Condo was exactly as pictured on VRBO. View from 2nd story was great and location was very convenient to everything. Owner was exceptional on responding to a few minor issues that arose and also offered many helpful suggestions on places to eat and things to do in the area. Fantastic accommodations and wonderful place to stay to enjoy the beauty of Panama City Beach. Literally steps from the luxurious pool and white sands beach. This is definitely on our list of best places to stay. The community and staff were helpful and friendly as well. Great restaurants nearby too.

Unbelievable

Second time we have been here. Two out of three sisters, one mamaw, boyfriend, and 3 year old. Three year old did not won't to leave. Fantastic condo. Last time the two sisters and their sister sung karaoke. They were 3,4,and nine.

Perfect stay especially with the rainy cold weather

This ended up being a very cold and wet week. We were so thankful for the indoor pool and hot tub plus the arcade game for our family to enjoy. The condo was well set up for our family. Great stay overall!

Perfect condo

The condo was very nice. Being on the second floor was perfect as we had a great view of the pool and beach as well as avoided the busy elevators! Definitely recommend this condo!

This condo was updated and very nice! We loved being on the 2nd floor, just over the pool. The condo was well stocked with everything you need! I would absolutely stay in this condo in the future!

Great location

This unit was located on the 2nd floor so no problems with parking or elevator . It was very clean and had a great view of pool and beach. Beautiful property! The only negative was having to wear the wrist band the whole time in property I have a terrible tan line!

Our Housekeeping Team utilizes the safest, most effective disinfecting techniques, as recommended by the CDC, to ensure that your property is the cleanest and safest it can be.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION FROM RESORT: The resort will be performing a multitude of improvements starting on 9/24/24 - 3/26/26. In general, these improvements will include the repair and replacement of the stucco façade at various areas, concrete repairs, sealant replacements, parking deck repairs, and a fresh coating. Noise levels may vary depending on the time of each arrival.

Please note:
We offer 4-night rentals Late May - Early August, with check in or check out on Saturday or Sunday. If you want a shorter length of time during this season,
please submit an inquiry.

We offer 5-night rentals Early March - Late April , with check in or check out on Saturday or Sunday. If you want a shorter length of time during this season, please submit an inquiry.

January and February are monthly rentals. If you want a shorter length of time during this season, please submit an inquiry. We accept a maximum of 2 weeks rentals from March-November. In the event of a special request, please contact Reservations directly.

Renter must be at least 21, and if not at least 25 years of age, an additional $500 security deposit and photo ID will be required that must be paid to the management company. This fee is refundable as long as the condo is left in the same condition and no damages or excessive cleaning is found.

Shores of Panama charges a separate resort fee not included in the total cost. You will pay this by a separate link that is provided before check in. You must register your vehicles in order to receive the Parking Pass with this Unit.

Garage Clearance: 6'10"

We have FREE Secured WiFi in our condo.
