About this property

Two Master Bedrooms! Less than 1 Mile to the beach with heated pool and spa

This home has everything!!! The house is ten years old, and it is located less than one mile from Delnor-Wiggins State Beach. The home has all of the most up-to-date amenities, a southern exposure and a 500 block Naples Park location. You can ride your bike (we provide three!) less than a mile to the gulf beaches!

Three bedrooms and three full baths plus den with an open floor plan with wonderful upgrades. Gorgeous gourmet kitchen with granite, upgraded cabinetry, stainless steel appliances and accent lighting. Ample seating in the living room to enjoy the 75” smart TV, and seating for eight at our dining room table. Tiled throughout.

Enjoy swimming in the private heated salt water pool or relaxing in the heated spill over spa with fountain! Have a barbecue with our large Weber propane grill. The pool deck is very inviting with beautiful pavers and the home is even equipped with an outside shower.

The Master suite is a wonderful retreat with a brand new king-sized bed, and a 46” flat screen television. The master bath has an oversized walk-in shower, double sinks and separate access to the pool and spa. The second bedroom also has a king sized bed, a 35" flat screen, and an adjacent bath. The third bedroom has a queen bed with an adjacent bath and a 36” flat screen television. There is also a den with secretary hutch for the laptop. There is a trundle bed in the den with two twins for extra guests. Sleeps eight in all!

This house is exactly as advertised. Location is great and is very close to the beach, which I walked to almost every day. The house and bedrooms were comfortable and clean and the pool area is very nice too. The garage is stocked with pool and beach supplies but still has room for a car and we had a huge SUV which fit just fine. We will definitely rent again in the future.

This was our second time staying in Terre’s home. It is a great location and well stocked. The AC works fantastic! The house had 4 bikes which were a fun addition to cruise around the neighborhood. The beds are very comfy and I slept so well. The pool and hot tub are relaxing. Finally, the garage is nice to park in and it has a door opener! Terre is great to work with although we didn’t have any issues to need her! We love Naples and this home is perfect.

A Great Home

We had a great week in Naples Park. Having two king sized bedrooms worked well as we had a full family trip including grandparents. The pool and hot tub were great as well. The garage has coolers, beach chairs, umbrellas, and beach toys for kids, so it is very family friendly. Highly recommend!

This house was perfect for us. We appreciated the 2 bedrooms with King size beds. We used the pool and hot tub everyday. It’s screened in, so no bugs. The location is great if you like to walk. Beach, shopping and restaurants are all walkable.

Beautiful Home Perfect Location

This is a very well maintained home in close proximity to everything you would want to do in North Naples. Walking distance to beaches, quiet street and plenty of nearby activities. The house was set up well with plenty of extras. Linens, towels, cooking supplies, etc. Pool and hot tub were great. I would highly recommend.

We are Terre and Phil, and have lived year-round in Naples since 2012. We are both originally from the south, and love the subtropical ambiance of Naples! We have a 21-year-old-daughter who is in college in Boston.
We enjoy dining out with friends and family, along with golf, swimming, boating and fishing in the warm gulf waters.

Why they chose this property

We chose this property because it has a great floor plan and it is very private. It has a lot of nice features like the pool, a hot tub, an outdoor shower, and a third bathroom that most homes in the area don't have. The neighborhood is eclectic, relaxed, friendly, and so close to the beach!

What makes this property unique

We love the location of this home! We can ride bikes to the beach to catch the sunset every evening! It's so close to everything, including the Mercato shopping center with lots of shopping, a movie theatre and many wonderful dining choices. It's also just a few short blocks to Whole Foods, Publix, Trader Joe's, and lots more restaurants!
