Gema de 3 habitaciones: primer piso, esquina con vistas a la montaña y patio extendido. Todos los nuevos pisos de madera recién agregados y pintura nueva! Condominio está equipado para dormir y con capacidad para 6 personas, incluyendo mesa de comedor. El plano dividido del piso destaca la cama tamaño king en el dormitorio principal con plato de ducha y armario, y el segundo y tercer dormitorio comparten un baño con ducha. El segundo dormitorio tiene 2 camas individuales con kit para convertir a un rey y vistas a la montaña desde las ventanas. El tercer dormitorio tiene una cama queen y un escritorio. La cocina está totalmente equipada con electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable.
El patio frontal ofrece una sala de estar relajante, mientras que el patio trasero destaca una mesa con sillas para comer, asar a la parrilla y un sofá y sillas para disfrutar de las majestuosas vistas de las montañas.

Nice Complex in a Great Location

This unit was great for at home meals and relaxation and a good launch point for hiking and sightseeing trips. We enjoyed the pool, hot tub and exercise facilities.

Wonderful Stay

We stayed at The Greens for almost 3 weeks. The unit was the right size for 5-6 adults. The scenery was amazing and all the neighbors in the community were very nice. We will definitely come back!

Tuscon Stay

We chose to come to Tucson last minute, visiting my Dad who just had emergency heart surgery. We first chose a rental for them, and then chose one for ourselves, staying in The greens to be close. The grounds were convenient for them and we found a handicap accessible rental, then for us found a 3 bedroom with amazing views of the mountains, great plants in our backyard, which was amazing to enjoy with all of our meals. We saw some great desert wildlife, which was a highlight for all of us! The walk to the pool felt safe, and was a great size for us! It was quiet, definitely an older crowd, but was great for us to spend time with my Dad while he was recovering. It felt quiet and remote but was also a quick drive to CVS, groceries, and restaurants. We took a great hike, saw petroglyphs, drove up to Mt Lemmon, and all of these were in an hour vicinity. Check in and out were easy, the property was just as described, and had puzzles, books, and activities for the kids, as well as all the necessary kitchen items we needed for a comfortable stay.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Spacious 3 bedroom, 2 bath partly updated yet comfortable condo, quiet with nice rear patio. A bit more attention to the outside and inside prior to our stay would make this a 5 star unit: the front entry had a tipped over plant which spilled its soil across the walkway, which had not been swept of leaves; the interior was somewhat dusty from an HVAC system whose air filter was out of place and not covering the airflow. In addition we found a “tiny ant infestation” in the kitchen and three spiders in the bedroom and a bath. All of these issues were quickly solved, and could be avoided by a pre-occupancy inspection.

Quit area with so much golf all around you can also bike or just visit the area as Desert Wild LIfe Museum, Biosphere 2, Titan Missil Silo, Tombstone and much more.

This was everything we expected from the listing & our family of 6 thoroughly enjoyed our time in Tuscon. Lovely linens, fully stocked kitchen, & sufficient quantities of tp, dishwasher & laundry detergent, etc made things convenient. We’re thinking about returning - highly recommend!

Nice getaway

We stayed at this property for a little over two months. Initially there was a little mixup on our arrival however Jeanine was very responsive and everything worked out fine. The property is very nice with a wonderful view out the back, nice neighbors, easy parking. From our back porch, we came within 20 feet of a javalina as well as a bobcat. There is hiking right behind the property and a grocery store close by as well as some restaurants. We thoroughly enjoyed our time there and really the only thing we would’ve changed is that the place could have been a little bit cleaner on our arrival.
