Esta villa moderna de nueva construcción promete paz y relajación para aquellos que deseen alejarse de la tecnología moderna y vivir en la niebla de la naturaleza. Villa Kosta está situada en un gran lote privado (5000m2). Su jardín mediterráneo y su gran piscina orientada al sur se encuentran en medio de un paisaje tranquilo que se encuentra entre idílicas colinas verdes, ofreciendo una oportunidad para conectarse con la naturaleza.
La Villa en sí tiene 3 pisos y todas las comodidades que uno necesita para unas vacaciones inolvidables. Tiene una barbacoa cerrada al aire libre ideal para cenas familiares y 10 personas pueden dormir cómodamente en 5 habitaciones dobles con aire acondicionado.
La planta baja tiene la entrada principal, cuarto de lavado con inodoro, esta habitación está equipada con lavadora, tabla de planchar, plancha y tendedero. Un cuarto de servicio, cocina grande y comedor de nivel inferior. También cuenta con una sala de estar separada donde se puede ver una película o relajarse con un buen libro.
El comedor tiene acceso directo a una terraza exterior cubierta.
En el primer piso hay 3 habitaciones dobles. 2 están orientadas al sur con balcones y baños en suite. El tercer dormitorio tiene una hermosa vista y un baño en suite con bañera de hidromasaje. Todas las habitaciones tienen aire acondicionado y vistas al mar.
Segunda planta
El segundo piso tiene 2 habitaciones dobles. Una de las habitaciones tiene vestidor, balcón grande con vista al mar y balcón más pequeño con vista al mar y al jardín. La segunda habitación tiene un pequeño balcón con vistas al mar y al jardín. Ambas habitaciones tienen aire acondicionado y baño privado.
El área exterior en el lado sur de la villa es una terraza abierta para cenar o relajarse. Tiene vistas a la gran piscina con tumbonas donde uno puede relajarse y disfrutar de nuestro glorioso sol.
La villa está posicionada para que cada habitación tenga vistas espectaculares del mar y las montañas.
El estacionamiento está disponible para 5 autos y el estacionamiento para vehículos más grandes está disponible, sin embargo, debe informar al propietario antes de la fecha de llegada.

The description of this property is spot on! So spacious and the most stunning, beautiful sea views. Villa Kosta had everything we had hoped for and more. The air con worked great in every room. WiFi was good, spotlessly clean and comfortable beds. But the best thing about this Villa were the fantastic Hosts Suzie and Tommo. They truly care that you have the best experience when visiting their villa and their country. They met us at the airport initially so we could follow them back to the Villa. However, after delayed flights and unhelpful hire car staff, they personally transported us to their villa and helped to sort out our car hire troubles. We arrived late, tired and hungry but Suzie had provided a table of food and drinks in the fridge for us to enjoy. Suzie is the most attentive host I have ever come across, she could not have done more for us. The pool is big and although not heated, it did not stop my family enjoying a refreshing dip. Lovely out door space with sunbeds, lounge seating, pool table and bbq area. Each room is spacious with king size bed, en-suite bathroom and sea view balconies (all but one bedroom). There is a useful laundry room with a downstairs toilet and the kitchen diner was a central gathering space for feeding hungry grown up kids!!Croatia is beautiful, there is so much to explore and Villa Kosta is the perfect base to do it.

Wunderschöne grosse Villa mit Meerblick aus jedem Zimmer und vom Pool. Wir haben zwei sehr entspannte Wochen in der Villa Kosta verbracht. Suzie ist eine sehr aufmerksame Gastgeberin, es fehlte uns an nichts . Absolut empfehlenswert !

Excellent villa, spotlessly clean, well equipped and spacious. The views are amazing and the villa is ideally situated to explore Split and Trogir. The owners Suzi and Tommo were friendly and helpful. We found the restaurant, car hire and massage suggestions were very good. The food and service at the restaurants was perfect , the car hire very reasonable and the massage was excellent. Nothing is too much trouble for the hosts. I would certainly recommend this villa and would love to stay there again.

We had a wonderful time at this beautiful property. Everything was perfect. Suzie made our stay extra special - helping us make reservations for a boat ride, walking tour, restaurants etc. We loved the homemade wine that was left for us and all homemade liquors. The pool is lovely with a beautiful view of the sea. Each room has its own spacious bathroom and air conditioning unit. The beds are vey comfortable. The kitchen has everything you need and there is laundry. We loved our stay and would certainly go back. Thank you Suzie!

