Come enjoy your stay in this Tranquil 2-bedroom, 2-bath vacation home. This cozy and relaxing home is as tropical inside as it is outside.
There is 450 square feet of screened in porch to enjoy the tropical breezes, as well as 300 square feet of open waterfront covered porch area equipped with rocking chairs, BBQ and a dining area. You can choose to sunbathe, barbeque or just simply sit back and enjoy the neighborhood resident Manatees in the canal behind the home. The property has 90 feet of private dock space, fish cleaning station and outdoor shower. Plenty of parking for vehicles and a boat trailer.
This home in located Bay side on a quite dead-end street that is just a few blocks away from your choice of two private community parks offering a beach, picnic area, and community only boat ramp. This ramp is by far one of the best in the upper keys.
The Master suite has two Queen size beds in a laid-back tropical decor, and the comfort of a private bathroom. The guest bedroom is set up with a Queen size bed in the same tranquil decor as throughout the home with a shared bathroom for guests. You will enjoy cooking in this modern kitchen with new appliances and all you will need to create that one of a kind family dinner that the surrounding waters can help provide! Enjoy your meals at the indoor table or kitchen counter, or sit Al fresco outside on the covered patio for a meal with a view. Enjoy the outdoor grill and dine canal side on those perfect nights. This property allows you to enjoy all the keys has to offer.

Key Largo, is world renown as the diving capital of the world. It lives up to its name with many diving and snorkeling attractions like, Key Largo Dry Rocks, North Dry Rocks, the Spiegel Grove wreck, Grecian Rocks, USCG Bibb wreck, Molasses Reef and many more.

Attractions are plentiful nearby, including the first underwater park; John Pennekamp Coral Reef State Park, Harry Harris Park, Key Largo Hammocks State Botanical Site, Dolphin Plus, the Jacobs Aquatic Center, Theater of the Sea, Windley Key state park and many more.

Wonderful experience!

First impression: This home is exactly as shown in the photos. It is spotlessly clean, the furniture is in excellent condition, the linens are bright and fresh, the kitchen is very well supplied and all of the cupboards and drawers are organized. Having rented many vacation homes over the years, these things are so important for a month-long stay. The house is on an extra large lot which adds a resort-like feel to being outside. The yard was spotless as well and the outdoor furniture is in great condition. There are beach chairs, kayaks, a great gas grill, pretty much all you need to bring are your clothes. Alex is a phenomenal host and it is very clear that he cares about his guests experience at his home. As owners of a vacation rental ourselves, we appreciated his responsiveness and attention to every detail that makes for a comfortable vacation. The canal lights at night are fun, manatees visited nearly every day, and of course the tarpon splash by on a regular basis. I don't give 5 star reviews easily, but for this property, it is a no-brainer. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and we highly recommend it

What an incredible stay!

Inside the home was clean and updated with a fully equipped kitchen, greatly appreciated as we love to cook. The basket of personal items, toothpaste, shampoo, etc was a pleasant surprise. Outside there were comfortable seating areas, a barbecue grill and our dog approved the yard that provided ample space for frisbee play! We used the provided kayaks, life jackets, and beach chairs nearly every day. Manatees visited the canal daily and at night the water glowed as the underwater lights attracted fish...mesmerizing. Great communication with Alex, he promptly answered all our questions and asked for suggestions to make our stay even more enjoyable...if that could even be possible! We will definately come back!

Mellow Manatees

Alex has a nice space. Great communication and helped resolve minor issues. We had visiting manatees on a daily basis. Lots of space very comfortable, very relaxing. Close to Pennecamp state park where we went frequently. Great stay.

Great place to spend the winter

The house was just as it appears in the add. What you don't see is the neighborhood. We met many of the neighbors and found them very friendly and welcoming.
