Stunning 3 bedroom 3 bath modern home on the golf course with beautiful mountain views located in The Indian Palms Country Club. Beautifully furnished with a comfortable resort feel. Spacious great room is the center of this 2005 square feet home. Master bedroom with king bed, oval tub, dual sinks, shower and gorgeous view of the golf course. Second bedroom with king bed and private en-suite bathroom. Bedroom three has a queen bed and separate bath.

Full gourmet kitchen with granite counter tops, , gas stove, ice maker, drip coffee maker, microwave and dishwasher. Kitchen is fully stocked with beautiful plates, glasses and top notch pots, pans and cooking supplies.

Patio is beautifully appointed with 2 lounge chairs, round dinning table for six, BBQ and is fenced for privacy. Enjoy a glass of California wine al fresco or head over to the Club house for dinner and great company.

There are three sparkling pools, spas, pickle ball, tennis and a gym are available for your enjoyment.


Smart TV in each bedroom and family room with live Hulu and WIFI included.

Location is a quiet, beautiful street in the center of the club. Parties and loud gatherings are not permitted. Minimum age of renters for festival weekends is 25.

Wonderful property close to festival grounds!

We loved staying at Hamilton house! The property was clean, very spacious, and in a great location. It provided us a cozy place to relax between festival days. Responsive and helpful owners as well!

This house was awesome and met all of our needs. We were there for a lacrosse tournament at Empire Polo Club. Patricia had bikes ready for us so we didn't have to worry with parking. She was so responsive to last minute texts and had great recommendations for dinner. Linens were awesome in all bedrooms! That's always a big deal for me. Great washer and dryer. We didn't have time to enjoy all the neighborhood amenities, but there are several clubhouses with pools. House was spacious- perfect for the our family of four, so our teenage kids didn't have to share a room. Would be great for 3 couples.

Perfect Location

Stayed for Stagecoach with family and friends. Great neighborhood with folks who helped with transportation to and fro. Owners were super communicative and supportive. Beautiful property. Would absolutely book again!

Hamilton House

We have been renting homes in this area for many years. This was the most well appointed and decorated home we’ve rented in the area. Very fresh, new and clean. The owner was VERY attentive and took care of every need. The gym/pool membership usage was an added bonus. We would definitely stay here again!

Stayed Here For A Festival

My friends and I stayed here for a festival and the property blew us away! It was such a clean and beautiful house with such a seamless checkin and checkout process. Patricia was an excellent host, she was so fast to respond and even sent us back clothes we had accidentally left at the property. I would definitely recommend this property and stay here again!

AMAZING!

I had the opportunity to stay at this beautiful house in February 2016. The house was very clean, the furniture is comfortable, and the house is very well decorated. We loved sitting outside on the patio, using the golf cart, and having access to the pool and tennis courts! I would definitely recommend this place to my friends and family. I really look forward to staying here again soon!

Amazing Coachella Home Base!

This was an awesome house to stay at for Coachella or Stagecoach with 2 couples. Truly walking distance to the festivals, in a nice calm and quiet community. Golf Cart was such a plus! The home was larger then we were expecting, very clean and well appointed. Everything we needed was there for a comfortable stay - Thanks Patricia for a great Indio trip! We hope to be back.

Perfect and convenient Coachella house!

Our group was looking for a clean and convenient house that was within walking distance to the Coachella festival grounds. Hamilton House exceeded our expectations. The house is well-appointed and sparkling clean. Patricia was a prompt and helpful communicator ahead of and during our stay. The house is still a bit of a hike once you get to the Indian Palms entrance gate, so we either made use of the many residents offering inexpensive rides in their golf carts or we parked in the lots at the main entrance. All in all, it was so nice being close to the festival and we really enjoyed our comfortable home away from home.

During our recent vacation in Palm Desert, we had the pleasure of staying in a beautifully maintained home. From the moment we stepped inside, it was evident that cleanliness was a top priority. The furnishings were modern and updated, adding a touch of luxury to our stay. One of the highlights was the full access to the community facilities, which came at no extra cost. This added value enhanced our experience, allowing us to enjoy additional amenities without worrying about any hidden fees. Moreover, our host went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. They were incredibly pleasant and responsive, promptly addressing any inquiries or concerns we had throughout our stay. Overall, our time in Palm Desert was made even more memorable thanks to the exceptional accommodations and hospitality provided by our host. The lead up to check-in was full of good communication and great advanced info being shared by our host. Getting to and into the home was super easy. The home itself was well located, well stocked with everything you would need and very very clean. There were no issues during our stay and our host was quick to jump in and help with our questions about the home and community. Wonderful experience overall!

