Family Favorite Sea Isles- Indian Rocks Beachfront and Sunsets Galore!!

Welcome to fan favorite, Sea Isles Condos! Located directly on Indian Rocks Beach in a central location, you're going to fall in love with the amazing end unit views, breathtaking sunsets, heated beachfront pool, and the sugar sand beaches and calm Gulf water that is steps from this unit- right down the elevator that takes you to your balcony!

This spacious condo features 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, with an open concept main living area (kitchen, dining room, and living room) facing the beach to take in that beautiful view, and of course direct access to your private 3rd floor balcony, where the elevator is located. The comfortable living room features a large smart TV for streaming your favorite shows and movies, a queen sleeper sofa, and recliners. The kitchen is completely updated and features all the amenities and necessities to whip up your favorite home cooked meals and snacks. There is bar stool seating off the kitchen, and a dining room table, too.

The master bedroom has a queen-sized bed, a flat screen TV, and private attached bathroom with a walk in shower.

In the guest bedroom there is a trundle bed with a full size on the top and twin on the bottom that rolls out if needed, plus a flat screen TV, too.

Take strolls along the sugary white sands of Indian Rocks Beach, watch amazing sunsets over the Gulf from your private beachfront balcony, and watch the dolphins play all day. Enjoy the heated beachfront pool and grill your fresh catch and burgers out on the community barbeque grill!

We provide towels and linens and even some beach towels. Full size front loader washer and dryer for your convenience. Assigned covered parking for one car, with some guest parking that is first come first serve. Of course, there is free Wifi throughout the condo!

Indian Rocks Beach is a quaint town that boosts some fantastic restaurants within walking distance from your condo or jump on the Suncoast Trolly right outside the complex for a quick ride up and down the beach without having to drive allowing you to relax and enjoy the views.

You will be able to enjoy wave runners, parasailing, dolphin tours, deep sea fishing, dinner cruises at the Clearwater Marina. and don't forget to stop by Pier 60 on Clearwater Beach for the nightly sunset celebrations and outdoor movies on the weekend. There are several golf courses, only minutes away. Go to Johns Pass Historic Fishing Village and Boardwalk to experience their waterfront restaurants, fabulous shopping, arcades shops, and water excursions. Rent boats, paddles boards, scooters on Indian Rocks Beach, or head to the waterpark just a few minutes away - so much to do you won't to go home!

St Pete/Clearwater airport is 30 minutes away and Tampa International Airport is 45 minutes away. Busch Gardens, Adventure Island and the Florida Aquarium is only 45 minutes away. Orlando, Disney, Universal and Sea World, are all about 90 minutes away.

The unit is being offered as a self-catering accommodation. The unit is stocked with a starting supply. Should you run out of anything during your stay, you will need to provide your own supplies.
