Serenity House is next door to Harmony House. Together the two houses can sleep 19 people in beds. (Separate, aligned bookings required)

The Serenity House has custom tiled bathrooms, rain forest showers, a drying room for after ski, an exclusive Japanese soaking tub, wood stove, custom kitchen with all appliances and amenities.
Huge windows with panoramic winter scenery.

Beautiful place conveniently located to Niseko Ski Resorts

This beautiful property is conveniently located to the four Niseko resorts! It comfortably accommodates 11 adults, providing a welcoming living area with fireplace as well as several bedrooms for privacy. The property manager lives close and is very helpful. It was a wonderful experience for our family and friends.

An incredible house for your Niseko trip!

We had an amazing week at Serenity House, and highly recommend it! Wonderful living room for gathering, well-appointed kitchen, 4 large bedrooms with very comfortable mattresses, and heated flooring to keep you warm. Fujimi is an outstanding and responsive host as well - simply the best!The location is quiet and excellent - very close to Niseko Village and the Hilton where there is easy and free parking for Niseko United Resort, and less than 15 minutes to two of the other Niseko bases including Grand Hirafu which has many restaurants and bars.Two tips if you plan on having more than 8 people:- The 5th bedroom is an enclosed sunroom which you have to walk through to get to one of the main bedrooms. - Having an additional rental car with AWD/4WD in winter is helpful for getting around as taxis can sometimes be tough to get.And if you're debating whether to make a trip to Niseko, we had the best skiing of our lives there! Looking forward to returning again someday to Niseko and to Serenity House.

Amazing Stay at Serenity House

Had a wonderful time with a group of 11 at the Serenity House! The house was well equipped (warm room, van, garage ski racks, hot tub) for a ski trip making things much more convenient and comfortable. Fujimi was a great host, even offering to pick up and take us to the bus stops on our arrival and departure days. Would definitely come back again!!

Beautiful home in a beautiful place

Fujimi’s home was incredible! Close to the resort, awesome shuttle van included as part of the rental was very handy and helpful! The home was clean, modern, roomy and comfortable. Hope to stay again one day!Thank you!

Excellent stay and hosts in Niseko

Had a wonderful time at Serenity House in Niseko. The location is great and the hosts were amazing. Any questions/problems we had were immediately taken care of. The 8 passenger van that comes with the rental was very convenient and saved us renting a vehicle.

Most amazing host

We have had the pleasure of traveling extensively throughout the world, primarily residing at Home & Villa by Marriott. However, this marks our first experience booking through VRBO. Notably, the owner/host has exceeded our expectations, proving to be the most exceptional among all the places we have stayed. She graciously met us late at night and thoroughly explained everything. Her thoughtfulness was evident in the groceries she provided, enabling us to enjoy our first breakfast prior to grocery shopping. Throughout our stay, she demonstrated unwavering support, promptly addressing our needs on multiple occasions. Her exceptional service included arranging dinner reservations and offering expert advice on hot spring selections. Every aspect of our stay was impeccable. As we departed, I felt a profound sense of gratitude. In the chaos of our departure, with seven individuals and over ten pieces of luggage, we inadvertently left a suitcase in her garage. Despite her efforts to contact me, I had neglected to reactivate my phone. Upon realizing the mistake at the airport, I contacted her, and she selflessly arranged for the suitcase to be shipped to Tokyo airport, ensuring we could retrieve it prior to our departure. Furthermore, she insisted on covering the shipping costs. I am truly speechless in the face of her remarkable kindness. We have fallen in love with her cabin and eagerly anticipate our return in the future. Thank you a million! Fujimi!

Amazing stay

Our group of 10 people enjoyed our stay at this amazing property. Very beautiful home and surroundings, gracious guest, very close to ski resorts, and a wonderful van was very helpful to explore the local area. The home was very clean and well stocked. Highly recommend.

Excellent Ski House near Niseko Village Resort

The house is spacious and nice, the hosts are great, and the location is a very short drive to niseko village and a reasonable 10-15 minutes to grand hirafu and annupuri base areas. Is a very nice experience and I would recommend to anyone.

Wonderful Memories

Spacious, clean and located close to almost every place we visited. Property manager was super helpful and provided good information in a clear and timely manner. Thanks to her assistance we had a great time and created wonderful memories.

Such a treat!

Staying for a 2nd time at Serenity House was again a great time. Fujimi, as always, goes above and beyond to make the time in Niseko to celebrate my birthday a special time. The snow and mountains are almost a bonus AND that’s saying something because Japow is the best snow on the planet! Cannot wait to come back got another epic getaway to beautiful Niseko!

Amazing Ski Vacation!

