 sq ft 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath home has it all for a beach vacation your family will never forget! Our Luxury Beach Townhouse is PERFECTLY located, just two blocks from a fantastic and vibrant sandy beach, a short walk to Garnet Street (the heart of Pacific Beach) with plenty of restaurants and interesting shops to explore, and a short stroll to Mission Bay for a great view of Seaworld Fireworks.

Our Luxury Beach Townhouse has just been TOTALLY remodeled with a gorgeous new kitchen with all new appliances/cookware, modern new furniture, beautiful new bathrooms, and central heating and air conditioning. We have a large flat screen TV in the living room with cable, free WiFi, and DVD player. Also, a flat screen TV with cable in the master bedroom. Our kitchen comes fully stocked with all the utensils, pots/pans, and dinnerware you'll need to make any home-cooked meal.

Three spacious bedrooms and two full bathrooms upstairs allow for privacy and can accommodate 6 adults, while the downstairs living room has a pull-out sofa to sleep two more. We can sleep 8 adults comfortably!

We have two small children and really appreciate kid-friendly accommodations when we travel. Therefore, our unit comes with (all brand new) a pack'n'play for the little ones to sleep, a high-chair, stroller, and a variety of seal-able containers for food on the go. We are also right next to Pacific Beach Library for some quiet reading time with the family and a small playground to enjoy. Our home is perfect for any sized family looking for a great beach getaway!

Our two car tandem garage with code-pad entry contains all the beach gear your family will need! We have boogie-boards, beach toys, beach chairs, towels, an umbrella, and a cute wagon to wheel everything down to the beach. The garage is adjacent to the kitchen with indoor entryway.

We provide all the linens for you to use while you vacation with us. Extra pillows, blankets, sheets, towels are all in the linen closet for you when you arrive. We also have a washer and dryer so if you need to do any laundry you can help yourself. We also provide the detergent.

Cozy private outdoor patio with BBQ and patio set allows you to grill outdoors and share a meal under the San Diego sun!

Pacific Beach (PB) is popular for its prime location and is a great place to visit for a vacation all year round. Our beach is filled with surfers, sun bathers, swimmers, families and an endless supply of fun. The board walk is filled with roller bladders, runners and cyclists, as well as families with strollers and people watchers. It’s definitely a place where you can go and sit on a bench and enjoy all the different walks of life that Pacific Beach has to offer.

You can find great beach shops, restaurants and cafes all along the boardwalk which continues North for a mile, and South for about 2 miles becoming Mission Beach. A mile down the boardwalk is Belmont Park with the famous Big Dipper Roller Coaster with fun rides, shops and restaurants. Mission Bay is also a short walk away and is a little more relaxed than the beach, boasting it's own boardwalk as well as an Aquatic Center to rent canoes, speed boats, sail boats and other water-craft for an outing on the bay.

There is no shortage of “things to do” in PB, all within walking distance from our home. Garnet Ave and Mission Blvd are filled with places to eat, drink, shop…where you can choose from a wide range of restaurants, nightclubs, sports bars, pubs and coffee houses. Pacific Beach is the most popular beach destination in the city of San Diego and draws large crowds all year round. Welcome to our Luxury Beach Townhouse! We are Rob and Stephanie and we came to visit San Diego exactly ten years ago from our home on the east coast... and we've never left! We love the year-round beach weather, the laid-back vibe, and the endless outdoor activities for us and now for our children!

Why Robert and Stephanie chose Pacific Beach

We have always loved the ocean and the outdoor lifestyle that our Beach House provides. Plus, the youthful vibe and atmosphere in Pacific Beach keeps us coming back! We both learned how to surf at Law St and Tourmaline Beach Park nearby and have many fond memories of living in Pacific Beach. Rob literally can't wait to surf here with our five year old little boy and two year old girl... I keep reminding him they're too small!

What makes this townhome unique

Our location is perfect for families! We are just 2 blocks to the beach and walking distance to shops, cafes, restaurants, beach bars....but we are not in the heart of pacific beach so we don't hear any partying at night. We are located on a street that is a little more residential and quiet, but still close enough to enjoy everything that Pacific Beach has to offer!

Beautiful house, nice owner!

So close to everything, a few mins walk to the beach, bars, coffee shop and restaurants.......

Owner provides all things you may need to the beach, towels, umbrella, beach chairs and toys. We have a little one almost 3, we even found a high chair, a stroller and a crib.

My family and I had a perfect weekend in SD and we will definitely come again. Thanks to Robert and Stephanie!

Loved our stay!!

We stayed here for a week in June and loved it! We reserved townhouse 2, but it was having plumbing issues and Stephanie immediately moved us to townhouse 1 without any problem. The house was super clean and had everything we needed (including drinks already in the fridge). They even have toys which our kids definitely made use of! The beds were comfortable and there were grocery stores and eating places within walking distance. Baked Bear was one of our favorite places to visit. Best of all, the beach is within walking distance and we loved taking the wagon and beach toys they provided. We visited the zoo, Birch Aquarium, and Legoland and this was a great central location. If we ever make it back to SD, we will definitely stay here again!

Perfect location great size.

I have a family of 5, we loved how close the house was to both the main ocean and the quiet bay. It is also in a quiet neighborhood which was great because we have young children. Grocery store was walking distance too. Those with larger cars shouldn't worry. I have a suburban and parked it in the garage without a problem. (But I did use a spotter because I baked it in.) All in all we enjoyed our stay and this townhouse was a big reason why.

Location is great for a lot of different sites and attractions

Stephanie was easy to communicate with and their townhome was very comfortable for my family's Christmas stay! We were able to walk to the beach each day. A grocery store is very close by for convenience as well.

We had 6 of us in the townhome and there was plenty of room for us to all enjoy. We would stay there again for sure!

Centrally located to all the major attractions San Diego has to offer. SeaWorld is 5 minutes away, The San Diego Zoo and Balboa park is just 15-20 minutes away, downtown and the airport are 15 minutes away. Lego Land and Animal Kingdom are 45 minutes north. Torrey Pines Golf Course and other golf courses are less than 10 minutes from us. We are in the heart of it all!
