This is the second time we have stayed in this beach studio. The location is perfect for walking to the beach or to shops and restaurants. The studio had everything we needed and the chips, salsa, and margaritas that welcomed us were an added special touch.

What a perfect spot! Alisa has a charming location and all the amenities. The studio is spacious and clean and the check-in is really simple. She’s very helpful and understanding. This place is within walking distance to the beach and restaurants and stores or a perfect bike ride to everywhere. I will definitely book again and recommend this place to friends.

Alisa was incredibly kind, communicative and helpful! We had a lovely stay. The neighborhood is safe, beautiful and close to the beach, shopping and restaurants.. The studio is exactly as pictured, and was spacious, clean, well-stocked with thoughtful touches from the hosts. Highly recommend!!!

My wife and I loved the studio. It had all the amenities we needed and the owners were great to answer any questions we had about the area. We will stay there again when we spend time in San Diego.

The best two days of my summer!

Literally the best place you could pick for a beach trip. Private parking minutes walking from the best beach in the world! I wish I could have stayed longer! The apartment was adorable

I planned a day outing for my hubby's birthday, and although we are not far from La Jolla, after a long beach day of snorkeling and kayaking I knew we would be wiped. I came across this little studio and I normally like luxury and nice, but this could not have been better for the quick overnight stay. You have 7-11 on the corner, coffee spot, gift shop, The Fishery (amazing food) just 3 min. walk and of course the beach all in walking distance. Host was amazing and even included a small piece of cake for my hubby's bday - after I asked if she could add some bday decor. She was great, flexible, and one of the best hosts - with no one checking in she even offered us to stick around another day - I wanted to stay but had to return to parent duties. We will be back.

Just in case you don’t stick around for the entire review: the shower alone is worth the price of admission! What a creative setup, definitely the coolest shower I’ve seen in any rental!Now, for the other stuff:I typically try to find something to critique. With this property I’ve got nothing. We loved it. It was perfect for my fiancée and I as we spent the week celebrating.The directions to the property were crystal clear. Having parking right in front of our door was clutch. Checking in to a welcome gift is a very nice touch. And the internet speed is close to 400mbps which allowed for smooth connection on all of our devices (yes, I test internet speeds wherever I stay). Don’t let the photo of the portable AC unit scare you off. That unit packs a punch! It definitely cools down the entire room. The hosts keep to themselves, but are instantly available should you need them. If the interior amenities aren’t enough to convince you, then the location should seal the deal. Everything is within walking distance. Literally, everything! Grocery? Food? Beach? Yes, all with in walking distance.My fiancée was sad that we had to leave.

Nice stay

Nice stay at this suite near Pacific Beach. Plenty of amenities and nice host. Safe, secure neighbourhood close to beaches and La Jolla. Would definitely stay again if traveling to San Diego.

Cozy place

Best VRBO in SD

Artistic Delight

A personal welcome to a beautiful studio in nice little nook of Pacific Beach. Walking distance to beach and authentic restaurants. Family also loved proximity to the bakery down the street called the French Gourmet. Highly recommend !

Sweet studio and location

Studio just like in the picture!! Very clean and comfortable. We loved the special touch of chips, salsa and margaritas 😀 great location near pacific beach. We really just were in town for a quick overnight visit with my daughter but would stay again, hopefully for longer.