A very beautiful and well looked after villa, amazing host who was very accommodating and helpful. Thank you so much for all of your recommendations, organising our taxis and activities. Me and my family stayed for 10 days, Suzie was the perfect host and provided us with a platter and some drinks when we arrived, and talked us through the various homemade liqueurs that we could help ourselves to. We enjoyed the walking tour that was recommended, the guide was so lovely and made the tour interesting for all across ages 4-59. The villa is so beautiful, some great outdoor spaces to relax, have a bbq, enjoy the pool. It is fairly rural and Suzie recommended a car hire company that we booked with, and she drove the drivers to collect the cars and even waited and drove back so that the drivers could follow. Thank you so much, you went above and beyond throughout our entire trip. We enjoyed a relaxing and fun time, returning fully charged. Highly recommend!

Amazing, luxurious, spacious villa

Had a wonderful time at this beautiful villa. We were 2 families with 6 children between us and had so much space. Suzie was fantastic with communication and the welcome treats and booked us a lovely restaurant down by the water (15 min drive) for the first night. The pool is fantastic. Spotless with sunbeds, shade and amazing views of Split and the sea in the distance. A great place to relax. A few minutes drive to a supermarket and easy to get to from the airport. Didn't really need to leave the villa as it was so peaceful, but if you did, would recommend a car to get to Trogir and Kastella...or Suzie said she could sort taxis for evenings if needed. Each of the 5 bedrooms are huge with shutters, all with modern ensuites and 4 of the 5 have balconies/terraces with gorgeous views. Can't wait to go back!

Best location for a relaxing holiday!

This Villa was the absolute best location! I was looking for a secluded property with a pool that could sleep up to 10 people where everyone had their own bathroom. This location delivered. All the rooms were spacious and the bathrooms had all the amenities. The host was easily reached and helped with whatever we needed. She greeted us when we arrived with wine and cheese and let us know all about the property. She helped us arrange excursions, including finding taxis and making dining reservations. I would gladly go back to this property again. My other guests shared their favorite part of the property was the pool.

Et meget flot og veludstyret hus, som er omgivet af en smuk have. Sengene og værelserne er dejligt store. Pool området er helt fantastisk og bbq huset bød på hyggelige aftener. Tomo og Suzie var yderst hjælpsomme, ligegyldigt hvornår vi måtte have behov for hjælp. Dette hus er helt bestemt et besøg værd, det kommer man ikke til at fortryde.

Beautiful House Near Split

The house is huge, bedrooms and bathrooms are very spacious. The beds are King + and very comfy. Everywhere is well equipped. The pool area is first class. Suzie and Tomo were perfect hosts, there if we needed them. The area is full of interesting places to go. We had a very lovely holiday there.

Wonderful Villa, best host!!

The villa is beautiful and has a dreamlike view. The furnishings are high quality and stylish. Suzie is an outstanding hostess. When we arrived there was wine, juice for the kids and a sausage and cheese platter waiting for us. Suzie is a perfectionist and went above and beyond for us and our comfort. All in all a wonderful vacation in a very nice ambience.

A amazing stay

I've never experienced such service and caring for how myself and my whole family had it during our 9 days. The host helped us with basically anything that would help our stay to be as great as possible. The Villa was perfect and the view from the pool over the ocean is great. Excellent rooms and a lovely barbeque area/house.

Great stay at Villa Kosta

We were two families staying one week at Villa Kosta. The house is very well planned and in very good condition. The large bedrooms comes with on-suite bathrooms that I would compare to five star hotels. Almost all rooms have spacious balcony’s overlooking the sea. Plenty of space for dining inside or outside for two families. The pool area is very nice with the roofed space to get some shade from the sun. Suzie was a great hostess from time of booking to during the stay. She helped with everything we asked, some extra shopping, food on arrival, boat trip suggestions and more. I would warmly recommend Villa Kosta to anyone that is looked for a premium vacation. Best regards Daniel

Schöne Villa mit toller Gastgeberin!

Wir hatten die Villa mit 8 Personen (Erwachsene) für 7 Tage gebucht. Suzie als Gastgeberin war sehr zuvorkommend und stand bei etwaigen Fragen immer mit Ihrem guten Rat zur Seite - Top! Die Villa liegt etwas außerhalb am Berg und bietet vom Balkon und Pool einen tollen Ausblick. Die örtlichen Gegebenheiten sind sehr leicht mit einem Leihwagen zu erreichen. Wir haben uns alle sehr wohl gefühlt und werden sehr wahrscheinlich eine erneute Buchung in den nächsten 1-2 Jahren vornehmen. Vielen Dank Suzie :) bis demnächst!

Where do I start to tell you what an amazing stay we had at this villa. Suzie is a wonderful host and couldn’t do enough for us. The Villa is in a great location and only a short drive from the airport into paradise. It’s surrounded by beautiful scenery and the swimming pool is perfect. 2 days in Suzie’s villa and we rebooked for 2025. Can’t wait to come back.

