Why Laura Kinney, owner and operator chose Pierpont Bay
We originally bought and remodeled this house for my elderly father's use as as second home. When his travel became limited, we decided to offer the home as a Short-Term Rentals so it is still available to him when needed. The single-story floor plan and amenities such as covered parking, decks and easy access made this a great home for people of all ages.
What makes this bungalow unique
This house has a large and spacious kitchen, living and dining area, particularly for a 2-bedroom home in Pierpont. Guests love its comfortable and cozy feel, while being so convenient to the beach, shopping, dining, biking, etc. Many guests have made this home their annual retreat. Everything is well stocked, particularly the kitchen, to ensure you have a relaxing and fun stay!
