Magical place! We’ve been coming to this complex for years but it was our first time staying in this unit. Beautifully decorated, with thoughtful touches like multiple beach towels and sun visors. Pool table for when it rains, pool, jacuzzi and gorgeous beach when it doesn’t. Highly recommend!

Our family of 4 had the most amazing stay at this condo! Everything was so convenient and updated! The location in amenities where everything that you could ask for. We are already booking again for next year and the host was helpful and responsive to any and all questions.

Can’t get any closer to the beach!

It’s hard to maintain such a sterling reputation as this propriety has review after review and I can see why. First of all, the location cannot literally be beat. It’s perfect. Being 30ft away from sand with only a pool separating you from the beach is a dream! The condo itself is also as advertised - beautiful, up to date, and very well appointed with pretty much anything you could need. It also a bonus to only share a beach, pool, and community amenities with only 3 other condos! The owner was responsive and helpful with all communication. Not much else you can ask for. Added extra bonus - manatees basking in the waves on day 2 only steps into the water.

Ideal location. Beach and pool at your doorstep.

This condo was clean, wonderfully remodeled and decorated, and had all the conveniences we needed. Location was hard to beat. Watch incredible sunsets over the beach from your balcony. Dip in the pool. Walk a couple steps to the beach and dip your feet in the gulf. Was well equipped for kids. Family friendly. Could walk to several restaurants, playgrounds, and even the waterpark. Close enough to Tampa and Saint Petersburg for visiting other attractions. Host was very communicative and accommodating. While you share the property with four units, the common spaces are well appointed and spacious. We had a great time and would definitely visit again!

Family and friends Vacation

Property was amazing, we all loved the ocean and pool. We realize there was damage from the recent hurricanes, so not all stores, shops etc were open but we made the best of it. Hoping to come back in the future. Check in and out was a breeze. Host was helpful and communicated. Would definitely recommend!

This place is awesome. Views of sunsets from balcony to the pool then the beach. It has everything you need for a great week at the beach. Had our granddaughters and they loved the beach and the blue Oreo cookie ice cream at the Kooky Coconut cafe. Can’t wait to go back.

Wonderful Vacation

We enjoyed our stay at Indian Rocks Beach! The condo is beautifully decorated and clean. We loved swimming in the pool, playing in the sand on the beach, finding shells and shark teeth as we walked along the shore, and watching the sunset from the balcony. The owner was great with communication and quickly resolved a small issue that came up during our stay. The only bad part about staying here is having to leave and go back to reality. It was a wonderful vacation!

Relaxing on the Beach

We always enjoy staying at this condo when we visit family in Florida. Easy beach access, good local food nearby, nice pool for when you need a break from the sand and waves, and the A/C works. The only thing missing was a good juice squeezer for making cocktails, otherwise this place is great.

On The Sand is Spot On

Once you find your ideal location and "home" for a week or two, you'd rather not let others in on this marvelous place! These owners haven't missed anything with the amenities offered for sand, sun, an outside TV (perfect for our Superbowl Party!), and area suggestions, as well as cheerful conversation and info if you need it. The pictures are accurate for this listing but don't come near to matching the beauty both inside and out. You can be guaranteed sounds of the surf with your morning coffee instead of typical winter sounds of the furnace and snow plows.....imagine!

Family trip celebrating senior year and 18th birthday!

We loved this place! We have rented many houses and condos in various places and this is definitely one of the best. It is exactly as described, so comfortable and spacious. The second bedroom was perfect for our teenage daughter and her friends and they loved that they had their own bathroom. We loved the beach theme decor of the condo. Quiet neighborhood ,but also within easy walking distance to many attractive restaurants and bars.I had to contact Tanya a couple times for minor things and she responded immediately.There are plenty of beach towels,dishes etc…also the shared space by the pool is awesome! We would definitely stay here again.thank you!