A beautiful place where you can relax

This was the most beautiful holiday we have ever had. The villa is very modern and beautiful. All the rooms were very nice with comfortable, large beds and had en-suite bathrooms. The outside areas, the terrace, the barbecue house, the garden and the pool was very inviting and nicely decorated. We spent most of our time in the pool area. The pool was large so we could all (9 people) be in the pool at the same time. The view was breathtaking. Suzie and Tomo, the owners, took very good care of us and fulfilled every wish, thank you very much for that. We will be happy to come back.

Beautiful house in a stunning location with the perfect host

Suzie was the perfect host. She welcomed us to her beautiful house with a platter of food and some of her delicious homemade wine - just what we needed after our journey. She also left us bottles of homemade liqueurs and spirits and provided us with all the basics we needed, including dried herbs from her garden and locally produced olive oil. Suzie anticipated all the needs of her guests when she designed her house - it is luxurious and comfortable and far more than we could have wished for. The pool was amazing and there were some wonderful outside spaces to sit in the shade and gaze out at the amazing view of the sea and mountains, with Split on the horizon. The location was fairly rural and very peaceful but it helped to have a car, although Suzie put us in touch with a great taxi firm who were available at short notice to drive us at very reasonable prices when we preferred not to drive ourselves. With Suzie’s knowledge of the area we were able to plan any trips or activities easily. All in all we had the most fantastic holiday and have returned to the UK feeling relaxed, happy and with our batteries fully recharged.

Wonderful villa with an incredible view

We had a fantastic stay here with my sisters family and our mum. The villa allowed nine of us to have both our own space and room to be together which was perfect. It has the most incredible views which we enjoyed with a coffee from the balcony or floating in the pool which was bliss. Suzie was a great host, helping us when we got lost on our way from the airport and providing food and drinks for us on arrival, including homemade wine! The villa is very well equipped and had everything we needed for cooking and we made use of the bbq house and herbs growing in the garden. The children/teenagers loved just messing around in the pool so we spent lots of time relaxing there but also visiting the local area, including nearby Trogir and Split. We loved particularly Kasjuni beach and walk/cycle in Marjan forest (lots of places to have a swim). Thank you so much for a great week at Villa Costa, it was just what we all needed! We have been back a couple of days now and already miss it. Recommend!

The villa is extremely well kept and Suzie & Tommo could not do enough to make our stay one of the best villa experiences we've had ! They could not do enough to help us.. we've not visted Croatia before but will definitely be visiting again ! Thank you so much ..we appreaciate it so much xx

It was a wonderful experience driving the fantastic highway down from the Slovenia border into the Split/Trogir region and arriving at a beautiful villa halfway up the mountain side, from which we could see the whole Adriatic coastline and the bay area with islands in the distance! Immediately upon arrival we changed into our swimming suits and relaxed in the big swimming pool, and from which we could enjoy the beautiful view. The house itself was great! Five individual bedrooms each with their own private bathroom. The kitchen & dinning area plenty large for all 9 of us. It had a lovely living room, but we never used it because we found ourselves enjoying the swimming pool every chance we had, as well as the small courtyard, ping pong table, and large traditional grill house. Our hostess, Suzie, was the “mostess”, constantly accessible via email, text, and phone - and could arrive in person anytime in 10 minutes! One day one of our party was sick, and Suzie gratuitously took her to the appropriate medical clinic/hospital and had things squared away just past noon - such a relief that was.! This vacation experience is one we’ll always remember!! One of our very best! We already miss it!

My husband is Croatian and I am a British lady who has lived in Croatia for several years. We both enjoy meeting people from different parts of the world and listening to their experiences so in 2019 we decided to open up our Villa to tourists.
We live at the property, in a studio apartment above the garage on the north side of the house completely separate and on the opposite side to the pool. Guests will see us if they need us,we are always available if guests need advice or help with anything.

When we saw this land at the time it was all overgrown and had not been cleaned for several years but we knew immediately that this was just what we were looking for, a place set amidst the countryside surrounded by trees and only a few minutes by car to the nearest town. This place is the perfect place to have a peaceful holiday.

If you need a place in nature to relax and escape from the busy life of the internet and mobiles constantly ringing, then this is the place for you. It is your choice if you use the WiFi or not. Just sit back and enjoy the peace and tranquillity of the countryside. We have a larger swimming pool than most in the area, where guests can take a leisurely swim to refresh, then relax on one of our sun loungers and take in the beautiful sea views. Guests choose Villa Kosta because of the privacy and security it provides, a perfect place for families to spend quality time together.
