Enjoy a comfortable and convenient stay in our beautiful RV, located on private property. Minutes from Tarleton University, parks, walking trails, and shopping. World famous restaurant THE SEEKER 3 minutes away.The fully equipped RV offers a perfect home base whether you’re visiting for business, school or leisure. Inside you’ll find: A spacious queen-size bedroom, with a generous dining area: A dedicated workspace, ideal for remote work. A large bathroom. This RV is equipped with an all- seasons insulation package- cool and comfortable in the summer, warm and cozy in the winter. Located next to my homes extended patio, the RV has its own private driveway and entrance for easy, secure access. Upon arrival, you’ll be welcomed with delicious homemade chocolate chip cookies.🍪 Additional amenities include high-speed internet and convenient self-check-in. 💯 throughly cleaned!PLEASE NOTE! Great location in regards to the University

it was very easy to find very easy parking. Clean and cozy exactly what we needed for 10 hours of rest. The chocolate chip cookies were delicious.

Fantastic place to stay

Very clean cozy RV, unbelievably well stocked, Pam has really thought of everything! We stayed for three days and definitely enjoyed having our own little place instead of a typical hotel. We will book the rv again next year when we are in Stephenville.

This is a perfect place to stay. It’s clean, has a great bed and air conditioning. It’s quiet at night for a great nights sleep. It’s easy to get to and has a great place to park. It’s a perfect location for many day trips to surrounding small towns and even Fort Worth.

Great little space

This trailer was very well kept and perfect for a weekend watching our daughter at the College rodeo. We just needed a place to shower and sleep. This was perfect and affordable.

Weekend visit

I was in town visiting my daughter who attends college at Tarleton. We loved the charming little trailer. It was very clean and perfect for my daughter and myself to have a fun "Girls' Weekend" together. I would definitely like to visit again!

Wonderfully cozy!

Camping usually means roughing it. There's no roughing here! Pam offers more luxury then any hotel. Cozy space perfect for visiting the area.