Amazing stay and great location near the Empire Polo Club grounds

Recently stayed there in April 2022 and had a great experience all around. The property is as advertised and Patricia, the host, did an amazing job with communication - she even left us with some lovely wine! Patricia was very accommodating and responsive. The place was clean, spacious, and perfect for a group who likes to lounge, cook, and hang out. The public pools in the community were very accessible and great to hang out at, there are tennis and pickle ball courts that we didn't use but they looked nice as well! Access to a golf cart made the weekend great as well! We were also walking distance to the Coachella festival which saved us a ton of time and money. Thanks Patricia! Would definitely come back!

Lovely place to relax!

We stayed here for Coachella weekend 1, and it was amazing. A relatively close walk to the entrance (even closer for VIP entrance) and there were people looking to drive us within the property to the gate to even lessen the drive even more (and totally worth it when it was hot). The place itself was great, with a super amazing couch, firm but comfy beds, and extremely fluffy towels. Kitchen was stocked with utensils and pans, and they had a water boiler which was so great as half of us are heavy tea drinkers and it was easy to keep hot water around. Water pressure in the bathrooms was great too. We didn’t use the patio or any community amenities because we knew we would be in the sun the rest of the day, but they looked nice from the AC inside! Also, there was a good amount of carpeted floor space in the living/dining room, so not only did we not bump into each other moving around within the house, but it was great for us to do our little morning stretches from walking around (no need for a yoga mat). Only issue is that there is no gate responder to use, so you have to drive through the main gate each time, but it’s a very minor issue and we only drove in and out of the community a couple times during our stay.

Loved our 2 month stay! The eastern exposure meant breakfast on the beautiful sunny patio with lazy afternoons in the shade. Very well equipped home with friendly, helpful and immediately responsive hosts. Thanks Patricia and Walter!

Coachella Weekend

Patricia was great. We rented the house to attend coachella festival. The location was very close. A short drive away or about an hour walk (which we did 1 day). The house is beautiful and larger than i thought.

Perfect house for Coachella

This review is long over due. We had the pleasure of renting Hamilton House for Coachella in 2018. We were three couples and the house was just perfect for us. We did not even realize how close to the concert grounds the house was. Patricia gave us the name of a driver and it was a short 5 minute ride down the road. The house was so well equipped, super clean, and the beds and bedding were so comfortable and fresh!! The area is so quiet, in the morning you could just here the birds chirping, there is absolutely no street noise at all. At night, the sky was full stars, very serene! We cannot wait to come back again, Absolutely lovely.

Everything was perfect. House and amenities and location to Polo Grounds made this ideal.

We had an incredible trip to Coachella and it all started at Hamilton House. Patricia is so kind and easy to deal with and her house lives up to the billing. There were 4 of us and we felt like we had so much space. 2 more people could easily fit but it truly flourishes with four. We want to stay here every time we ever come down to the Polo Grounds again. So please keep it available to me ;) Everyone that worked at the Club was also very kind and welcoming which is a plus. Thank you again Patricia, we had an amazing time!

Desert Trip Perfection

We enjoyed an amazing stay for the Desert Trip music festival in Indio Ca. We decided to rent a house so we could be close to the concert grounds and have a nice place to relax before and after the shows. Hamilton House was just right for our group consisting of two couples. From the moment we arrived everything was perfect. The home is absolutely lovely and super clean. We have rented many houses before and have never found one so pristine and well equipped. From the ample plush towels, to the toiletries, kitchen supplies and top of the line appliances, we really felt at home. The concert was an easy walk down Monroe and there was also a door to door shuttle service available for under $10. We found the shuttle very easy and convenient to use. The back patio is gorgeous. It is bright and sunny with a beautiful view of the golf course and mountains. There are comfortable lounge chairs and a large dinning table on the patio. We were able to spent some time at the very relaxing main pool and met some other fun concert goers there. Getting to the pool on the golf cart was an extra treat. We also found some time to explore the club grounds on the bikes that are at the house. The owner, Patricia has been great and very responsive to all of our questions from the day we booked through our entire stay. We heard that there may be a is Desert Trip next year and would definitely want to come back again. We would highly recommended Hamilton House - this is a great house in the best possible location!