As soon as Japan opened to visitors, our family of 10 booked a ski trip to Niseko. We stayed the last week of December and through new year's celebration. The house was absolutely perfect. A great location just a few minutes to the Hilton and Niseko Village where we skied daily. Plenty of room for all of us, kitchen well stocked, private location with a beautiful view outside. Since it snowed 90% of the time we were there, it was soo nice that Tom was out bright and early to plow the roads. Use of the van was a HUGE benefit making daily runs to the store, a ski/board rack for easy transport and the van was easy to drive in the snow. All details were taken care of from Fujimi meeting us at the bus stop (we used Hokkaido Resort Liner) and was able to transport all of our luggage of 20 bags with ski gear, she provided help in our planning process, left some breakfast food since we arrived late at night, and found a private transport back to Sapporo. The Amazing Snow coupled with a beautiful home made for the perfect vacation. We will definitely be back!

Fantastic place for a ski holiday!!

This is a very spacious, comfortable and well situated home that accommodated our group of 9 perfectly. It was spotless on arrival and very well equipped if you decide to cook at home (I doubt you will as there are countless great restaurants in the area). Our hosts were very responsive and helpful. The onsen and van are great amenities. I highly recommend serenity house and thanks Fujimi for a great holiday.

First Class

The Serenity House was an absolute treat to stay at. It was perfectly situated between all of the mountain locations at Niseko and yet tucked away for privacy and solitude. We (7 people) were here for a week of skiing and snowboarding and the house was a perfect match for all of our needs. Plus, the best part of our experience was the host, Fujimi. Let’s just say, Fujimi may have been the best host that I have ever come across. Her quick response to our questions, her recommendations for local meals (the best Tonkatsu ever!), and her above and beyond hospitality has everyone in our group already wanting to go back again. Like I said above, the Serenity House was Fist Class all the way. Highly recommend staying here for your next getaway to Japan.

A Great House for Families

We stayed at Serenity House over Xmas and New Years 2019/2020 and could not have been happier with our stay. The house is beautifully presented - the photos in the listing simply do not do it justice. The host Fujimi was extremely helpful and always prompt in responding to our requests for assistance (more wood, directions etc). We had a family of three (2 adults and 1 child) and a family of 5 (2 adults and 3 children) staying together and it never felt crowded. There are two main bedrooms on the middle level (both effectively master bedroom suites) with further bedrooms in the upper and lower levels which we used for the kids. As part of our group we also had another family of five staying in the Harmony House next door which Fujimi also manages. In terms of the location, the house is in a quiet residential area which we found perfect for the kids. They could play outside in the snow without the worry of cars flying around. Still, all the action is not far away. The Hilton gondola is a one minute drive away and the Hirafu Gondola only 8 minutes. The included van was very helpful and Fujimi has had a ski rack installed on the back of the van which made for quick and easy loading and unloading. The car was great for heading down to Kutchan (about 25 minutes away) to stock up on groceries for the stay (don’t do this in Niseko unless you wish to pay tourist prices). The garage opens directly into the mud room which is a good size and handled gear for all of our people easily. Overall I would recommend this house and the neighbouring house for families with younger kids to early teens. This probably isn’t for those looking to be in among the hustle and bustle of lower Hirafu. That said, we had a couple of nights out at various restaurants and it is not a hard, long or difficult drive. Highly recommended - we will be back. Thanks Fujimi and Tom.

Beautiful home for a perfect weekend in Hokkaido

We were a group of 10 staying in Serenity House for an extended weekend of skiing. The house was very spacious, more than enough room for 10 people. It is a new house with a lot of windows overlooking the forest, radiant floor heating keeping everyone cozy and warm, and super clean. It has its own private onsen (huge hot bath), a large garage & van, room to leave your ski/outdoor gear to dry in the basement, comfortable beds that can be set up as singles or king and a well equipped kitchen. It is only a few minutes from Niseko Village and the ski lift. Best of all, Fujimi-san, the host, will greet you enthusiastically on arrival and see you off as you leave, always with a smile. Great memories of an awesome weekend in Hokkaido!

Charming, clean, cozy and convenient

This house was PERFECT for our large group coming to Niseko for a few days. Two minutes to the closest ski lift and 10 to the bigger more tourist-y lifts, this was the perfect location that's just enough out of the hustle and bustle of town, but close enough for convenience when going to bars and restaurants in Niseko. The hostess was SO accommodating and we so appreciated her hospitality. The place was cozy and warm with gorgeous views into the snowy woods. I would highly recommend Serenity house!

Fantastic home away from home.

It is hard to know where to start in a review for Serenity House. If I could use just one word it would be ....perfect! We stayed as a large family for four weeks and loved every minute of it. The house is both practical and luxurious, large and spacious and had everything to make us feel at home. What did we love the most? Let me make a list! The secluded location, the view out to the forest and sneaky Mr Fox who walked past most days, the heated floors, the large bedrooms, bathrooms and lounge, the fire place, the massage chair, the excellent drying room to take our ski and board gear off in and leave to dry overnight, the well appointed kitchen and last but not least - the wonderful Fujimi and Tom who made us feel at home and welcome like friends. I can recommend Serenity House with confidence and would stay again in a heart beat.
