Both bedrooms are complete with luxurious bedding, ceiling fans, and Large flat screen TVs with cable for your vacation enjoyment. 1 Bedroom has a King bed and 1 has a Queen bed, with a private bathroom, and the attached loft. Exceeded expectations

Priorities were: Close to beach, Air Conditioning, dedicated parking, good condition and quiet neighborhood. This property met or exceeded our expectations. We were impressed with how proactive the owner was. Very clear and understandable check in and check out instructions. They were very responsive to any questions or needs. We enjoyed our stay very much and hope to return.

Awesome place, close to the beach and dining. No car needed.

This is an outstanding property. I was only in town for a few days but enjoyed every minute. The owner is very attentive and the property was very clean. If your coming to Southern California and want to enjoy the experience, I highly recommend you give this place a try.

We will miss it!

Great location in CDM. The unit has a nice open layout and nicely appointed. The neighborhood is beautiful and a pleasure to walk around in. A block from scenic vistas and a walk to the beach or downtown CDM. Also, perfectly located to explore SoCal with Newport and Huntington a short drive north... Laguna is a quick drive south. We loved it.

Very clean and great place to stay

My family of four really enjoyed the stay in Unit D. The place was very clean. I liked that the owners provided some basic supplies, such as hand soap and detergent. There was plenty of hot water for showers and the a/c kept the entire place cool. There were no problems with noise either from other units or from the outside. Doug answered my questions promptly and was a pleasure to deal with. I highly recommend this place.
